Quiet, flat site with lovely views. A short walk to the Resistance War Cemetery and the memorial not far away.

Closed with chain across entrance.

If I could give it more stars, I would. A beautiful site. Quality facilities all around. The big impression I get is that the team here are all about detail. From the facilities block to artwork in the grounds, the pool and the restaurant - exceptional. Fill your fridge and come if you can.

A very quiet Comunale with all the facilities. 5€ paid via QR link at entrance. It took a bit of doing but got there eventually. The process insisted on an 11 digit tax code being provided, so I added a couple of letters to my NI number, and all was well.

Ideal free parking whilst visiting San Marino. The cable car is short, although uneven, walk up the hill.

A very nice stop over. All facilities are working. The small picturesque village of Petritoli a short walk away. Entrance barrier down with no signage of how it allows access. Ended up driving in the exit.

Area miles off of flat. I don't think even blocks would have resolved. Moved on.

All facilities seem to be there - water, elec, black and grey waste but not tested. Was going to stay. However, the site needs a good wedding, and there are what seemed like abandoned building works just behind. Decided to move on. Access from West blocked need to approach from East.

An OK spot. It has electricity and water. Set in a small lemon grove just opposite the thermal baths where you pay. 15€ for the pitch and 7€ for use of the baths plus another 1.50€ for use of an aging shower.

It's a fantastic site. 12 minutes walk into Sorrento proper. 5 minutes down to the fishing harbor. Pizza restaurant is nice with tables looking out across Naples Bay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Decent showers with good hot water, even when there are a few in there. Boats to Capri and the Amalfi coast from the harbour. Trains to Pompeii and Naples from Sorrento train station which is a 25 minute walk away.

I wouldn't say it's a place for spending the night due to the lack of space. It's a small, well-used car park at the main entrance to the Saepinum archaeological site (which is a must-see). There's a free Area Camper 15 minutes away in Bojano.

Used as a stop over after visiting the Basilica of Saint Mary of Sorrow. Quite night. Noise from the SS17 in the morning, but to be expected as you are 200m away.

As a free parking place to use whilst visiting the basilica and a walk up to the miracle spring, it's fine. I would suggest the slope of the car park is not great for staying over.

It's a beautiful spot. If I didn't have plans, I could have quite easily still be there now. Picturesque town with lovely places for lunch and dinner. Shops with all the essentials. The only annoyance was motorhomes taking up two places.

Italy was going so well until Baia Holiday Roma. 15€ environment charge and 15€ booking fees added to your bill. There is no sign of where any of that money gets invested. June and one of the pools is still not open. Queues at the restaurant at 7:30. £40 a night, and you are on a grass pitch with a trickle of electricity and no stand pipe for fresh water.

OK. Handy water and drainage. Handy for a visit to Cassino. Quite a lot of traffic noise. I'd pay the 8€ and stay up the hill at the monastery. As mentioned - do not follow Google maps for this or the monastery. Come up from central Cassino from the start of the Via Montecassino.

A really nice spot, especially at night with the views across Cassino. From what I could make out campers are allowed in the car park, which is flat ( I was) with motorhomes on the coach parking - which looked to have quite a slope. If you are not staying, the monastery is worth a visit - stunning!

For what it is, 5 stars. It's a lovely quiet spot. The village is picturesque, and the abbey is just down the road. NB - No/little mobile coverage.

2nd May 2025 - the area is closed off. Guessing it could be down to the ground being a bit soft.
