Great place for a city visit, and if it gets late you can simply stay overnight. There are no amenities. Public transport right next door. Reasonably quiet.

Great spot on the edge of Ilmenau. Large, level pitches and very quiet. Many cycling and walking opportunities in the area, mainly circular routes. Departure from the Festhalle. Sanitary station across the street. Grey water and toilet dump; water 1 euro per 100 liters.

The municipality did a perfect job with this: a beautiful spot right on the Rhine, quiet, nicely landscaped, and with all amenities (no shower or toilet, but we have our own). It costs £10, water £1 for 100l, and electricity £2 for eight hours. The machine accepts debit cards. Reservations are not possible.

Closed on Monday, August 3rd. From the looks of it, it seems permanent or long-term for a renovation or something.

It's 20 minutes past 5 and the barrier won't open. There's no one around either. Come on, if you don't want to work after 5, there are other options, like paying the next morning. The grounds and spots looked fine from a distance, though.

The spots are decent, but everything is completely geared towards boats. For example, filling water via a long hose on a pier. Never seen that before. Everything costs extra via a ticket. Costs 20E plus 1.50E pp. OK for one night, but nothing more.

Excellent campsite with all amenities. The price in July 2025 is £33 per night, including electricity. Booking is recommended, as it fills up quickly in the afternoon and there's nothing else in the area. Also, make sure you have plenty of supplies, as the village shop is a long walk away and tiny. Incredibly friendly people, by the way.

Beautiful view. It gets muddy when it rains. There's space for two campers. You quickly pass it by, so be careful. After a rain shower, the wind calmed down and we were surrounded by clouds of midgets in seconds, so we stayed inside. When the wind blows, it's no problem.

July 2025. Great place, very quiet. instructions: go to reception (closes 6pm), pay £18 + £20 deposit for pass for showers, chemical toilet dump. Water and waste in parking lot. Power not working yet. No grey water dump (you hardly have that anywhere here).

On a small farm. Huge grass field. Water and toilet, no grey water. A few places with electricity. If you come from the south, the farm is on the left and just before that on the right is the terrain. So don't go onto the farmyard. Pubs nearby. Costs £12.50. Views are beautiful.

Coordinates are from dumping ground. The parking spot is a little further with coordinates 48.6661279, -3.3978381 Nothing special, but quiet.

The campsite is permanently closed and there is no longer a service point. You can spend the night there and it is close to a lake. There are no facilities.

a little more precisely: Camping Car Park card costs 5 euros, is valid for life and you can top up with as much as you want (so less than 50 euros). Places cost 12 to 15 euros including electricity, etc. Buy a card and load it at the machine at the barrier. Excellent camper place.

Beautifully located and very quiet. You will not easily come across nicer sanitary facilities. What a beautiful CP. The check-in and payment system also works flawlessly. Top spot👍

Apparently a lot has changed since review from 2019. Large pitches, free, beautifully situated on a hill and all amenities. Water (1E for 100 litres), grey/black water drainage and electricity (50 ct/kwh in 2023). Also quiet. In short, nothing to complain about.

Excellent municipal site. Yes, you have good and bad municipal campsites and this is a good one. All facilities. Price in July 23 euros including electricity and acsi discount. Showers very spacious with very powerful jet WITHOUT push button. Cycling to the center is fine via the bicycle paths. Quiet in the evening and at night. In short: recommended.

Not much special, but acceptable for one night. Noise of road, railway and dogs (when are people going to raise them). Do not turn to the swimming pool but continue. Real coordinates: N43.2550625 W5.5686508 Water, dump etc all for free. Drain for toilet: lift the lid next to the gray water drain.

Nice, small campsite. No camper facilities so water with jerry can and waste water with bucket. Quiet. Price in June 26.50 euros with electricity, waste levy (?), and tax. By bike to Monchau? Still going but on the way back you have to cross a 15% hill. Ouch.

Only if you are self-sufficient. Campers of 7 to 7.5 meters is the maximum. Very friendly owners who also give a lot of info and speak English. Bus at roundabout, 5 min walk. Safe place if you go to Barcelona. It is recommended to call in advance. Recommended.

On busy road next to company. Ordinary parking. Water dump etc. Not very attractive place. We drove to the bus parking of the train to Montserrat, 500 meters from this place.

