The campsite is peacefully situated, with lovely large pitches separated by hedges. In September, there isn't always someone at reception, but you can choose a spot in advance and pay the next day. The manager is friendly. Dogs are welcome, and the restrooms are okay. The reason we gave it four stars and not five is because the shower drains were full of hair, which wasn't the case for a week, and so were all the showers.

I'd give an extra star just for the shower facilities—large showers with sinks, power outlets, and underfloor heating—excellent. The owners are also friendly and helpful, the pitches are large, have electricity, dogs are welcome, and it's close to the town center and supermarket. We paid €22 for one night.

Getting there is a challenge, a narrow road full of potholes. The owner is very friendly, and the campsite is very quiet and surrounded by greenery, where dogs are welcome and you can enjoy lovely walks. Every five minutes you hear and see planes flying overhead, but you're close to Paris after all. The bathroom facilities are old. In the end, we didn't think it was worth the price, even though the owner was so friendly. We paid €44 for one night with electricity and two dogs in September.

The road there is indeed a challenge, narrow and full of potholes, but the return journey (one-way) is much easier. The campsite is in a park/forest, with lovely large pitches, perfect for dog walks. Lots of permanent old mobile homes, and at the far end of the campsite, a beautifully furnished tent with a stunning view is available for rent. With the start of the new 2026 camping season, the campsite has a new owner.

We were looking for a place to stay for one night, and through park4night we found this unique spot. It has compost toilets, a shower, and a kitchen. We didn't see anyone, and we understood that one night costs 12 euros for a campervan. We couldn't find any instructions on how to pay, so we made an envelope and put the money in it, which we then put in the mailbox at the gate. There was no power or Wi-Fi.

In September, we stayed here overnight because we wanted to visit the village of Meneham, which is within easy walking distance of the campsite. By evening, the campsite was still three-quarters full. Initially, we had a problem with the power, but a quick call to the manager quickly resolved the issue.

We were here for a few days in September, and most of it has already been said. Around three o'clock, there were already quite a few people waiting to check in. The staff was friendly, and the spaces near the reception had Wi-Fi. The showers were old with a moldy ceiling, but there was hot water. The space for emptying the water and cleaning the toilet was cramped. A plus was that a different food truck was also present daily in September.

We stayed here for a night in September. Reception is closed until 3 PM, and at that time there were at least 15 campers waiting. We didn't recognize the chaos they describe in the reviews; everyone can find a spot they like. French toilets, plenty of hot water in the showers. Bread is sold in the morning, not bakery-quality, pre-baked bread... but manageable. You can reach the beach via a path...

We stayed here for a few days in September. The pitches were lovely, two dogs were no problem, and the restrooms were excellent. Wi-Fi was only available near reception. The manager was friendly and spoke good English. You can easily walk down to the lake from the campsite. There's a heated swimming pool, which was still open in September.

A camper site just the way we like them: 40 pitches separated by hedges, right on a river. When we were there, only 9 pitches were occupied, wonderfully peaceful. 4-amp electricity, water, wastewater, and toilet cleaning are available for €14.00. The village is within walking distance.

We stayed here for two nights in September. Large, semi-paved pitches with electricity and Wi-Fi. The shower building looks good from the outside and is cleaned, but it's all very outdated. Small showers, loose tiles on the walls. You pay for everything, including dirty water and a dog... we paid €61.50 for two nights, plus a €50 deposit for a barrier pass. There are also no nice walking areas from the campsite to walk the dog. There are nicer spots.

We stayed here for a few nights two years ago in September, thinking we'd do it again... unfortunately, the campsite was full; it seems like September is still peak season here...

Great campsite for 8 campers, easy to book and pay for from home. We booked and paid for a site 10 days in advance, and there was still one available. However, the night we were there, there were only 6 campers. Busy on weekends with children playing and people with dogs. It's a recreational area, after all, and very quiet at night. You can easily walk your dog, and there's a restaurant within walking distance.

Since May 2025, this campsite has new owners and is therefore open again as usual.

It is a cp of standing in a row with everyone, for 1 night with not such great weather, nice view of the bridge of the Little Belt and the harbor. Heated club building where you can do the dishes, showers, toilets, chemical toilet cleaning, everything is possible. WiFi only works in the club building.

In front you have a beautiful view, behind you it is, as is often the case in a harbour, a mess, you can walk the dogs, there is electricity, clean shower and toilets and a kitchenette where you can wash the dishes and use the oven, good WiFi, in June we were there with 4 campers.

We went for 3 days in June, we were unlucky that it rained so hard. Very friendly owner, delicious fresh rolls in the morning, very good WiFi, and if you want s; pizza in the evening. Beautiful surroundings, we received clear explanations about where we could take a nice walk with the dogs, we have to go back when the weather is better. It had rained so much that we were completely stuck after 3 days, but with help we got back on our way.

We were here one night in June, with storm and rain, it is not pleasant standing with a camper in the dunes, it shakes like crazy, nice reception, staff speaks German and English, it is nice that you have your own place you can search, lovely hot showers, no WiFi, the sandwiches were gone at 10 o'clock. We spent €50 with 2 people, 3 dogs and electricity, hence the three stars, which is not worth a night spent in the dunes.

Camper site near the locks from 1912. Lots of wind over the fields, a beautiful place where we were welcome with three dogs, excellent WiFi. We didn't use the shower but saw that it was cleaned twice a day. By late afternoon the place is almost full. Everything works with a code, fetching water, cleaning the toilet...

