Lovely campsite. Good, hot showers in a heated building. We paid €51 for 3 nights all-inclusive. Dated, but very good and spotlessly clean sanitary facilities. Cycle routes R1 and R6 pass by the campsite (download the Radevormwald website). One drawback: no Wi-Fi and (as is often the case in Germany) poor internet reception. After the initial shock, this brought some peace of mind.

Fine for one night. Felt safe. At night, there are vans of mechanics and the like that leave very early. Despite the double levelers, we were still very crooked. Clean restrooms when we were there. Right next to Schwebebahn station. Thanks Wuppertal, if only more towns were this hospitable.

Great place. Bought some delicious heather honey in the shop. Thank you for such a wonderful and affordable place. It's a shame there are idiots who don't get the concept. You have to pee in your own toilet here. Not in the bushes in front of others.

I agree with almost all the reviews. Great location, friendly manager. We were probably a bit unlucky. One of us stepped in dog poop near the campers. And the toilets were filthy. Dirty seats, strange substances on the doors, cobwebs. It looked like they'd been there for a while. Still, we would come back.

The restrooms were spotlessly clean and all amenities were available. But we were very disappointed. Because everything else was full, we decided to stay. When we confronted the older manager about this, his response was: "Yeah, pictures are always better than reality." Seriously? So here are some photos of the rental tent by the bridge (road view), which is quite cramped.

What a wonderful campsite. Clean, friendly manager. Close to everything. Such a shame that villas will be built here soon. Like everywhere else in this area: bought up and going for the big bucks. Rumor has it, a campsite is going to be built at the ice rink. Such a shame.

No! What have they done! Not because of the €10, we would have gladly paid that. But the green paradise (our favorite place) is gone.

Everything you need is there. Beautiful places with picnic bench. Helpful and friendly. We ate trout. This campsite is recommended.

Small scale. Very helpful (with problems with rented camper Cruise America). Simple but clean sanitary facilities. Waste in a bag by a tree, is collected at 09.30. Shade and sun. Every place a picnic bench. Close to all highlights in Custer State Park. Our highlight: Crazy Horse Memorial. A car available for the guests.

We were here on June 7. We were kindly helped by the owner. Some noise from the highway. Restaurant only has pizzas. Simple but perfectly affordable CP for transit.

Simple, but wonderful in nature. Meat from the farmer on the bbq. Pure and honest. Ice cream and drinks at the rest point. No hassle about arrival and departure times or how the nose of your camper should be positioned. Cycling to Enschede center 20 minutes. If only there were more of these kinds of unlicked places!

Warm welcome. Clean toilets. Great cycling environment. Too bad the grass field is a dog toilet. Right in front of you while you eat your breakfast. Most people clean up the dog poop. But not everyone. I spoke to a guilty person about it, who just turned around and the poop stayed there. So I reported it to the management and that the poop was still there. Response: we will keep an eye on it. And the poop stayed there..... That's why 2*

Wonderfully beautiful on the water. Cycle path next door. In good weather hundreds of cyclists and walkers along you. But also has something. Such a shame about the so beautiful toilet building: discharge chemical toilet in the back men's toilet. And Arab men on the campsite with shouting and very loud galagala music.

We are here for the 2nd night and decide to book another night. Lovely cycling along the Maas to Dinant. The campsite is hospitable and the sanitary facilities are great. Not 5 stars because of the noise of the traffic. Nevertheless we stay another night.

29-8-2024 Great overnight stay at the restaurant. They call it themselves: camper guest company. Officially 2 places, but there were 3. Beautiful walking route along the abbey directly from the parking lot. We had a nice meal in the restaurant and bought cheese at the abbey. It is much cheaper than in the store. We were just unlucky: the next morning the parking lot was cleaned with leaf blowers from 06.30.

25-8-2024. Five stars if the campsite had not been so expensive. We paid £ 40.10. The discount of £ 15 per night had already been deducted (ANWB-ACSI). Only visited to visit friends in the area, otherwise really too expensive. Paying with ING card (Vpay) does not work, Rabo does. Positive: beautiful, spacious, clean and very friendly people. Walking from the campsite, Chaldon Church is worth it, with the oldest wall paintings in England.

