Great campsite, shade, top sanitary facilities, restaurant by the sea with good traditional cuisine, small mini market well stocked, also with traditional food, the operators very accommodating and friendly, we paid 30€ per night with 2P + CP all inclusive, downside: on 13.9. there was a village festival in the neighboring town with loud music until 4 a.m. and fireworks at the end, better go and dance next time

Beautiful location, endless stars at night and absolute silence, uneven pitch, no supplies, there were 2 campsites ahead of us and the really good spots were already taken, short hike (check Komoot) possible, but was interrupted early by an encounter with a herd of cows in the middle of the forest, we enjoyed it! And... at 1400m altitude it gets cold at night ;-)

We stayed there for 2 nights. We looked at the Acropolis. + The site is clean, the sanitary facilities are top-notch, there are good tips on how to get into the city, enough shade, close to the center - depending on the location, it can be loud (the site is on an 8-lane road), sometimes people are a bit unfriendly, the entrance is easy to miss (we passed it once and it was difficult to drive through the heavy Athenian traffic again) Parking the campsite in front of the gate and walking to the reception is expected

The site is family-run. The owners, two sisters, are very helpful and informative. Sanitary facilities are clean, but could perhaps use a little more light. Great pool, clean, well-maintained, free to use right on site to cool off... which was also necessary ;-) The sites have a lot of shade. Mini market available. Meteora rocks (Kastraki) can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes along a road with little traffic.
