This campsite is perfectly fine for an overnight stay if you are on your way south or back home (to the Netherlands). Nice people at reception (they even speak a little Dutch), good bread roll service, spacious pitches, and good, clean sanitary facilities. You can get back and forth to the motorway in no time. By the way, you hear (almost) nothing from the motorway. Perhaps the wind direction has an influence on that? We slept very well.

Nice campsite near a beautiful city, which is within walking distance. Swimming pool, bread service (good quality), spacious and less spacious pitches, with and without shade. Sanitary facilities are spacious and usually clean, showers are good. Make sure you arrive on time (before 1:00 PM) or have reserved, otherwise it fills up quickly. And don't let them fob you off with a less-than-ideal spot⦠In the end, we got the pitch we wanted, with shade and spacious enough for the camper.

Great campsite, 3.5 km from Foix, within good cycling distance of Montsegur or Roquefixade. Flat ground, delicious baguettes/croissants available to order every day, and a swimming pool. Friendly staff, plenty of shade, 16A, clean and well-maintained. What I don't understand (except for the disabled shower) is that you have to hold the shower head in your hand while showering (as the handle is missing), even though there is another shower head available, but it simply doesn't work. That's why 3 stars.

The campsite is beautifully situated in an area with much to see: the Gorges de Galamus, Chateau de Puilaurens, and Chateau de QuΓ©ribus. Everything is accessible from the campsite on your e-bike; with e-mountain bikes, be sure to take the forest paths. It is a pity there is no toilet paper and no swimming pool. The owners are friendly, helpful, and very service-oriented. If you don't want to be on a slope, choose pitch 4. Not charming, but convenient. Until next time!

After a lot of hassle, we arrived at the campsite around 1:00 PM. Reception closed. 'Just wait under the trees with your camper'... until 4:00 PM (!?!?), according to the head chef. We weren't in the mood for that. It's a shame they don't mention at the reception that you can choose a spot and check in later. It wasn't that busy. But because of all the pine trees, we had our reservations too (with all the pollen and resin from the needles). Unfortunately, no next attempt.

This campsite was simply closed, even though the reception was supposed to open at 3:00 PM. After many phone calls (even the person in distress was only answered after ringing twice), it turned out that it was Mother's Day (in France) and so no one was βhomeβ. Eventually, we were able to open the barrier, but the campsite itself was a mess. Unfortunately, this one is going off our list of favorites.

This campsite is a pleasant place to stay. The pitches have varying amounts of shade. You can choose where to pitch your tent. The sanitary facilities are okay, though only with hot water. It does have a swimming pool. Villefranche/Train Jaune is less than 15 minutes away by bike. Eating at owner Wim's is fine, especially if you don't feel like cooking. Nice and relaxed, quiet, with a lovely breeze from the mountains. Great for staying one or more nights or for use on your way to or from Spain.

We wanted to go to the sea and that is possible at this (huge) campsite, with all kinds of services (including a pool area for swimming laps). Dog-friendly, service/customer-oriented, nice for a few nights. Tip (if you want a quiet spot without children's noise), ask for a pitch as far away from the reception as possible. And you are better off buying real French baguettes in the village. Perpignan is within cycling distance.
Sitecode: 52948
This campsite is beautiful (the sanitary facilities are nice). We chose a premium pitch with a superb sea view. A lovely breeze all day long, especially with 33 degrees. Collioure is definitely worth a visit. The pool isn't big, there is no water point at your pitch (though there is one 100 meters away), and you do need to be able to maneuver, as it is quite narrow. But does this really have to cost 75 euros per day? No! And charging service fees for the reservation as well⦠truly absurd.

We were here at Christmas β25: a top-notch spot. Everything has been renovated: the camper pitches (with a good, solid surface, but not really much seating for two chairs and a small table), the showers (they look great), and the greywater disposal point. The manager/owner is a friendly man who is very uncomplicated and hospitable. We are curious about the restaurant. It is -3Β°C here now, but we would love to come back in the summer.