What a "tired" campsite. Photos give a too rosy picture. sanitary old but clean. Pay cash only. Stood on a field next to access road. Very noisy because permanent campers drive back and forth. It is quiet between 11am and 7am.

We have not been here (much too expensive), but we did drink coffee and look around. Everything is there: indoor and outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor playground, miniature golf, nice restaurant, on the water etc. Motorhomes like us (60+) do not need all of this and it is far too expensive (rating 1 star), but with young children this is the ideal campsite. Then the campsite gets 9 stars. So on average 6 *.

Great place with good cycling opportunities in the area. You stand on gravel on a lawn. Including electricity (a bit primitive, but it works), water (ditto) and you can empty your toilet. We did not find dumping gray water, but we just did not need it. Within cycling distance of Sunderborg (14 kilometers).

RV spots don't come much nicer than this. Wonderfully quiet and all facilities available. Very nice and helpful people too. In short: TOP! Kongsdal Aben Have, a beautiful garden that is open on Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, is 10 km by bike from CP. Address: Assens Landvej 38, Sonderso. Costs 50 kroner pp.

You stand on gravel next to an art gallery. Okay, we have been nicer at times, but nothing wrong with that. There is electricity, water, waste bin, dump facility and a great bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine that you may use. And that for 100 crowns! Gallery open from 11 to 5 on Friday through Sunday and upon request. Certainly do. Nice people too.

The previous review sums it up fine. Little to add. Coordinates take you to the start of the road to the farm. Is well indicated. A long way off the road so nice and quiet.

Great place near the sea. sanitary excellent. Everything very new (July 2019). First check which place you want and then pay at the machine. Pay with credit card in any case. Payment card not checked.

Excellent camper place with all facilities. Free bus to the center. In Canterbury they understand it! Also great as a parking space to visit the city (we have done). Parking costs 3.50 pounds (we were gone before midnight). In short, a compliment for Canterbury.

Behind the pub. You can also eat there. Decent manager and clean and neat sanitary. A little bit. There is a landfill for chemical toilet, but not for gray water. We paid £ 20, including electricity, which is of course far too much for what is offered. But we were in transit and needed a place. That is it: a place to stay.

Indeed, large parking lot without facilities. A lot of trees around it. How difficult to put the camper bit level. You can eat simple but tasty in the Inn. In short, great if you are in transit.

Neat campsite with very friendly managers and very quiet. Pump, Spar supermarket and pub a short walk away. Camper facilities fine, including gray water well (not self-evident in England).

Very large campsite especially for families. Everything is there. Facilities good. Plumbing basic but adequate. Note: they charged 36 pounds, but if you are both 50+ you only pay 12 pounds, including electricity. Indeed, in July we paid 12 pounds for a grass pitch. Is age still REALLY good for.

Well, what shall we say about this. Min: it had just rained so it was a mud pool. So noisy in the middle of the city, but it was not too bad. Plus: the center is nearby and supermarket 100 meters. Fine so, if it is dry.

Good overnight stay. Half hardened. Quiet. No facilities except dustbin. Maximum length 7 meters (camper plus bike carrier).

Beautiful camper place with good facilities. But: you have to download an app, create an account and enter your passport and credit card number. Then you can make a reservation. So no. Phone number does not work either, so after more than half an hour of fuss, only 50 meters further parked at the sports hall. No problem. Note: coordinates are not correct. Go directly over the bridge on the left behind the sports hall.

Very quiet. Delicious after hectic Madrid. You can park in front of or behind the hall. Behind the hall is more beautiful with beautiful views. Terrain is a bit messy here and there.

The parking lot at the sports hotel is indeed much quieter. Located on dead end road. The coordinates of that terrain are N51.1886080 E4.8221344. There are no facilities.

Great place. Beautiful view. Gorge at Cain is must see. Take bus to Cain (approx 9.30 or 11.30 from Posada and 15.15 or 17.00 back from Cain. 2 euros pp one way). NOT by camper to Cain. No not at all!

July 28, 2017. Corner of mix parking where there are also "ordinary" cars. Can be busy and then it is the question of whether there is a place. Fanatic but helpful parking guards. Pay on time else you have a receipt. In town little to do. Beautiful beach with "surf waves". Church of San Juan Gaztelugatxe is a must! Cycling cycling is too steep (with e-bike). Run an end 5 Euro. 6 euros in weekend.
