Beautifully located campsite. Plenty of pitches available. Recommendation: Take a walk on the fortress at sunset.

Very nice place. It was full, but they still managed to give us a very quiet spot for our six-person camper. Friendly and clean. Access to the beach, a 30-minute walk to the pretty little town. Hiking trails are nearby. One shower wasn't included in the key. Bad luck. Still, I recommend everything.

A very, very large site with permanent campers. You have to call reception, but no one answers. We drove on.

Nice campsite. We had a very nice spot further up with a great view. You just have to park carefully because of the wind. Helicopters flew by frequently. It didn't bother us much.

Very crowded or overpriced

A simple and quiet campsite by the river with a fishing atmosphere. We escaped the crowded campsites in and around Mandal and found peace and quiet here. The site is simple and practical. Unlimited hot showers are included. Directions recommended according to Google Maps.

A very large campsite with long-term campers. It was fully booked, but we still got a small spot right by the lake. Very friendly. The children used the swimming area for a long time. It seems very child-friendly.

We agree with the previous reviews. It's much nicer than the other three campsites in town. Large enough for everyone, uncomplicated, free choice, very friendly, delicious freshly baked rolls that are truly filling and worth the money. The restrooms are clean and good, but a bit limited; plan for a wait or shower later. Quite simply. We'd be happy to go back.

Friendly, great view of the fjord, not very big, road above audible but OK, few bathroom facilities, but clean and good. 300 NOK without electricity. We are very satisfied.

There are two different sites: one is a small gravel parking area at the marina, and the other is a nearby Skillhalls campsite. The pitches listed above likely belong to the latter. The sanitary facilities are dated but clean.

We arrived shortly before 8 p.m. on the holiday. The owners were reachable by phone, friendly, and easy to navigate. There's a box there, so you can check in yourself. Very quiet and beautiful campsite. Everything is clean. Price: 240 DKK for a motorhome with 2 people, without electricity, as it's not needed. Otherwise, everything is included. Highly recommended.
