Spent a weekend at this campsite. Everything was neat and clean despite it being full. Campers were the majority, two caravans, and two tents. So, it's definitely a campsite! The campsite is located on Schildmeer lake, unfortunately not visible from the pitch. The check-in kiosk definitely needs some attention; not everything works properly. It's definitely better to pay for electricity after use. Arriving from 10:00 AM and departing from 12:00 PM doesn't make sense, and that's also a point to consider.

After traveling through Ireland and visiting 16 campsites, this campsite gets 5 stars from us!!! This is the best on our trip! Friendly welcome, spacious pitch, clean sanitary facilities and kitchen with hot water. Free adjustable showers. All in all, neatly maintained. We paid €35 incl electricity

Very simple campsite. Friendly welcome. Barrier with padlock, of which you receive a key. Sanitary facilities and kitchen very dated but clean. A visit to Roscrea is nice, but otherwise little to do Situated along a fairly busy road Good for an overnight stay

Small, quiet campsite on Lough Ree. Toilets are fairly new, but unfortunately not cleaned much Showers dated, 1€ for 4 min We paid 50€ cash for 2 nights Cycled to Roscommon and cycled 40km inland

Lough Arrow is a very accessible and clean campsite with very friendly, hospitable owners. Quiet campsite on a lake. We did 3 bike rides around 2 lakes, easy to do. Adults only We paid €33 per night, incl. electricity and shower

Beautiful location right on the beach. Clean toilet building. Price: €38 incl. electricity, shower €2, washing machine €7 Book and pay in advance, do not call!! Online booking is outdated. A lot of emailing back and forth There is plenty of room on arrival! Four stars for the location. Major drawback: do not get into an argument with the older lady. She can swear terribly and that continued the next day We will DEFINITELY NOT be coming back here!!!
