Here at end of Aug 22, still €10… It’s just basically a car park for Motorhomes over night, none of the facilities work, but if you can’t find anywhere else, it will do. There are people living in vans outside the area, but they keep themselves to themselves and are no bother.

Stayed here overnight, there is a sign on the way in saying auto caravans and no sign saying you’re not allowed to stay. Beautiful quiet night, only one other than here. There are toilets but no showers, recycling and bins also here. no grey or black waste disposal. on the island there is a swimming area

Lovely simple campsite right on the river, no marked pitches. No electricity, but has water and portaloos. you can have fires and wood is available to buy. The price is £9 per person plus £1 per vehicle. we were here in April 2021

We were here in April 2021, parked in the car park across from the Tourist Information car park. There are signs saying park on the grass, so we did! Masses of room. Really quiet a great nights sleep.

Great municipal campsite, really cheap, we paid €11.20 including electricity per night at the end of August. Facilities are simple but clean. There is no reception, you park up and around 6/7pm someone comes to collect the fee. There is no shop in the village or campsite, so come prepared. There is a restaurant in the village. Brilliant for wildlife saw to kingfishers, perfect for birdwatchers

Grass Aire with gravel parking for other vehicles, no services. There is a supermarket adjacent to the Aire. If you need a toilet, there is a public toilet in the park across the road from the Aire, two minutes walk away. Road noise very loud during the day, a little quieter at night.

Arrived in August to a sign saying no campers/camping cars

Massive car park style Aire, no facilities other than rubbish bins, but perfect for visiting the stones

Great Aire, set in a charming village behind a church. Clean simple washroom, but has toilet roll! Recycling, waste dump and freshwater point. Beautiful canal walk one way and glorious lake walk the other way, well worth spending some time here.

Great camper/Motorhome pitches with plenty of room, plus meadow for tenting, the site has a lovely sea view. All pitches are fully serviced, some have hard standing. Toilet facilities were clean. Stayed mid July, pitches cost £25 PM. It’s an easy walk into Fowey which is stunning, the first part of the walk is along the road. Also along a road walk is the tiny hamlet of Polkerris, worth a visit

Be aware camping activities are not allowed on this site, there is a sign that indicates ‘no camping’. Looking at other reviews elsewhere, as long as you don’t get tables and chairs out, as long as you don’t get awnings out etc, you can stay here overnight, just don’t make it look like a campsite. I think the coordinates should be - N43.3017765 & W4.8173356

Great site, good location. washrooms clean and tidy. Pitches a good size with shade. Restaurant food simple but good, the waitress was very busy serving and doing the bar, but did a great job and was very nice and friendly.

Lovely little campsite surrounded by massive ones with music playing loudly until 2am. We stayed on a Saturday night towards the end of Sept, only stayed one night, so not sure how it is the rest of the year. The washrooms were clean and had plenty of hot water, the beach had great sand and the young man on reception was friendly and helpful.

Description says 6 spaces, but people park across from the official spaces, meaning there are around 13/14 really.

Great campsite, lovely lady at reception. BE AWARE 3.2m BRIDGE at entrance under the railway line. The railway runs right by the campsite, but very few at night and easy to ignore. It’s right on the bank of the Loire and an easy walk into village with an amazing patisserie.

Good campsite, pool, restaurant and small shop. Very popular, so busy. Clean and tidy washrooms. Beautiful mountain views. One of the four in the area of Fuente Dé (I highly recommend taking the cable car there)

Wooded campsite, no fixed pitches with loads of space. Washrooms clean with loads of hot water, look a little dated. Hot water in service areas. Shop and restaurant open in mid June, did not use either as went with supplies. €25 - 2 adults, camper and electricity . Has access to a beautiful lake

Very large pitches, facilities well kept and clean, hot water in wash areas, nice little pool. Restaurant looks nice, but did not use. Great walk at the end of the drive to a beautiful lake, it’s wide and takes 15/20 minutes. Alternatively on the same track but 10 minutes along (marked by a yellow and white ‘way maker’) you can take a small track for higher and better scenic views.

Great campsite in a beautiful setting, over looking a turquoise reservoir with snow capped mountains in the background. Brilliant facilities, shop, amazing restaurant, pool and good internet. I would have marked this 9 if the washrooms/toilets were more up to date, they are well cleaned with loads of hot water, but look tired. It’s an easy walk to the beautiful nearby village ‘Guerjar Sierra’

Simple campsite, ideal after crossing the boarder from Portugal. Washrooms clean, but basic. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. In mid May is cost €19:50 for two people, camper & elec. for one night.

Good, simple campsite. It is a municipal campsite so things are dated and a little scruffy, but the toilets are clean enough and the water in the washrooms is hot. You pay for what you get, it’s in a great area and really cheap (out of season we paid €11.31 PN for two people, camper and electricity)

I love this campsite set in a wood with cleared pitches for passing through campers and shady areas for the permanent caravans. The faculties are good, simple but clean washrooms with gallons of hot water. A real bonus is the cute barbacoa for BBQs and evening fires. Nearby is a beautiful river with great walks and ample picnic areas.

Visited early May, we were not aware that the reception closed at 19.00, we arrived at 19:10, the guy on reception re-opened for us and let us in... so grateful
