Beautiful campervan spot for a weekend getaway in the Pajottenland region! Wonderfully quiet at night. Next to the CP is a tourist information point with a public restroom and a cafรฉ (small snacks and an extensive beer menu). There are no other facilities, but they are free. Plenty of cycling and walking opportunities nearby. Also fun: the Volle Gaas route, which takes you to the heart of Brussels. Thanks to the municipality of Pajottegem for the facilities! We'll definitely be back. ๐๐๐ป

Lovely place to stay overnight when you are self-sufficient. Road from Fรฉcamp is closed so big detour via D79 to get to destination. But no through traffic so nice and quiet at night! From the CP you indeed have no view of the city/sea but about ten meters away there are picnic benches with a panoramic view of the surroundings. Nice but tough walk to city center (part of GR). Definitely visit Les Pรชcheries and the fish market!

Stayed here overnight on the way to Normandy. CP is close to the A29 and easily accessible. Electricity was free (fuse box door was open) so no token needed. The greenery on the site had just been pruned and looked neat. Taking fresh water and rinsing the sanitary cassette was unfortunately not possible. Wonderfully quiet at night and therefore slept wonderfully! Thanks to the municipality for these beautiful facilities! There should be more like this.

Great camper spot to explore the capital. Easily accessible (+/- 1 km from the Ring), safe (enclosed area), relatively quiet and close to Bizet metro station (with direct connection to the city center), what more could one wish for? With facilities (not yet the case, but once the trial period is over, this will apparently be worked on) this would definitely be 5*. Many major cities can follow this exampleโฆ

Nice stop when passing through. Well maintained facilities. The park was a hit with the kids. Street noise during the day but nice and quiet at night (we were happy to add that crowing rooster because this camper place is free ... :-)). Big thumbs up for the municipality of Grenay! So there had to be more. Nearby and definitely worth a visit: les Terrils Jumeaux in Loos-en-Gohelle and the impressive WWI sites Notre-Dame-de-Lorette and Vimy.

Nice little place although no amenities. Nice and quiet at night - great sleep! Great base for discovering the region on foot or by bike. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area. Thank you to Maison de la Baie de Somme for your hospitality.

Free spot with no facilities (except garbage can). Quiet and beautifully situated along a dead end street to the beach (within walking distance). Ideal overnight stay en route to/from Norway/Sweden. Slept wonderfully!

Arrogant manager who really gets involved in everything. Discussion about length camper upon arrival. Limited space (requires helmsmanship). Wifi does not work well. Atmospheric setting (just a paved parking lot). Some pluses: city center easily accessible with a combination bus/metro, clean sanitary facilities (capacity limited) and location near the cruise ship terminal (impressive to see but does cause crowds). Price/quality not good.

Nice, quietly located campsite along a mountain river. Proper sanitary. Wifi is not tip top. Extremely friendly and helpful manager. Good base to explore the valley. Many walking and cycling opportunities in the area. Hop-on hop-off bus stop nearby. Ideal to move further into the valley because the road is very narrow! Be sure to go to the Kjenndalsbreen glacier: impressively beautiful (also the road to it)!

New access control system with ANPR camera. You can reserve a place online. New picnic benches were recently installed along the marina. You can order a breakfast, picnic or snack package in advance via the Nibbler (delivered in a locker on site). Top location with all necessary amenities!

No more motorhome parking (camping ban instituted)

Nice & quiet place for campers who do not need facilities. There is also a prohibition sign that you are not allowed to park on the quay. A passing police truck did not urge us to leave, so we stayed the night (just like about 6 other campers). Old boat lift No. 4 of Canal du Center (heritage) & new lift of Strรฉpy-Thieu are within walking distance. Impressive - well worth a visit!

Super friendly hostess and delicious products for sale in the farm shop. Quiet pitch next to shed. No amenities on site.

Beautiful and very quiet place with very walking opportunities nearby. Parking prohibition from July 15 to September 1 between 10 pm and 7 am, perhaps to ensure sufficient parking spaces for hikers who leave here.

Super quiet location with many walking & cycling opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Clean service station but clumsy water tap (push button) and only 1 power connection. For the rest top! Drive from the D18 via the church (Le Cretรชt). Via Le Pรขturage Derriรจre is somewhat more challenging ... ;-)