Beautiful terraced campsite, although some pitches are sloped. If it has rained a lot⦠don't just drive onto a pitch, because before you know it, you'll be stuck. Sanitary facilities are only available from June 1st (so no water for washing dishes either). However, there are good facilities for grey water, toilet cassettes, and filling up water tanks (so it's fine if you are self-sufficient). The town is cute, nice to visit, and fine as a stopover if you want to stay for one night.
Sitecode: 113518
Toucy is a nice little town for a stopover. The sanitary facilities are very old and dirty. It is therefore handy if you are completely self-sufficient. The facilities for water, chemical toilets, and grey water, on the other hand, are perfectly fine. The Camping Car Park system works perfectly, with a code and accommodation fees. The pitches are spacious, but messy.

Great place, nice little town, wonderfully quiet. The water isn't working. But fine for an overnight stay. Nice little bakery for delicious pastries, by the way.

A beautiful campsite with spacious pitches, close to charming Oisterwijk. Lovely surroundings, nice and clean sanitary facilities. We had a bit of a hassle regarding whether or not to put a rug in front of the door, and whether or not to park βon the tiled floorβ. If you want a quieter spot, specifically ask for a child-free pitch, because during holidays it is wonderful for kids to run and play (and scream) here. Having lunch at RobΓ¨rt's from HHB is, of course, highly recommended.

Op den Stuwwal is a lovely campsite. Spacious pitches, clean and beautiful sanitary facilities (with extra points for the wonderful shower (no coin-operated push button)), fantastic view. And how nice: the walking reception. The owner comes by to check on you when you are at your pitch. Fresh eggs from the chickens. A great campsite for peace and quiet (a nice starting point for cycling and walking), otherwise there isn't much to do. But sometimes that is actually quite nice too.

This campsite is located on the Sellaronda, a ski tour around the Sella Mountains. The campsite has very clean (private) sanitary facilities, a (free) ski bus that stops at the entrance, a direct gas connection to your campervan, a small shop, and the owners are incredibly helpful. Yesterday it snowed heavily, and today the entire campsite has been cleared of snow. We were here in the summer as well, and public transport was free then as well. Definitely worth a visit.

That's a shame... We wanted to stay for a week with our campervan on King's Day, but it's not possible? The website only says Easter, Pentecost, and Ascension Day... Sorry? So why is this campsite still listed in the NKC app? Perhaps it would be a good idea to call it a lodge instead of a campsite. That would prevent you from having to go through the trouble of researching this location as a potential holiday destination.

Great location, not far from the highway. Food next door to the camper. With electricity...

This is a fantastic spot. Everything has been renovated: the camper pitches (with good, firm ground, but not much seating for two chairs and a table), the showers (they look great), and the greywater disposal area. Except for the manager/owner, who's a friendly man who doesn't like to make a fuss and is very hospitable. We're curious about the restaurant. It's -3Β°C here now, but we'll definitely be back in the summer as a camping spot.

We stayed here for three days. It's a beautiful campsite in a stunning (hiking) area! There's a bistro next door with delicious food (mussels, pasta), excellent sanitary facilities, and you can even rent a private bathroom. The reception staff were very helpful and flexible about choosing a spot in the sun instead of the shade. We don't understand how the shower pass works (1 euro for 8 minutes) and how it counts... It's a bit unclear how it works.

Sitecode: 102717
Great campsite for those passing through. Friendly welcome, beautiful pitches, and good sanitary facilities. It's funny that you have to pull a chain to let the water run. If you enjoy fishing, this is a lovely spot for a few days. For one night, this campsite met all our needs.
Sitecode: 44506
The welcome was very friendly, and we were even allowed to choose a pitch. We eventually found one with a mountain view. Fine, so far. The campsite was quite full of permanent caravan pitches, each with its own wooden awning. It sometimes looked old and unkempt. The swimming pool no longer exists, the sanitary facilities aren't very clean, and the restaurant doesn't serve good pizza. Unfortunately, that's why it only gets 3 stars.

One word? Top campsite! Terraced campsite, fantastic sanitary facilities, free public transport and (discounts on various) lifts, swimming pond, restaurant, supermarket, spacious pitches, a great bike route to Innsbruck, and beautiful hiking trails. All this isn't free; it's β¬60 including electricity (per night, 2 people, 1 dog). But you get what you pay for.
Sitecode: 63669
This campsite is in a fantastic location (near the Zugspitze lift). The restrooms are excellent, as are the sauna and restaurant. However, the price for an overnight stay is exorbitant (β¬116). Booking is wise, as it fills up quickly. But there's a good alternative: next to the campsite is a perfect campervan site for β¬15. There are no restrooms, but there is running water, and it's within walking distance of the restaurant.
Sitecode: 86682
The restrooms and pool were clean. Our first pitch was next to a dreary building with plastic tarps. We moved. The pitches consisted of dry black sand with tall weeds. A lot of flies in the camper despite the mosquito screens. The electricity didn't work, and the owner refused a simple solution, saying, "Too much hassle?" Disinterest in the customer! We left early and will never return.
Sitecode: 45759
This is a top campsite: nice showers (water pressure), the sanitary facilities are cleaned twice a day, nice spacious places with or without private sanitary facilities, close to Tours, nice bike rides, on the other side a cozy inn with real French dishes. And in times of (death) need the campsite owner offers unconditional and far-reaching service. We have never experienced this before, but also never experienced such service.

