Nearly perfect campervan spot, and all for just €5 for 24 hours. Within walking distance of the supermarket and town center. Near the beautiful vineyards. Okay, during the day you can hear the cars and the train, and a boat in the distance, but at night it's quiet. Slept wonderfully with the window open. You can empty your toilet, gray water, and fill it with water. There's also a waste container. What else do you need?

The parking lot where you can spend the night is 100 meters away as the crow flies. Take the next street via the church. There was plenty of space and a trash can. Gammelstad is highly recommended!!

Nice quiet and sunny place. There was plenty of room, only a few teaching cars came for the first lessons. Very easy to get to the center by bike. We were here from Sunday to Monday. It was very quiet. I just couldn't pay with the app, there is no parking meter. so we have not paid. Hopefully no fine either.

A beautiful, quiet spot, we intended to only stay 1 night, but it was so wonderfully quiet, we only stayed an extra night. Lots of mosquitoes in the evening, you couldn't sit outside. Lovely cycled around the lake to Tingsryd, a circuit of 18 km. You can also enjoy swimming in the lake. Dark water but clean! The road to it is quite narrow, fortunately no oncoming traffic was seen. Easily accessible with a large camper.

Nice cozy campsite. Not too big. We could easily park there with our large camper. Shower (free) and toilet looked super clean. Coincidentally, a BBQ was also organized. Very pleasant but not pushy. The campsite is not very illuminated, but we were able to see the northern lights. We had no problems with the highway. Very nice that there was a back entrance for cyclists and walkers. Worth repeating!

Buy a 2 euro coin for water at the cash register. Toilet cassette can be emptied free of charge. Simple service place but nothing more is needed.

perfect camper place for 1 or 2 nights if you are self-sufficient. walking distance from the beach and the center. There were many campers with dogs when we were there.

5-1-2022 camper place is still there but was closed because the lawn was too soggy.

Nice free motorhome. Provision for waste and free electricity, top. The gravel subsoil is clean and tidy, but can be a bit soggy at the lowest part - in times of heavy rainfall.

Very friendly and welcoming reception even on December 30th. We got a spot on the gravel near the house because the grass was too wet. Highly recommended. If we are ever in the area again we will stay here again! Out of season call but they are open all year round!

Nice location, within walking distance of the beautiful old center of Hoorn. It is in a parking lot with 2 old campers, but it is a lovely quiet place, good sanitary facilities, well heated. We were supposed to stay 1 night, it turned out to be 3! Home delivery could also find us :) We will definitely come back here when everything is open again.

Lovely quiet place, you just can't empty the toilet. There are no shops, bakery or restaurant nearby. Wonderful place for an overnight stay. We stayed for two nights. Really a topper.