20-8-2024 We paid £ 26 2 pers. incl. electricity. Beautiful campsite with a magnificent view. As a result, there was also a lot of wind, people had their hats on. Nice toilet block and clean. You will need an E-bike to cycle to the Tarr Steps or the village.

16-2024. Cash only. Very basic but great for visiting Cheddar. Stayed 4 nights. At the back you can go through the gate to the Strawberry Line: a beautiful cycle route. But also into the centre. Axbridge cute little town. Quiet campsite, except for road noise. Many walking routes in the area.

13-8-24. Stayed here for 2 nights. You can take a boat trip with owner Steve in the evening for £5. Very basic pop-up camping. But very nice spacious places on the river. By bike or walk to Henley-on-Thames. Ask Steve for safe route.

Aug 12, 2024. Had a great meal at the Coastguard Pub. A vendor called it Paradise Cove. And that's what it is. At the entrance to the parking lot, a sign with a nice walk. The very steep and narrow road requires steering skills. There are public toilets.

Strange camping. Really nice, nothing to say about that. But impersonal. We met the owner/manager, we greeted him. There was hardly any reaction. And that affects the rest of the guests. No life and unsociable,

This is not a camping for campers. Only glamping. What is that doing in campercontact?

We have been here several times. It is now starting to get very busy/full. But there is a fallback option. Back to Andruper Strasse, turn right there. Continue to the next P-place on the right. Another tip: the asparagus at Haus am See is delicious.

08/16/2023. Cost £55 but includes £38 entry to Portmeirion (2 people). Recommended. Free use of outdoor swimming pool with hotel towels. All inclusive. Great luxury. Three types of places. Even the small places are spacious. Officially until 10:00 am, tolerated until 12:00 am. So 2 days to Portmeirion. Recommended: walks in the park. Do not stand next to the office, loading and unloading takes place at 7 a.m.

We paid €27 incl €4 electricity. Too much for what was offered. We had to stand in the park, under the trees, no sun and a lot of mud. Sunday morning from 6 a.m. screaming dog walkers. What we didn't know is that you have to move to the campsite on Sunday. It's fun, no fixed places, but for some people a reason to stand directly in front of you. The campsite itself was nice and quiet, we spent 3 nights, the last of which we slept well.

Wonderful place. Tip: Ban Mai Asia Imbiss in the center. Vietnamese restaurant with 4-course menu for €27! Fresh and delicious. The cook came by briefly. It's a shame that motorists don't understand the CP system. We wanted to leave and kindly asked to move the car parked at the disposal because we could not reach it. Omg... what aggression. In such a nice environment, how is it possible.

We were here 1 night in August. You have to love this, the campsite is simple and old. But sanitary facilities are spotless and it feels like you are in nature with a beautiful view. You look for a place, the owner comes by a few times a day to collect the money. We paid 10 pounds pp + 5 pounds electricity. Pricey for this simple location. Downstairs are straight pitches, but sometimes too boggy. Top dry but not always straight.

We were here for 5 nights in August. What a wonderful campsite. Nice and quiet, overlooking the steam train on one side, the hills with the Broadway tower on the other. The walk here is recommended (route at the tourist info). Owner Justin likes to talk about his campsite. Toilets clean with pleasant music. We took the steam train to Cheltenham. Like real Dutch people, take the bicycles (for free).

£37 per night. for what? For rows for the toilet, showers and washing-up area. Neighbors with loud music and fairground lighting on their camper (see photo). Camping management is 10 meters away and does nothing! Drive around this campsite with a wide arc.

The campsite looks nice, near the ruins of a chapel. Unfortunately we couldn't go there because the lawn was flooded last night.

You arrive at the campsite through a small river. Muddy but the (grand) daughter was very helpful with laying mats. The places on the river are fairly flat. With those on the other side, it is also impossible to stand up with levelers. But don't whine. The surroundings are beautiful.

Great location. Even on a weeknight, the pub is packed. We had 2 daily menus. The curries were tasty and spicy. Nice staff. Spacious pitches, shame about the road noise, but it didn't keep us awake.

Stood here for the second time. Few minutes from the ferry. There are only two power points and the distributor was gone. Fortunately, a very nice Dutch woman gave us her power point. Nice and calm. Primitive but clean toilets. Small places, not suitable for large campers. Advice: reserve otherwise no place.

