Don't be swayed by all the negative whining. Walking around the extensive grounds, you'll encounter one surprise after another. A multitude of animals and plants and magnificent views. Always that whining about the sanitary facilities. And the countless mentions of how friendly the welcome was. Come on, that's perfectly normal when you make a living from campers/campers.

Privacy is nonexistent. Sanitary facilities are a long way off. There are far too few electricity poles. The lot is full of cars. The restaurant is closed on Sundays. Watch out for racing toddlers until late at night.

This is a place for connoisseurs. No frills, just small and elegant. Created with great care by a wine producer. The view is magnificent. Sweet little cat, we called her Tonkie, was thrown in for free.

This is by far the best campsite of all the campsites in Italy that we visited. Believe me: every detail has been thought of. A few examples: a washing place for the camper and your dog, the state of maintenance of the swimming pool, sanitary facilities and camper pitches, water at every camper pitch, the levelled road to the top and not to forget the restaurant with delicious local dishes. All this in the trusted hands of Maria Pia.

A steep road without leveling. A small pool without sunbeds or parasols. Sanitary facilities far below standard. For some places the view is great. And then another plus: the food in the restaurant is great.

why are many campsites too lazy to provide decent wifi/internet? here it is again.

A somewhat messy campsite with little atmosphere. For WiFi you have to go to the restaurant: a special feature for a three star campsite with a matching price.
