Quiet location with lovely walks. Many vans parked up so can fit a lot more than 4pm. Gravel ground so no issue with getting stuck in the mud if it rains. There was a wee rave going on in the distance but you could only hear it outside the van.

Beautiful view, lots of space to park. Very quiet and lots of other vans. It felt safe. Toilets are in the nearby park. They weren't open as we arrived late and left early. There's supermarkets on the drive to the ferry port as well so this works out a very handy parking spot.

Great stop over - near main road but you can't hear it. We stayed on a friday night parking up around 11pm and even with a few other campers it was very peaceful. Easy to access and find. Beautiful lake and nice cafe offering buffet breakfast in the morning.
