beautiful campsite. great view of the fjord. many permanent places. Only 3 tourist spots. Nice host/hostess. neat sanitary facilities. however, the description here is incorrect. there is no WIFI, no swimming pool, no sandwich service and no bicycle rental. That didn't matter to us, but it can be disappointing if you expect that. Nice atmosphere, very relaxed. nice restaurant with terrace walking distance. (approximately 1.3 km).

Great place. Lovely standing on the water. Nice breeze was lovely with the warm weather. If you can't stand by the water, it's a lot less fun. excellent sanitary facilities and beautiful living room with fridge where you can get a cooled drink (of course for a fee). on Saturday evening, the campsite owners cooked fish and chips with the whole family. It was served to the camper. we will surely come back.

great place for transit. good value for money. Clean sanitary facilities. But one toilet (ladies) for so many places is not enough. We were there on Sunday and then Volkmarsem is a dead town. No terraces, few nice restaurants. The pool was unfortunately closed. According to the site and the signs on the spot it would be open, but no. We would come back just to stay overnight.

Great place. we were there at about 1 pm and were the first. in the evening it was full. We felt safe in this place. Bike ride to Würzburg and back was quite an undertaking. (no e-bike). I think the bus is a great alternative. Lidl within walking distance is also quite convenient. Great place for us for one night. For longer we find sanitary facilities very nice.

Despite the good reviews, this campsite disappointed us. view of parked caravaners' cars from all motorhome pitches. Owners were not there on arrival, only had contact to discuss that they would send a little bit for payment. Wifi poor on the pitches. You can only get water in the sanitary building. No possibility to discharge dirty water. We found the price too high for what you get. Sanitary is clean.

Nicely located campsite. Everything neatly cared for. Corona proof. Neat sanitary. Not fun for kids. Very warm welcome by Dutch hostess. Bad Bentheim at 3 km, is a very nice town. €22 per night for 2 persons, a camper, electricity, tourist tax, Wifi (€1,- for two devices), shower. We did have an ACSI discount. (I don't know how much)

Great place. Lots of space. Campsite has its own swimming pool. We were allowed to choose a place ourselves. Sanitary was not cleaned / checked daily. Sanitary made in an emergency building. Beautiful cycling and walking environment. A bit on the expensive side for what is offered.

The view is beautiful! Friendly reception. Poorly maintained campsite. Lots of junk and broken, worn out stuff. No WIFI on the pitch. Shops at 10 km. Unsafe for young children. Overpriced for what you get.

Great place. Enough space. Nice view over the lake. On Sundays many families come for a walk. Nice to walk or cycle around the lake. For €1,- you can fill your clean water tank. Discharge is free.
