Great campsite with all amenities. Clean, well maintained. Most sockets of the Swiss type. In some places European connections where NL plug fits. Restaurant was closed only a very expensive restaurant in the village was open. A bit of a swallow when paying, twice as expensive as a comparable Italian campsite.

Beautiful spot on a rock above the sea with a beautiful view. Places along the coast and field behind it. Via stairs to sandy beach or via bar/restaurant (still closed). Very limited sanitary facilities without any privacy. You have to put the coin for the shower outside in the machine and then shower while the water is already running. Minor inconvenience.

Beautifully situated campsite, well maintained with friendly manager. You have to drive a bit to get there, but the surroundings are very beautiful. Many hiking trails through hills (mountains) and nice easy bike ride of approx. 40 km around the reservoir. Recommended for active campers.

Great camper spot. On camper contact it was indicated that it was closed, but they were just open, since mid-April. We were the only camper there. Friendly manager. Showers and toilets at the bar and beach, but very quiet in spring. I can imagine that in high season it is a witches' cauldron, with many bathers. Nice cycling along the salt pans and nature reserve. There are separate cycling and walking paths through nature.

Large campsite, with shady part and part near the sea. Many mobile homes. There are five sanitary blocks, two of which are old. In only 2 blocks showers with hot water. Electronic card to turn on hot shower. Read the instructions carefully, otherwise you will pay without getting hot water. Hold the card long enough in front of the reader! Drinking water, but no hose to fill your tank. Beach accessible via gate with key. Relatively expensive.

It was a fantastic place. Indeed, coming from the city you have to go through a small tunnel, but our small camper easily fit through it. Otherwise you can take a detour, that's also possible. Sanitary facilities were old but clean. When we were there, a plumber was replacing pipes. So it's getting better. On Saturdays they cook delicious food and lots of people come to eat. Cosy. We were with two campers so plenty of space. Also electrical connections.

Very nice place, close to Belvedere with a view over Matera. From there you walk into the town. You have to descend and climb a bit but walk along old cave dwellings. At 200 meters from camper place is a Neolithic grave. Sanitary facilities are limited for the number of places. Very clean.

Great campsite, clean, good facilities, direct access to the beach via a gate. Friendly staff. Indeed many packed caravans in hibernation, waiting for high season. Almost all cafes and restaurants closed in the village. Clearly seasonal activities.

The same reviews for 5 years: beautiful campsite in a beautiful location, but terribly poorly run. Neglected with branches blown off everywhere, remains of campfires, waste, toilet paper. Basic facilities that are not clean. As others wrote, make sure you are self-sufficient. Surroundings are beautiful. National Park office is next to the campsite, marked walks everywhere. Beautiful bike ride around the lake. As for nature, highly recommended.

Campsite with marked out pitches, some with grass, others clay subsoil, which becomes very dusty in dry conditions. Pitches not always clean, with litter and blown leaves. It helps to complain if a pitch is not up to par. Sanitary facilities lack toilet paper, toilet seats and soap. Also kept moderately clean (sprayed, not mopped). Nice swimming pool and picnic areas. Centre of Arles within cycling distance.

Beautiful campsite, with grass and stone pitches, partly with electricity. Close by are cottages and glamping tents. Well-maintained and clean sanitary facilities. There is a swimming pool, playground, restaurant, bar, etc. about 5 minutes walk away. Well-maintained. Beautiful large pitches indeed, separated by hedges (or on the grass, slightly cheaper). Some outdated sanitary facilities and the locks of some toilets are broken. You can only book on the internet, you cannot telephone or pay to an administrator! When booking online you can see if there is still room. It won't be too bad because it is a spacious campsite. Place in the middle of the village right next to the marina. Good sanitary facilities and washing machine. No common area. No Internet. Electricity via interconnected cabinets. Someone had pulled the plug at the house 😩. But was quickly resolved by the manager.

Simple, very spacious campsite with limited sanitary facilities near the sports field. Due to prolonged rain, part very swampy. Electricity available on part of site.

Lovely location with beautiful views over the lake. Toilets and showers clean. (collective shower as in sauna). Indeed, common space in a kind of tent in the parking lot is not much. But if you have your own motorhome, you don't have to use it. Dishwashing area under shelter. Hot water smells like sulfur. Let the mixer run for a long time if you want to tap cold drinking water.

Well-maintained and clean facilities on a nice camping site behind the football field. Trees on the property provide good protection from the wind. Sufficient space also for late arrivals.

Very spacious quiet campsite. Lots of space on large fields. Bring a long cord if you want to be far from the electricity pole. We stood in pouring rain and there were large puddles on flat places. Better on a slope and use blocks. Sanitary ok, use coins for the shower. Small communal area, with cooking facilities, busy when it rains a lot. Nice walking area.

Nice camping field where small campers can also stand. Busy around departure of boat to Denmark. Few sanitary facilities when it is busy. Iceland camping discount card is accepted.

Book in advance and pay online. You will not enter the site without proof of payment. Reservation system works fine, so do it! Very busy in high season when a boat from Denmark arrives. Terrain is gravel between sea and road, not very attractive. Sanitary and common area OK.

Large gravel area. Always room for tractors. Many mobile homes indeed. No reservation, just find a place. Spacious interior space with sufficient clean sanitary facilities. Cooking facilities, good internet. Close to the tourist office where the boat trip departs. Expensive but impressive, sailing through caves and past bird colonies.

Overcrowded hostel with hidden sanitary facilities. Small parking lot also overcrowded. Booking via the internet does not work for motorhomes. First come, first served. Noise until late in the evening. Maybe bad luck? Maybe better in low season? Nice manager by the way.

Half sanitary closed. they can open completely again from the end of May, according to the owner. Nice grounds and sanitary OK but no toilet paper or soap. Environment nice for cycling through hills.

Nice quiet campsite on the water, bridges over a stream. Already fully booked! Sanitary ok. Ask the administrator for directions to go to Orleans by bike. Great cycling route, but you have to find the start from the campsite.

Campsite is open. Lots of mobile homes. Currently mostly empty. Old plumbing, still half out of use due to Covid measures. Place for towing motorhomes. Electricity, mini market. Restaurant. Great place for transit. Close to nice old town.

Beautiful campsite with plenty of space for campers. Mobile homes are located on separate grounds. Clean sanitary facilities although it is a bit old. Very nice campsite owners aged, but full of energy. They also run the restaurant with surprise menu and homemade vinho verde. You can make beautiful walking and cycling trips in the area, without meeting anyone. Relax at the beautiful swimming pool. Recommended for people who are looking for something other than the beach.

Excellent campsite, whether open grassy terrain or under the trees (with pine cones on the ground). It can be windy on top. When looking for a place, pay attention to the road, where heavy traffic comes over early. Amenities OK. Cycling to the beach is doable (with gears).

Large campsite with many permanent pitches (caravans with large awnings and shaded roofs) and many pitches for tents, delimited by hedges, not accessible for cars or motorhomes. Only a few camper places near the entrance of the campsite. Campsite well maintained and tidy. Sanitary needs major maintenance but is clean. Washing machine, dishes and electricity and internet fine. Swimming pool was closed on May 8. Restaurant open. No shop.

There are some small spots for small motorhomes on the campsite with fixed mobile homes. Very neglected plumbing. Quiet and nice manager. Not a place to stay long.