From your camper view the most beautiful castle of France (Chenonceau) ... who wouldn't want that? Here you have it. Walking to the castle, beautiful cycling routes along the Cher or Loire, Cycling to lovely Amboise and there visit the grave of Leonardo da Vinci. There is plenty to do. On the campsite there is a baguette service, restaurant, swimming pool, friendly reception. The pressure of the clean shower is a bit less. But otherwise a top place!

Sitecode: 26128
A great campsite to visit (the beautiful cathedral of) Amiens, along the river, walking or cycling. Spacious pitches, friendly reception. Bread can be ordered at the reception, nice sanitary facilities, close to two parks. If you stand a bit further from the reception (we were at 80) it is wonderfully quiet.
Sitecode: 13430
First time on a camper place... It takes some getting used to with neighbors at 1.5 distance. There is electricity, water, good showers from the harbor, nice view and good food in the harbor restaurant. We were happy with this spot. The hospitable and friendly reception by the harbor master made our first experience a very positive one.
Sitecode: 124
We had a nice spot on the large field (but there is only 1 cupboard, so long cords are needed). The village (and chateau) is within walking distance; nice walk. Bread can be ordered at the reception. Sanitary facilities clean and in good order. However, a number of (permanent?) residents in the chalets showed strange behavior (making fire, arguing). That felt uncanny and because of the open fire not safe. Hopefully that will be resolved. Otherwise a fine place.
Sitecode: 20184
The campsite has changed owners. There is work being done on part of the drainage (excavation work), so it is not conducive to peace. We did not have any trouble with that during the weekend. Beautiful spacious places, with or without (tree) shade. Close to Chateau Cheverny (Tintin): very nice to visit. Sanitary facilities are clean, showers give a worthless jet and work awkwardly.
Sitecode: 66219
We enjoyed this campsite for four days. It was quiet, nice weather and the sun was shining brightly. We chose a place with private sanitary facilities (and washing-up tap/basin), together with beach lounge chairs that makes the party complete. And that for 10 euros p/d more. Nice swimming pool, supermarket is fine, fresh bread π₯. Service is perfect. Blois is within cycling distance, as is Chateau Chambord. In short, a top spot.
Sitecode: 15188
We had a great time at this campsite. Spacious place, clean sanitary facilities that look modern, friendly welcome at the reception, tasty bread, quiet; in short a top campsite. Chartres is within walking distance (25 min), the cathedral is impressive (and still under maintenance), but a visit more than worth it. the terraces around it invite for a drink and a bite to eat.

Sitecode: 3437
Great campsite, terraces like, bread service and local beers. Sanitary facilities are new, nice showers and clean (also toilet). 1.5 km walk to the beach. Spacious places and a fantastic view of the Channel and England
Sitecode: 54910
Well, what do you say about a campsite that actually has everything.... Top campsite? Yes, you don't see them like that very often. A spacious layout (which makes you really feel like you're on your 'own' spot), sanitary facilities (many hotels could take an example from this), hospitable reception (owners love their job and therefore take good care of their guests). The area is wonderful if you like walking and cycling. Highly recommended. Until next time.
Sitecode: 77900
What a great campsite this is. Spacious, hospitable, nice facilities, nice grass. Yes, we will definitely come back here again.

