Space for over 20 campers side-by-side with a view of the canal; plenty of room even with a trailer attached. The boat lift is visible from the campsite. Turn right immediately after the bridge. Very quiet at night; occasionally a car drives by, but it doesn't bother you.

A beautiful camper site near a waterfall/rapids! Free and plenty of space. Someone comes by every day to check if everything is in order. I found a smartphone, complete with bank and credit cards, on one of the tables outside. I thought the owner was still up there on the hiking trail. The inspector drove by, called for half an hour, and managed to reach the owner. It turned out the smartphone was already there from the day before. A great campsite to stay for a few days.

We stayed here for the second time last night. There's a long fence in the middle where you can park. We were the only ones there. No internet on two smartphones. The same problem with the Lidl in Sittensen. After 2 km on the highway, the signal returned. Great location!

Slept here on September 4th. In the afternoon and evening, a group of young people drove around in a 45 km/h car (without a license plate and an agricultural triangle on the back) in a convoy with heavy bass and loud exhausts. It's called terrorizing the village. On August 2nd, I got hamburger meals at a hamburger/grill shop down in the village, including a coke and a mountain of fries. I'd never eaten such a big, thick hamburger with a generous portion of fries. Highly recommended! After 9 pm, it was quiet. The first train was at 6 am.

The location doesn't match the name Kiwi. Kiwi has moved to a new building further down the road. As soon as you arrive and turn right into the parking lot, the sani station is in the corner of that large parking lot. There's also a blue sign, only visible from the road; it's rotated from the parking lot. The closest business to the sani station is Sport 1, on the other side of the road.

Google sent me here (I've forgotten the name of the village where the road began) on a narrow mountain road that took over an hour, with many steep and sharp hairpin bends. Eventually, I had to cross the mountain, but there was a small toll road with a tollgate. I had to pay 120 kronor by card. The mountain road had long stretches of 3 meters wide. Sometimes I had to go up and down in first gear. When I got here, the 55 also passes this CP. So if you're coming here, take the 55.

I was here again last night; it's been a few years. No problems with dike construction. There wasn't an antisocial person with a van.

A solid 5 stars, spacious pitches, excellent sanitary facilities. Beautiful, quiet surroundings. Paying only with the QR code on the information board didn't work; I have a foreign bank card. I think it only works with a Dutch bank card. Paid in cash.
