We stayed here for one night on our way through. The motorhome site was practically deserted, incomprehensible. On the edge of the village with great pubs, a small station marking the start of a museum railway line (especially fun for kids), and a beautiful walking path running behind the adjacent estate ("river walk", well worth a visit). Not cheap as there are no toilets (£28), but quiet, with electricity and water, and facilities for emptying toilets and disposing of waste. Absolutely fine.

Overnight stays with a camper are permitted here and it is relatively quiet. Free on Sundays. We were here in late June and there were plenty of free spots. Most were in full sun, with a few shaded spots on the side. Right next to the city center and within walking distance of the castle. All in all, great.

Great spots on the edge of this car park, sometimes a bit sloping. Quite a bit of traffic (e.g. from tour buses), so if you can't find a spot right away, waiting is often worth it. Traffic noise is present, though. Toilets are available (but were far from clean). Just over a 10-minute walk from the city. All in all, perfectly manageable.

Fine small semi-paved parking lot on the edge of the village, on the fields. Good for 1 night, nice and quiet. No supermarket or bakery nearby. We were alone here but did not feel unsafe.
