We were right on the banks of the Main River and therefore had electricity, so it definitely deserves 5 stars. We were lucky; the other spots would only have been worth 3 stars and, at €17, comparatively too expensive.

I would give it 5 stars, but the parking spaces are really only suitable for cars. It's not very busy during the week in October, so everything is fine then. The parking ticket machine is still broken. You need a 1/2" connection for fresh water, not the more common 3/4".

Clean, tidy, situated by the lake, had perfect Wi-Fi (we only use streaming TV), grilling and open fires allowed, we'll definitely come back.

The location is fantastic, right next to a pond that's perfect for swimming. The restrooms are clean, but the price for dogs is a drawback – €5 per dog is quite steep for what you get. We have two small terriers with us who don't use any water and aren't allowed in the pond. ...

Anyone expecting peace and quiet, luxury, and campsite-level amenities should probably just go to a paid site – there are plenty of those. For what it is, this parking space is absolutely top-notch: practical, fair, and a great option.