Warm welcome. Lots of explanation. Everything available, including lots of information about Franeker and surroundings, bookcase, etc. Clean. Nice private closed washrooms. Walking distance supermarket, railway station and center. Quiet in nature. Owners are very formal about rules, but we will definitely be back!

Great place. Also for trucks and you can hear them when they start, but it is doable. There is an information board in the center with various walking routes. Museum is currently closed.

Not been on the CP but visited the associated location. How nice. Pumpkin exhibition, shops, restaurant, zoo and more.

Parking behind Krabat butcher shop. We paid 10 euros per night including electricity. Plus 2 euros tour.bel. pppn. You can also enter the site without an EC card. Report to the butcher shop (until 3 p.m.). They open and close the gate for you and connect the power. Right in the tourist center. You get a Gästekarte for discounts. Too bad no drain dirty water and toilet. Otherwise great place, quiet.

Very quiet at the back on the left p-place. You are not in boxes next to each other, which makes for a nice layout and a lot of privacy. Bakery 300 meters.

For the 2nd time here and again a warm welcome. We asked for a map of Rendsburg and received an explanation from the brother of the caretaker about routes and restaurants. As a result, new places are discovered. Wonderfully quiet and a cp where there is at least space to open your windows and set up the awning.

Hutje-hat too close together. A few spots on the water. For the rest everywhere a view of the white walls of the neighbors. drove on.

If you like a view of old iron, this might be a nice cp. Not for us, so drove on.

Wonderful campsite. (Hiking) maps can be borrowed at the reception. Nice shade places with this heat. Nice swimming in the lake. Canoes for rent. Via the hiking trail along the lake (15-20) minutes: several restaurants beautifully situated on the river. Yellow hiking trail around the lake approx. 8 km. Indeed, too expensive (therefore 4 stars instead of 5). But it also has a lot to offer. Free hot shower unlike other posts.

Great place. Quiet. (Except on Saturday evening?) Field 3 also has electricity. Total 3 x 4 power points. Close the door by lifting the handle. Otherwise it is not locked. Some people take a key inside when they shower, which is very annoying for fellow campers. Good cycling maps are available (free of charge) in the Fritidscentre. Municipality of Varde: thank you for this facility.

Review difficult because the campsite was full. A regatta this week. But the really friendly girl referred us to the other campsite in Silkeborg. There was enough space there. Because of the helpfulness and thinking along 4 ***

Great place, nothing to add. Extra information. Saturday fish buffet for 28 euros. Lots of small crustaceans. 10 minutes by bike to Øster Vedsted, where approximately in the middle is a grove with a playground, etc. A nice informative and well signposted walking route starts here. 2 loops, total 12.5 km.

Nice managers, nice spacious places, great for cycling. But certainly not a quiet campsite. We stayed here for 2 nights. 1st night: cars, cars, cars, planes, motorcycles and the last tractor at 23:15. Loud music until midnight. Sunday morning the first tractor already at 08.45. Too bad, because otherwise a nice place.

We were there with about 6 campers. £2 per night until midnight. Paid another 2 pounds in the morning. Toilets are closed at night. Great overnight place. Tip: go to the visitor center, with a beer brewery. While enjoying a nice beer, the owner of the brewery told us enthusiastically about John 'o Groats, Jan de Grote, a Dutchman. Even the soccer team in this place wears the color orange!

Very busy on days off. Free toilets in visitor center.

Awful, crowded with cars and side parking. Drive very fast!

Great location. Quiet. Visitor center and toilets currently closed. Take a moment to watch the salmon jump.

Warm welcome with lots of information. Showers in block 2 are fine. Heat adjustable and good spray (I have long hair, so important). Less pleasant is the busy road. Make sure you end up somewhere around block 3, it's quieter there. Block 2 at the entrance not far from there. We paid £28 including electricity.

Nice campsite. Neat sanitary facilities, good facilities. Because of the vermin (indeed a lot of trouble in the places, because of the horses?) The door of the sanitary facilities must remain closed. Therefore a tip for the owners: place insect screens in the windows so that they can be opened. Too little ventilation can take place, which leads to the stuffy humid air inside. Furthermore, a great campsite and helpful reception.

