The campsite is situated on a cliff, with a public footpath that takes you to the sea via a forest path. The campsite is situated on a cliff, with a sloping terrain. Pitches with electricity are located at the edge of the forest. Sanitary facilities are on the other side of the large field (a three-minute walk) or at reception, where a toilet and shower are combined. Everything is clean. Be aware of sea mist and therefore cold temperatures during the summer months. Close to Dover!

A lovely, large campsite/holiday park on the edge of Sandwich. Pitches are separated by hedges in pairs. There are shady spots. The sanitary facilities are excellent. The supermarket and the center of Sandwich are within walking distance. It's a really nice town to stroll through. There's a market on Thursday mornings. The price is a bit high, and the train raced, even at night, very audibly close by. Therefore, it didn't get 5 stars.

Although this is an old-fashioned campsite by modern standards (not even a campground), we had a wonderful overnight stay here. This is because it's a charming place, Charles is a super nice man, the sanitary facilities are dated but clean, the washing machine is free to use, and the panoramic view of the surrounding area is phenomenal.

Nice campsite with spacious paved pitches and good, but dated, sanitary facilities. The campsite is four kilometres from the centre of Bath. You can walk via the river or via the road, which takes about an hour. But bus 39 stops around the corner. It was very quiet and there was good wifi. Paying more for a spot on the river was pointless, because the bushes ensure that you have no view of the river.

The managers are friendly and you can book online, which is very convenient these days. It is located near Stonehenge, in the middle of nowhere. We had a spot on the grassland with electricity. That was fine. I would not choose a spot on paved terrain, that is remote and completely in the shade. Furthermore, it is indeed expensive, showers paid, toilets clean but everything around it gives a dirty impression.

Campsite 1 minute walk from the beach. It is not very special and the toilet block is not either. Clean though. We got a shower token pp on arrival. The places are not big. The Spar on the corner has everything you need and is also open in the evening. On the way to the beach there was the famous Reynolds Icecream Van and in front of it from early till late a long queue!

There is a section with a paved surface and one on grass. Few shady spots. Huge lawn and therefore a lot of privacy if you are on grass. On the paved spots you are close together. I only saw 1 toilet block, dated but clean. Showers free and price ok for us (40 pounds 4 adults 1 night). Manager very friendly. Little to do around the campsite.

Campsite within walking distance of the lively centre of Calais (20 min) and the beach (4 min). It is only possible to enter and exit with a code. There is a fence around the entire campsite. We were on the campsite, there is a camper place in front of the barrier. Sanitary facilities are neat. Shower free, again code required. Demarcated spacious places.
