Well located for a walk or bike ride. Sanitary facilities are clean, but one shower is insufficient when there are multiple campers. I also miss a separate sink to quickly brush teeth or shave. No hot water in the toilet sink. The grounds themselves also need some maintenance. Very friendly owners.

Well-maintained family campsite on grassy pitches. Friendly staff, you can choose your own spot. Plenty of clean sanitary facilities. Bread roll service. We were there during the jazz festival, it was super lively in the town. Otherwise, the town isn't much to look at. The 4km walk around Lake Ørsø is nice.

Good, quiet overnight spot on grass or gravel. The barrier opens automatically upon entry; after this, purchase a card for your stay, and optionally add extra funds for shower/toilet, electricity, and water. There are only 2 combined shower/toilet facilities available, but they are clean. Exit first, then return the card to the machine. Bring your debit card to have any excess money refunded. Aabenraa town is a 30-minute walk away, but nothing particularly special.

Large terraced campsite with many sloping pitches. Sanitary facilities outdated but clean and function well. Insufficient washing-up area for the size of the campsite. Aarhus is easily accessible via a cycle path, 7 km. Aarhus has beautiful museums.

Beautiful, flat campsite on firm grass by an apple orchard; a very nice spot. There is a toilet and water at the back of the orchard, accessible via the left gate. We did not use these. Put €10 in an envelope in the mailbox. Within walking distance of the castle, which is open to visitors.

Beautiful, quiet, well-maintained campsite with clean sanitary facilities. 4 stars due to the combination toilet in the shower area, resulting in an insufficient shower/toilet for the size of the campsite. Great for cycling to Aalborg along the water.

We stayed from June 12 to 15, 2026. Excellent, clean sanitary facilities; the camper is in the shade, but through green gates in the hedge you can sit in the sun. Friendly owners. No grey water/disposal point. Conveniently located in relation to Heerde/cycle routes. We did the 'Happen en Trappen' (Eat and Cycle) tour from here; Lovely Heerde.