2020-07 Free parking space at toll road (toll € 18). Beautiful with the cows and the sound of their bells around you. The horses also carry bells. Busy during the day but quiet at night. Nice walk, enjoying treats in the huts along the way, and afterwards a beer at the Lienbachhof.

2020-07. Horrible. After paying and seeing the place requested the money back and left. When we arrived at the place we had to stand with the back against the fence, so that someone could still stand in front of us. But there are also guests in front of you and behind you, so you are completely stuck and you cannot leave! With the motivation: then everyone can see it more. Big nonsense, the new places are behind the building, no more to be seen. you only see your neighbors. Mud gang with prohibition to put a rug on this "lawn". The neighbors had to be pulled out of the mud. And that had to cost € 39. Scandalous.

2020-07 Great! This campsite is used as a drive-through campsite to Croatia, but is so much more. Owner Hannes (son of Martina) receives the guests warmly. If you know you want to stay longer, you will receive a range of tourist information and tips and you will get a slightly quieter place. In the evening it can get busy because of the "threading". The pole at the waste water drain was awkward, the pole was immediately removed by Hannes :-). Bread service. Not cheap, but they are often brought in a basket. Clean toilets. With the Tennengau Plus Card free with S-bahn and bus (to Salzburg, among others). Quite a lot of noise from the railway, therefore no 10.

2020-08 Naturcamping is mentioned on the website. Which nature? Hutjemutje on top of each other (accurate to the centimeter, we saw people who had to put their awning back 5 cm). The "natur" consisted of treetops above the other campers. Mandatory position towards the sun, no freedom to create shade yourself. In corona time, no measures in the sanitary building, so you had to wash 30 cm from your neighbor. A 2 because the sanitary facilities were clean and the chickens that come to stroll around with you.

2020-07 Great campsite on the Danube. Mainly permanent places, 1 place on the water (next to restaurant). Lovely shade through apple trees. 1 field for single campers. Not suitable for large motorhomes because you have to stand perpendicular to the path. Quiet. Clean sanitary facilities. Drain for CT bit clunky (next to washing machine) and dirty water not on site (others used sewer). Hiking routes behind the campsite (via the Kohlbachtal). In Obernzell (2.5 km) there is a ferry: nice for cycling: on the Austrian side to Passau on the German side back. Donaukraftwerk Jochenstein 4 km. Cozy terrace on the Danube. Bread roll service (don't: very soggy for 0.60).

2020-08 Great camping. Full on weekends, but after that the places on the water are also free again. Just ask and find another place. Nice administrators. Municipal campsite, a pity that it does nothing to the facilities / sanitary. It's old, but clean. Fled from Austria due to almost not following corona rules, this campsite was a relief and felt safe. The lid on the waste water outlet is very very heavy. We paid € 20 incl. Electricity, not too much. Nice little town. A lot of noise from the bridge and sounds from neighbors next to the campsite and the parking lot on the other side of the Main. But yes, you are at a city campsite for that.

2020-04-13 Easter. Friendly reception. Spacious places through which safety guidelines COVID-19 could be properly followed. No point wastewater. But with the help of our CT, we were able to dispose of the wastewater via the landfill for CT.

Closed with chain because of Coronavirus.

Great place for a quiet night. But busy on a sunny Sunday. Make sure you cannot be secured. Walk around Aasee about 8 km. Funny: locals live here in the most unusual buildings. Walk to the center half an hour, little to no lighting on the path. Definitely a place to come back again.

2019-10-20. Flow fixed amount € 2.50. Been here in 2015, we were shocked by the photos after the clearing in Campercontact. But that was not so bad. Meanwhile, overgrown with a view of the duck pond. Good food in Heidsmuehle, you have to wait for a table until the hotel guests are ready. But that goes fast. Heidsmuehle has a brochure with its own walking routes.

2019-10-21 Only quiet at night, but you will be awakened at 06.45 by banging car doors, tractors from nearby companies, a lot of traffic and the bus. The CP is next to a roundabout, so first a roaring bus next to you, then it drives right past you and again after the roundabout. The CP is also located next to the parking lot for employees. They start early ........ With € 12 this CP is far too expensive for what is offered. We came for the Therme, well then it was very disappointing. The town itself is nice and beautifully lit at night.

