The campsite is quite large. There are spacious, very tightly divided places. There is little shade on the camper spots. Sanitary, camper facilities and bread service are excellent. However, the campsite lacks a cosy, atmospheric appearance. The reception has limited opening hours! Every time you want to enter the campsite you need a new token for the barrier, which can only be obtained at the reception on that day. Annoying and difficult.

Good campsite also for longer stays. The view is beautiful, especially from places along the edge of the campsite. Small swimming pool is available. The sanitary facilities are clean and coins are not needed. For more than 3 nights, all lifts in this area are free in summer. Many hiking opportunities. Note: you can only pay in cash.

Although the campsite looks a bit messy at first glance, it is a very nice place to be. The area is beautiful and fairly centrally located, the owner is hospitable and helpful, supermarket and bakery almost next to the campsite, bus stop in front of the campsite, it is quiet at night and the sanitary facilities are clean.

If you like camping in the forest this is the perfect place. Beautiful balance between nature experience, tranquility and excellent facilities. Super nice forester Wessel and some nice hiking trails in the immediate area. Many play areas for children.

Fine place, very busy but still enough space. Canterbury is a pleasant town. The shuttle bus runs until about 19.15 hours.

Nice caravan club camping. Spacious places. Fine plumbing. We went to Brighton on the beautiful promenade along the pebble beach. Distance to the beginning of the pier is 4.3 km. Especially the 'neighborhood' Lanes in the center with old (fisherman) buildings on narrow alleys is very attractive and worth a visit.

This campsite has been declared the best campsite in south west England. The bathroom is ultramodern, clean and looks great. The campsite is spacious and runs and is located in a beautiful environment. You can make beautiful walks. A bus runs every half hour to the center of St Ives. You can also walk to St Ives, duration approx. 3 minutes. We paid £ 33.

A sterile barren campsite, not atmospheric and very windy and fresh because of its location on top of a hilltop. Sanitary is very good, but in high season the capacity is not sufficient. In high season August you can only get a spot without electrics when booking at the last moment. Getting in without a reservation does not make much sense.

The campsite is within walking distance of King Arthurs (Tintagel) castle and close to the sw coastal path. The places without electrical are generous and can be small with electrical. The plumbing makes us a very dirty and outdated impression.

Beautiful seaview campsite from many places! Spacious setup. The facilities are sufficient, but somewhat sober. Not so busy in high season. We paid £ 29 in peak season. The nearby Bude is worth a visit. A walk from café Weir along the canal to Bude and back via the coastpath is a must (approx. 10 km).

The facilities are good. However, the atmosphere is rather negatively determined by the large number of caravans and motorhomes that are fairly close together. Location next to busy road. Despite being a caravan club you will be admitted. With acsi card you also get a discount in high season, but it remains very expensive: € 32.50 for 2 pers. pn.

Large fine and friendly campsite 10 km from Oxford. Spacious places, a bit dependent on where you are. Small shop. Two fish ponds and a path through the meadows to the top of a hill. Beautiful at sunset!

Attractive campsite with spacious pitches on grass. Friendly welcome and you receive a flyer with useful tips about the area. Sanitary is neat. Road along the campsite is audible, but not disturbing. Scotney castle at a few km, the beautiful gardens of Great Dixter at 30 minutes (recommended if you like gardens)

Not so beautifully located campsite. Fairly remote. Difficult to reach via a rather long small lane. Passing is difficult. It must be said that there are many road works at the moment. Pretty small spots, sober and we were assigned a place and were not allowed to choose.

Excellent camping site, which is ideally situated in relation to the ferries. The train along the campsite is not too bad. Sanitary is outdated but clean. Tips: walk from nearby St Margareth's Cliffe to the Lighthouse on the cliffs with beautiful views. By train to Sandwich. Nice place with many Dutch names.

As a transit camp a great place. Only a few kilometers from the A7 motorway. Still quiet. Sanitary at the back of the campsite is a bit outdated, but clean. Campers arrived later in the evening, until 10 pm that was possible.

All luxury camping and ditto plumbing. Many small towns and so very busy. Therefore sometimes queues for the showers. Beautiful walks available directly from the campsite.

Mooie locatie aan een rivier. Ruime plaatsen. Slechte toegangsweg en plaatsen erg drassig bij regen. WiFi slecht.
