They didn't even have designated spaces, just park somewhere along the edge... So we left the next day. The area might be nice, with shops and the highway nearby, but we felt this was excessive.

This is the second time we have stayed here and the second time longer than planned. The spot we had in the front row this time was narrow, but you can use the space for the camper, so plenty of freedom and views. Carboneras is a nice village, beautiful beach, Mercadona within cycling distance. The hostess speaks very good English and has a nice, approachable personality. We spent almost 2 weeks in this beautiful place. What a wonderful "home feeling" they have created here. If you need help or advice, Maybritt and Marcel are immediately available and they are not pushy at all. They are still working on improvements, and of course there is always room for that, but for us it was already worth 5 stars, just the way it was. In any case, we think Cártama and its surroundings are very beautiful.

Cycling distance from Evora, camping is ok, 1 star less you notice that the low season, so less maintained (sanitary was very clean). The water hose to clean the toilet was broken, so everyone uses the hose that is intended for filling the camper!!

5 stars thanks to the great location and walking and cycling opportunities. Friendly atmosphere you immediately feel at home, nice local suppliers with good products and fair prices. Recommended. It probably can't be otherwise, but personally I didn't like lifting the toilet in a large stock barrel. But as said, if we come close, we will definitely be there again.

Quiet area, beautiful views, we were there November 11 for a week. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain that day. There was only place without electricity available, no problem, unfortunately that place was on clay/sandy soil. So all mud, too bad. According to the owner, he was going to deal with this. Also no electricity in the sanitary building. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be there again

We stayed 1 night here because of a visit to ZooParc (beautiful relaxed zoo!) Facilities for water, toilet and dirty water discharge neatly and easily accessible. Nice quiet area. Will come back sometime.