2019-10-20. Drove quickly here. Site seemed closed. Bald and desolate gang. With a total loss car on the square. Perhaps this is better after the renovation, but the beautiful trees are gone.

2019-10-19 WOW! What a place and a view. Actually a 10, but a 9 because of the sound of the roads. The € 2 for plumbing is not small, but in cold and rain we were very grateful for the heated plumbing. In the meantime, posts have been placed next to the waste water drain. There is also a higher field.

2019-10-16 Nice place, but CP packed and cabin, so we drove on quickly. The waste water well is bad. It is next to a concrete block, which means that not every camper can get through it well. We saw someone struggling to get the drain above the well, because of the concrete block that didn't work. In addition, the terrain is very sloping. The water ran towards the river, and that was not allowed. Panic! A well on the lower part would be in place here.

2019-10-16 Nice quiet CP. We paid € 5. Very easily such a wake-up service between 08.30-08.45 :-). Good and inexpensive food at Weinhaus Ahrblume. The owner is also happy to provide background information about the wines. The other CP has 2 fields and is called Burgwiese. You get the giggles from the Dutch translation of the "parking rules". When picking up the sandwiches at Haus Appel, they don't mind if you want to go to the toilet. A hospitable village, where we will definitely come back.

Lovely place, owners friendly and humor. Resting point for cyclists and walkers with terrace and small shop and delicious ice cream. Walk to airport and Lonnekerberg 10 km. Walk around the airport via junctions 16 km. In the background sound of the A1, which you get used to. Certainly a CP to come back to.

2019-08-17 Nice manager (s). Bread service but also other products available. Distance to boat trip harbor, aquarium and restaurants 700 meters. Navy Museum 1 km. City itself not very special. After return activities, a megacamper had put its wheels on the white line and the equally large windows wide open, leaving us little space. After some comment, the camper was moved.

2019-08-15 Expensive but nice. The restaurant owners are super friendly and helpful. With the Gästekarte you can go to the Friesentherme (400 meters) for free for 1 hour. The Gästekarte is necessary for a beach walk to Schillig (otherwise € 3 pp). Clean showers and toilets. Daily boat trips from the harbor. Nice village. Despite the price we stayed 2 nights.

2019-08-13 What a rest and space! At fishing pond, only a single walker with dog comes along. Kurzentrum with swimming pool, sports facilities, sauna, etc. at 320 meters. Delicious and inexpensive food in the restaurant. A bicycle junction card (€ 2.95) was purchased at the tourist information in the Kurzentrum. Good cycling possibilities. Supermarkets 2 km.

2019-08-12. Continue until the end. Restless in the evening. Cars drive laps, sometimes with loud music, or drive very slowly trying to look inside. That goes on all night. Still a nice place because of the view and the ships. We did not feel unsafe. Emden is a nice place for a day. Haha pedestrian crossing at Ottohus with a walking Otto in green light.

22-4-2019 Nice driveway. Warm welcome. Easter so packed. We had not made a reservation so we first had to stand on a paved spot but later got a nice "green" spot. In the evening the owner came to ask us if the place was good, very thoughtful. Easter fire on Sunday with Bratwurst from the grill. We paid 2 people bus camper + elect. € 21 excl. Shower coins at € 0.50 = € 22 p per night.

2018-08-22. Small and nice quiet campsite. Spacious and clean bathrooms. 3 km from the smallest ferry in Norway (4 cars or max 14 tonnes) which is run by Dutch people. Friendly manager comes 2x daily.

2018-10-22. Toilets closed. New / second place particularly large, but messy. Right next to a lake with swans. Nice town. Beautiful hiking trail 8 km running 600 meters from CP (Bahnhofstrasse). "Eco Pfad Kulturgeschichte Wolfhagen". www.eco-pfade.de. We were not present, the manager put a note with the codes under the ladder at the camper. Very thoughtful.

2018-10-21. The therme a 10, one of the most beautiful and complete that we have visited. Tourist tax scandalous. 3.50 pppn. On Sunday: no bus, no other facilities. What do you pay for? Rip-off. Therefore a lower rating. Walk to Bad Kissingen fine, but fairly steep for people who have difficulty walking. Top CP nice view.

