Still a great spot, cozy with youngsters playing beach volleyball in the evening. Swimming beach and jetty. And still free. Car noise on the road I don't find disturbing. Very quiet at night.

The swimming pool also has an indoor pool. Open from 06.00, buy a ticket at the machine in the hall. € 4.00. Spacious, neat and excellent showers. On the CP large field with broken stone. Even touring car size campers with a trailer fit here. Enough space to manoeuvre.

I drove past a P full of vans and ended up at a nice restaurant with live music on Saturdays, Kantin. Delicious food and a choice of many specialty beers. I was allowed to stay overnight on their spacious, unpaved ground/sand terrain. In the “20km pu” narrow access road there are two bends that could be difficult for a camper larger than 6.40m. No facilities.

Because of the positive reviews also made the tough climb to the fortress. and certainly no regrets, for 65+ also half price .... ate at Italian restaurant opposite bus station. Pizzas the size of a wagon wheel and delicious !! Top city and CP. Washing machine and dryer are fast.

When you drive onto the site, the greywater area is actually at the bottom of the access road in the corner. Against the building, a slightly raised cassette well with a cover with tywrap. The place is neat but I came here for toilet. Unfortunately, the roller shutter does not open after inserting 1 euro and using the correct button. Note stuck between hatch. No error number.

The small parking lot near the pool is full. There are only three cars at the Oertzentalhalle. There is no sign indicating whether it is still a camper place. It may be so empty here because of the holidays. The bakery is still there, as are several eateries and a supermarket within walking distance. Standing here quietly. be self-sufficient and take waste with you.

This place now has all facilities in good order. V/E, electricity, drinking water and waste bin. The new heated outdoor swimming pool (now 28 degrees) is fine. Still a great place, many cyclists for the Elbestrassen route, coordinates are correct, but with reference to is having trouble. Follow the direction of the ferry and then the signs for Sportsboothafen; café Eisvogel with cozy terrace and excellent ice cream. Doing! instead of paid parking! Is also harbor master. There are no more restaurants. A Döner with excellent pizza! And ice cream shop. Electricity is said to be 24 hours for that one euro. Drinking water free. Coin box out of use. I was also only allowed to fill up with water here, via the cupboard on the CP. Please note that you first select whether you want electricity or water using the button at the top. Only then insert the euro coin. €1 is 100 litres. Just looked around, looks neat. Now with a lot of rain the terrain is boggy but hard enough not to sink.

Nice swimming pool with showers and favorable rates. If you ask nicely, you can also take water if you use your own watering can. After closing time you only hear birds and the occasional dog walker walks past. No other facilities, keep it tidy because you can stay here for free!

The lighting on the site remains off when the street lighting is turned on. So no power to the cabinets either. The toilet building is open, but there is a letter stating that campers who empty their toilets here will be fined. That's probably why no one comes to collect money in the evening. A sign on the deichparkplatz refers to the village 900 m away for emptying the toilet and gray water. Across the railway 2nd street on the left, the Birkenweg, there is a landfill at the end of the village house/tavern. No water to rinse there, you can use your gray water for that and throw away the rest in buckets. The parking lot itself is just a simple place if you need electricity and/or water. We stood on Rino 2, good power supply and WiFi. You walk into the lake with crystal clear water. not always the shower in the morning. Solar water heater may not be able to meet demand properly. Saturday stood on Sunday night with 4 campers. We were lucky that we came here after low tide and saw the groups of seals everywhere. You are really close to the beach! Sunday morning I drove via St.Valerie s / Somme where the market is. Parking in the winter months is free despite all blue paye boxes on the way.

Beautiful well maintained place

Mooie lokatie, voorzieningen voor ervaren camperaars goed te vinden maar voor onervaren mensen misschien moeilijk herkenbaar. Stroom uit grijs luikje onder muziektent. Gevonden doordat een Spaanse camperaars hier zijn kabel naar toe had liggen. Als je dit niet weet vindt je het niet.