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Denmark, which was fine for 1 night. At two o'clock in the afternoon there were still a few places with electricity, but by 5 o'clock the CP was full. Indeed, pay 12 euros at a machine and electricity is with coins. At half past five in the morning there was already a lot of noise from traffic on the busy road.

It should not actually be called a campsite, the campsite is full of chalets, many permanent residents, and in front of it there is a kind of parking lot where they have created about 15 places for campers, as already mentioned, it is very tight, the awning is almost impossible to use, the plus point is that you can use the showers in the park and there is a good place to discharge dirty water and toilet.

We stayed here for two nights in September, friendly people at the reception who speak English, nice large pitches with electricity and lots of privacy and three dogs no problem. All inclusive. You can walk to the village via a narrow path.

Not our campsite, narrow pitches on, I think, a former parking lot of the campsite, we went to the campsite which is definitely recommended.

Stayed here for 1 night on our way to France, in the third week of September, 3 quarters of the CP was full on Sunday. If you want to go to the center, a bicycle is useful, otherwise it is quite a walk. You can take a nice walk around the pond if you have dogs with you. Payment is easy, just present your bank card at the kiosk when you come and go.

We were here 6 years ago when you had 25 camper pitches around the first pond, and everything was inclusive and cozy, now you pay for everything, even for a bucket of lukewarm water for washing up and you stand in line with 175 people, for much too large-scale and commercial for us. No privacy, all together on a gravel slab, there are much nicer places in Denmark.

Camper place as we like them, peace, large pitches and our dogs are welcome, in May we were alone.

We were here in May 2022, nice big place, which we could choose ourselves, not busy at all on the campsite, had a whole field for us alone, three dogs welcome, shower without coins, paid electricity, and you can order sandwiches in the small camping shop.

Camper place in itself can best be called a large parking lot, very busy and full and no atmosphere at all, the advantage is that you can walk to Oberstdorf in the evening and we wanted to walk in the Breitachklamm the next day, that is a short distance.

Nice big pitches, friendly staff, new spacious showers and welcome with three dogs. We enjoyed the campsite for a few days and the beautiful walks you can take directly from the campsite.

I don't really understand the reactions here, except that farmer Sepp provides a friendly welcome. Maybe we have a different idea of cp. When we arrived in the afternoon there were 3 campers and we were able to choose a nice spot, towards the end of the day more and more campers arrived and everyone was so resisted and so close together that you could not even walk between the campers, there were 35 campers, 3 of which had electricity.

Great place to stay for one night. Electricity via coins, a place on the grass is quite a bit soggy when it has rained, there are a number of paved places, but they are of course full when you come at the end of the afternoon.

We were here on a Monday in September, found another spot, after 1pm everything is full. Not all places have electricity, which irritates some campers. You shouldn't be here for the atmosphere, but it is a perfect place if you want to visit the old town and/or take a city walk. Pay by card or coins. Power also with coins.

Terrace camping, when we came it was full downstairs and we were allocated a place on the first terrace, we are immediately stuck in the soggy grass .., otherwise quiet spot, friendly people, the shower building downstairs is new, upstairs is a building with 1 shower and 1 toilet and that is really outdated. Bread service (delicious sandwiches) and the wifi is not too good, even with a bundle.

Indeed a campsite with many regular guests and therefore many special structures near the caravans. Still busy in September, we were welcome with our three dogs. Certainly one more star because a beautiful new shower building has been built for the ladies this year, free showering, heated, rain shower, hairdryer ... everything is there. There is a restaurant across the street, a swimming pond and you can take a beautiful walk around the lake.

Stayed here for 1 night in September. Pros: you can stay here with several dogs, you have a beautiful view of Frankfurt and you can walk between the vineyards, good wifi. Downsides: quite a lot of aircraft noise, until six o'clock every fifteen minutes a bang to scare the birds from the vineyard and they are still busy with the plumbing, many mosquitoes. Price for 1 night with electricity and three dogs €22.50.

A great place for those who love peace and quiet, we were here for a few days in Sept, we were with about 5 other campers, large places, as said friendly owners, the snitzels are definitely recommended, and you can go straight from the campsite make beautiful walks. Only downside is the (ladies) shower, clean, but very outdated, with holes in the floor and in the whole building (ladies) 1 mirror (in a shower) and 1 socket.

Great place for 1 night, there are a number of paved places, the rest of the places you stand in the grass. In case of rain this can sometimes be a problem, very swampy then. Electricity via coins. You can walk nicely along the Rhine to the Remagen Bridge.

We found it an unattractive campsite, busy, many water sports enthusiasts, also logically close to the fjord. Fine for 1 night, also quite at the price, believe now with all the surcharges around 40 euros.

For if you want to relax for a few days and want to be pampered, it's a top place, indeed breakfast in the camper just like dinner, delicious. Friendly owners, clean shower block. If you have to mention a minus, it is that there is not really a forest in the immediate vicinity where you can walk with your dog, but that has nothing to do with the campsite.

CP for the entrance of the campsite, for 1 night in transit to Denmark it is good, little atmosphere and bad WiFi. But nice walking area if you have a dog with you.

For a good night spot, little atmosphere, there is also a parking lot and in the morning you immediately have visitors who go to the wildlife park to walk your camper. In the forest opposite you can walk beautifully.

Last year stood for a week, together with our dogs, large free places, friendly camping and very friendly helpful owner, especially when we got unlucky with our camper. We will definitely come back again.

For 1 night fine CP, the grass still does not want to grow, hence only half of the places available, on the back of the CP the wifi is poor. You can hear the train, but we have not bothered about that. If you have a dog with you it is difficult to walk, you have to walk along the road.