2018-10-20. Fine! CT cleaning can not be done in a toilet building, everyone does so at wastewater drainage. 30 power connections. Shops 200-400 meters (via tunnel under rail). Voluntary contribution 3 euros per night you like to pay. Somewhat noise from the train. Behind beautiful places with grass next to it. Large p-places also have trucks.

2018-10-18. Mega p-place. Weekly flea market at free + Saturday. Start at 5.30 am! Then do not stand on block 1-11 (haha). At block 12 bistro (pizzas) + toilet (opening times bistro). From block 12 more noise from busy road. In case of barrier, motorhome length is automatically registered. We paid 5 euros per night. Cycling to center 25 minutes. Fine to do. No facilities, yet an 8.

23-08-2018. Excellent camping. Place space in fact unlimited. Unfortunately, the quiet was disturbed very early in the morning because several new houses were built. Yet we would come back.

22-08-2018 Tip: hike Himmelriket (1.5 hours) via the road to Fjellkyrkje. Follow the signs until the end. At the lodge a CP is under construction, ready at the end of 2018.

24-08-2018. There you again 1. Acsi flag on the counter but no discount. Friendly reception, but NOK 290 too expensive for what you get. Shower coins and wifi against payment. Well nicely located on the water.

19-08-2018. Excellent camping. Very friendly owner. When we were there the boiler was broken, but was immediately repaired. At checkout we had to pay NOK 25 pppn (not at the owner). According to this young man NOK 275 including 1 person. We did not accept that and did not pay it. Quiet campsite, except under the water. Everyone wants to stand there + sound from the bridge.

18-08-2018. Does not everyone understand: behind the buildings also div. places without electricity. Behind bus station water. Some inconvenience of charging station electr. cars, do not get too close. Furthermore, quiet and good place. Public toilet was heated.

22-08-2018. Nice spacious places on the harbor. Free electricity. You can sit comfortably on your seat in front of the camper. In the old part (approximately above the CP) an open air museum in a park. In the harbor (few meters walk) a lot of catering. Small disadvantage: a lot of traffic - even in the evening and in the morning - along the camper. But for NOK 26 incl. Electricity from 13.30 till next morning 10.00 we can not whine!

18-08-2018. 5 pm. Fully loaded with passenger cars.

17-08-2018. What a paradise for nature lovers. The walk to Gloppefoss waterfall starts on the other side of the road.

16-08-2018 Just a nice campsite with all facilities. Walking routes available. Very friendly Dutch administrators. Very muddy in rain.

16-08-2018 CP was overcrowded, even at the roundabout. No matter how beautiful the location itself is, these kind of places where your little hut is, we are not happy. We found a nice spot 1 km towards Sogndal at the harbor of Stapnesholen. Wonderfully quiet, 1 large and 4 bus campers. Pay attention to that: the bus comes occasionally and uses this place to turn around.

For overnight stay on the way to Scandinavia fine, but no pleasure to stand. Noise from the road on one side, trains on the other side and planes above you. Well enough simply because of the fact that this municipality is building such a free and neat CP.

28-08-18 Totally full at 17.45. Next day around noon still full. Very busy, cyclists, motorcyclists, day trippers. We found a super spot at CP Eiderblick in Rendsburg.

28-08-18 The intention was 1 night, 2. What a nice town! Many bicycle routes (leaflets available). Super-friendly operator. We had insufficient cash, were allowed to pay in the morning (toilet code oral). Breakfast 2.95 and 3.95. Coffee in nice mugs. CP is of deacon: good facilities for disabled people. The date is set on the "reserved" plates. On other dates you can stand there.

27-08-2018. Spacious CP, separate from p-place store. Beautiful sports shop and definitely take a look in the toilets. Only visit this store before.

Diesel is more expensive than at other service stations in the area. Not suitable for shopping, alcohol, for example, is only sold to Danes. Suitable for overnight stays in transit.

25-08-2018. Photos are from old situation. No more idyllic on the water. But, you are still here for Oslo? Sufficient for 1 or 2 nights. Spacious places. Machine works fine, code toilet on the receipt.