Sitecode: 95079
Completely against plans, we stayed at this campsite for 11 days. Why? Because it is a great place to stay with Luigi, the campsite owner. Wonderfully quiet, beautiful view, swimming pool (swimming cap not necessary), clean and nice sanitary facilities, delicious food, refrigerator full of delicious wines, olive oil from the own olive grove. Cortona is beautiful (go to Osterio del Theatro) and there is a lot to visit by bike, car or train (Assisi, Siena, Pienza etc). TOP!!
Sitecode: 20892
This campsite has the ingredients to make it a top location, but it was the opposite. Despite our location on the lake, a historic village 500 m away... It is not: poplars cause a lot of dirt, the waterfront of the lake is muddy and dirty, many flies and mosquitoes, sanitary facilities stink and are limited to the number of guests too few. It is very busy and we stood on an anthill. Bah! We fled after 1 night.

Sitecode: 68213
What a nice campsite this is. Spacious pitches (especially for a camper van with a separate tent), delicious food in the evening at the agriturismo with home-made wine and olives, good sanitary facilities, hot and cold running water (it is cleaned every day. So nice!), quiet environment (with the nightingale at night), not too many places and a swimming pool. Fan of the location: within cycling distance of Lucca and Pisa. supermarket within walking distance. In short, a great place!
Sitecode: 103724
Small but nice certainly applies to the campsite. Welcoming reception, a town on the Maas, restaurants within walking distance and the sanitary facilities are brand new. Good showers and toilets and unlimited. In short, very agreable. The road with cars right past the campsite is a shame. But it is a great place for an overnight stay.
Sitecode: 55633
A nice campsite. On the water, trees and sunny spots, walking distance from Cochem. Reception was extremely friendly. Despite the fact that the campsite was fully booked, there was still a spot. Admittedly opposite the playground and the 'beer garden'. Not ideal when you go for rest. If you want to eat something, go to Cochem itself. There are plenty of restaurants or the supermarket around the corner. Great base for a visit to Cochem or a cruise on the Moselle.
Sitecode: 19118
What a wonderful campsite. On the water, trees and sunny spots, walking distance from Rhudesheim and its station. The park has excellent facilities, good sanitary facilities, a shop and a place to eat. Great base for a trip on the Rhine or for walking or cycling (Mountain biking).
Sitecode: 56720
Excellent campsite on the coast of northern Spain. It is beautifully situated at the beach. Good sanitary facilities, the places for the dishes and to do laundry are even more beautiful π. The campsite has a supermarket and a bar where you can get something to eat. Nice places, not much shade, well flat.
Sitecode: 51354
What a nice campsite this is. beautiful places, peace, good sanitary facilities and beautiful surroundings. Wine lovers can eat their heart outπ·. The warm welcome and attentive attitude of the Dutch camping lady is very pleasant and makes you feel welcome. Keep up the good work and then more enthusiastic guests (from NL) will come! Restaurant on site is a bit expensive and has crappy acoustics.
Sitecode: 54626
A nice quiet terraced campsite. The sanitary facilities are clean, shower heads need to be replaced, but you can enjoy unlimited showers. Supermarket with fresh bread on the campsite, restaurant across the street. Village of Alquezar within walking distance and there is Meson al Vero: great food and beautiful views. The strong wind made it less pleasant. So make sure you park your camper properly. Beautiful hiking area, wonderful starting point for the Pyrenees.
Sitecode: 9752
What a nice campsite this is! lovely places, great hostess, good sanitary facilities. 5 min from the station towards Zermatt, view of the little Matterhorn, restaurants on the other side of the river, fantastic hiking opportunities and tranquilityβ¦. Blessed. really worth the detour.
Sitecode: 69153
This campsite is recommended, but really only if you can't go anywhere else. The campsite really has everything to make it a good time. However, you have to pay (too much) for everything: shower, electricity, even for the obligatory (!?!?) red garbage bags⦠sorry? No, we still recommend the Grengiols campsite. Also located on a river, looks nicer and has a perfect restaurant. And the prices are normally Swiss .
Sitecode: 73299
This campsite is located on 'der Thunersee'. Reception is fine (for those who also want Dutch reception), an adapter for the power (β¬40 deposit), excellent sanitary facilities, showers are perfect (the best so far!), quiet, clean, shade through many trees. Great place from which you can walk and cycle. Highly recommended. (Better even than Alpenblick. It is not located on the lakeβ¦ ) Oh yes: the restaurant on the campsite is also great!
Sitecode: 63553
It costs a few nickels, but then you have something. this campsite is top notch. Fantastic facilities (even a dog shower), beautiful places, a view of Lake Brienze, quiet, clean and (cold) bathing water in front of your motorhome door. not cheap, but well worth the price!
