Camping next to a house over 500 years old is quite an experience. Run by a count 😉. The sanitary facilities are clean, even if a bit dated. Getting to Dubrovnik by bus is doable, but be prepared for waits. Uber is also an option. The view is breathtaking. The main road is a bit of a nuisance, but earplugs are always available. Shops are just around the corner.

A fantastic place right by the sea 🌊. 10 minutes by bike to the dream beach. Spacious pitches, clean sanitary facilities and luckily only one WiFi hotspot.

a well laid out, spacious place right on the Loire Cycle Path with a nice staff. Many cycle paths can be reached from there. Bring toilet paper 😉.

a beautifully situated campsite run by great people. Sancerre was rather disappointing so go to Saint-Satur to eat and buy wine.