27-08-2018. This is almost a paradise, if not so much traffic came along. 2 p-places. 1 upstairs with toilets (quite slanted). 1 downstairs with grill. Beautiful view. Walking routes. Inconvenience of (hard-driving) traffic and construction traffic.

27-08-2018. Did not feel good. So small, that is no different, than that you cause inconvenience to local residents and other users. A little further on is a larger place with toilets and trash cans.

26-08-2018, Surprisingly nice historic fortified town. Bicycle city. Pass under the bridge, over the foot-bike bridge, then follow the water. Free ferry to historic town. Or immediately from the bridge with the ferry to historic town. Tips: model railway museum. Food: Cactus (shopping street), simple but tasty Mexican buffet for NOK 189. Bridge gives some inconvenience, but otherwise fine !!!

Great place. Hiking trails at the door. Map with hiking and cycling routes at Generationenpark (Bahnhof) where there is also a CP. Very soggy in the rain, but then the other CP is a godsend. Recommended: Hotel-restaurant Darfeld in the village, delicious, cozy, welcoming.

2018-04-13 Very friendly reception, cozy restaurant. Register in hotel. Church bells at 7 am. Haha wake up on time. It is a pity of grumbling neighbors that the places are too small. It is a courtyard the walls are not made of elastic. We thought it was fine, not grumbling when even the power is free. It can be full at a funeral visitors church parking than in the courtyard.

2018-04-13. Nice city, good intentions of the Municipality, facilities fine. But too small. The place was packed and not a good atmosphere. Fast driving.

Nice location, but tight. You need 2 places to be able to stand.

24.10.2017 Uglike CP, but quiet can stay overnight near A45. Not feeling unsafe, many people walk by the pool. 3 places, 2 power connections. Water € 1 for 10 minutes. Something noise from B62, but acceptable. Baker in mall. Restaurant Bismarckhalle 170 mtr (sloping to swimming pool). Environmental sticker required.

21.10.2017 Here you only have to look at Michelstadt. Town definitely worth it. Toilets clean and brand new including toilet paper. Free WIFI, not always as good. CP only for lack of better. Driving school, p for morning market and trucks, noise. Local entertainment: Driving around the campers at night. Locals with campers "live" (car put them on the next door) and stables.

18.10.2017 Camping closed from Oct 16th. Bit early while the two-week autumn holiday in Germany has just begun. Friendly Dutchman (owner?) Referred us to another campsite.

20.10.2017 You will not be happy about it: busy and full. We therefore parked only for the Odenwald-Therme (200m walk). Very nice thermal bath but at night, chilling eyes. Yet another 3 for facilitating.

22.10.2017. Gorgeous place, even in bad weather, nice view from your camper. Disadvantage: no loose point. We paid € 5 (€ 10 discount when dining in restaurant). Water was closed. Very good restaurant, the wildlife card is highly recommended. At walking start point, beautiful hiking routes to Felsenmeer, including route L1 9.5 km. WIFI in restaurant.

20.10.2017 Opened in 2016. Beautiful place, but a 6 due to noise very hard driving traffic. Owner told us that in 2018 a loose point is planned. It is also planned to make a noise by means of trees. Power € 1 per 2Kwh, service also in Dutch. Water free. Bread service and breakfast possible. Delicious, good and not expensive. WC in restaurant.

18.10.2017. € 19.30 incl. 2.50 current. Clean toilets, restaurant closed. Nice to Neckar but lots of noise traffic. Bus stop for Heidelberg at the lock. Shower items. Camping is widely used for visiting Heidelberg. But a campsite is a campsite and no CP. Not every camper adheres to it and does not "park" the camper socially. Too bad.

17.08.2017 What a lovely campsite. At the edge of the campsite you have the beach right in front of you. Nice reception. Super clean and modern sanitary facilities. The bridge across the Loire gives a bit of noise, so a 9 and no 10. We needed to find a waste of toilet and waste water. At the back of the campsite there is also 1 toilet. Just search: There is a tube for the cassette toilet on that building.

26-08-17. Lovely campsite, beautiful town. € 12.20 incl. Current. Shadow and sunplaces. No 10 due to highly aged sanitary facilities. Will be cleaned 2x a day. Center with bakery, butcher, supermarket, vvv, etc 5 min walk. Tips: at VVV for € 5 map with 13 hiking routes. This holiday is the best dining experience at Hotel Le Lion Verd.

