Spaces are narrow and the parking was full by sunset. Payment made via QR code and is only valid until 8.00am at which point a further ticket must be purchased. Total cost £20 for 24hrs. Bamburgh Castle well worth the admission costs. I almost didn’t pay but so glad that I did. Recommended

Large sign in place at the first car park, now £10 per night. A handful of locals driving far too fast in a car park. it’s a convenient stop on my journeys heading North but other than that, I couldn’t recommend

A useful stopover if travelling A75. Typical CAMPING-CAR Park facility. some road noise and noise from barking dogs (both on and off site). Lots of flies, must be coming from somewhere??? I would stay again as convenient, no other reason to recommend.

Pleasant enough stopover with pool and shower facilities included in the modest price. It’s a fair old walk into town though, along several roads without footpaths or lighting. So if you want to eat out or visit the beach be prepared for some solid exercise! Otherwise recommended

No facilities but surprisingly pleasant location (I wasn’t expecting much). Right on cycle track so perfect for a days sightseeing. Restaurant and bar adjacent to parking area. Lidl a few minutes away. An 8€ fee is payable for 24hr stay. Friendly local Policia reminded me to buy a ticket and display in windscreen (CC listed as a free stop, I have sent updated details). cash or card accepted. Would happily stay again.

Area at capacity during our visit. Not suitable for larger vehicles, we are below 7m any bigger would’ve caused access problems for other users. Low hanging branches on trees. Noisy campers but I guess that could be any stop if you were unlucky. Positives are its proximity to AP2, it’s also free and felt safe enough. Would return if desperate!

Informal camping, very busy. Many visitors with tents, awnings, trailers, large set-ups. Many taking up far too much room and clearly here for a cheap holiday. Limited access to electricity, many pitches without. Residents noisy, can’t recommend during August, maybe better other times of the year?? We won’t be returning.

My favourite aire for several years. This year, summer price has increased to €18 per night. Now quite expensive considering no electricity or WiFi. Great location on a warm sunny day, poor value stopover otherwise. Still happy to recommend
