Friendly welcome at cafe / restaurant / bed / hotel. Pitch on P., quiet at night, daytime noise from main road nearby. Amenities: cafe, garbage, small playground. Underground vlk / gravel. Incidentally, the whole is capable of any overdue maintenance. Cost, however, 0.