29.08.17 Norwegian reception by old lady. We were referred to field F or cp. On both shadows (strip next to hedge we do not call a shadow). Mainly chalets and unzellig. We have reached the campsite 300 meters further. Afterwards a good choice. In the evening the music in Vieille Eglise's bar was so loud that we still heard them at the other campsite.

Here we were not happy. We did not have an ACSI card. We paid 26.10 per night including electricity and tour. Virtually no shadows. Shadows behind the chalets. Lousy views. Those appeared to be used as a dog outlet. Stopped under the leaves was a lot of surprise. The few points for the good facilities. We stayed 2 nights for the saltfields.

21.08.2017. Lovely campsite (despite train, you used to be used after 1 night). Even though the reception was not open, the barrier was opened for us, we were allowed to sign up later. Reliability at the train station (machine breakage is broken even if you speak French badly). At VVV (free, Dutch-speaking) tickets are available for great cycling trips to the Loire.

15-08-2017. Camping has 51 places (not 10), turn left at the campsite, also here is a toilet building. We paid a fee of € 16.10 per night including electricity. Friendly reception. The city of Tournai is being refurbished. That made some searching for the road (s). Nevertheless, we have been able to see the city of Tournai in a nice way by bike.

25-5-2017 What a rest, on top of a hilltop. Road up is good with the camper, difficult to walk after a beer in the pub :-). Near town of Tissington. Recommend, as if you are on the Midsomer Murders movie set.

24-5-2017. Simple camping. The new pound (8-sided) does not fit in many parking machines and shower machines. Take care of old pounds or 20 pence. Owners Allan and Georgina are very helpful. For the Ajax-Manchester match, everything was put into action so we could see them. Deliciously eaten for low prices. Dirty road next to the campsite, but that is at many campsites in UK.

22-5-2017. Toilets and shower super clean and free. Wifi GPB 6 per day. Wastewater gets into a drain (ask the manager). Quiet campsite. Something noise, but not really bad, next to the campsite and industry in the distance.

16-08-2016. Work led to the bridge nuisance which we (just) stayed 2 nights. Antiquated plumbing, but acceptable. At the campsite snacks and beverages. The most surprising: movie night. In summer there about 2 times a week showed a movie on the site. Great, a few meters from your motorhome for the big screen! We paid € 14.60 pn incl toer.bel and discount.

24-08-2016. Quiet campsite, only in the distance you hear the light sound of the Autobahn. Spacious places, you can go where you want. We paid € 14 + € 2 for power. Shower Coins cost € 0.50.

Prima camping. Free wifi on terrace and guest room. No eetlocatie, have a drink for sale. Nice owner has hiking trails available. We did not have a map and were allowed to borrow from him. We also saw the swans with young.

Fine motor home place. Quiet. Free hiking map available in the restaurant. Nice owners. Tasty "Heuriger" eaten by farm or from the environment. Please note that only when the food: the sandwiches in the baskets: € 1.10 per item! But hey, we complain about: good food and drink with free overnight. A campsite in Austria easily cost € 25.

Aug 2016. You believe your eyes which campers are here, gorgeous. Security at entrance. Toilets and showers were common and well cleaned. Noise from road is not too bad if you're not against the fence beside the road. Saturday night disco which went still. But afterwards went drunk people singing karaoke. That was less funny. Excellent site to visit Bratislava.

You come here just to experience the Sucha Bela. Furthermore, stay away! Not working passes for cars but also yourself. Wristbands (without control, meaningless). 3 showers and toilets for a very wide field: traffic jams. And then required road for 10 hours! Please bring cash, credit card costs € 5. Too little power connections. Very good: the restaurant for the campsite.

We were here from 18-21 Sep 2016. € 2 pppn € 4 camper € 0.70 toer.bel. Free: electricity and thermal water pool. Campsite with glorious views Nat.Park Velka Fatra. Toilets and showers very dated and dirty. After our complaint to the English-speaking and helpful manager, these were the next day clean. From the campsite you can walk it in Nat.Park. What a rest we stayed three nights.
