Beautiful place to stay overnight, hike, and cycle. It was very quiet at the time; we were there with another campervan.

We were here in August 2020 as well. It remains a wonderful place. Super quiet in a beautiful setting with a restaurant next door. Thanks for letting us stay here for free.

Lovely quiet place without facilities. Made a nice walk in the area and came back with mud patches under the shoes. Like almost everywhere, a lot of rain has fallen here, making the paths difficult to walk. But the quiet environment makes up for a lot.

Were here 28-1-25. Use this CP when we have been visiting family and are traveling through. Again, completely silent except for the sound of the boats. Were alone now, it is much busier in the summer. You have to be self-sufficient.

Only used for overnight stay. What a beautiful place it has become. There are now trash cans. Power poles are still packed. No facilities for discharging and taking in water. Payment can be made directly via the CamperPay or Campercontact app. How difficult can it be. A sign at the entrance clearly states everything. In good weather, it is wonderful to sit in front of or next to the camper and watch the boats.

Nice place next to the village. From the CP a footpath leads to the historical center. Despite the heavy rain the places are usable. Only the path is a bit muddy. Too bad there are some "permanent residents". Among others a very old camper with a lot of junk around it, a caravan and a passenger car that is also used for sleeping. Facilities are ok, electricity is used by the permanent residents.

For an overnight stay a great place. Places are spacious and a number of places are suitable for very large campers. Village is not much and we could not find a restaurant. CP is close to a large roundabout but you do not hear anything. We did hear the hum of a factory in the area but it did not bother us. Facilities are in good order.

Stayed there for 2 days. Quiet place with sports planes and gliders flying over. Paid €5 on the 1st day and received a ticket from the machine, the 2nd day the machine did accept the €5 but did not receive a ticket. Nice place with supermarkets around the corner. Nice walks to make. Did discharge grey water but I think the drinking water supply did not work. Did not look good.

Lovely quiet campsite on a river. Beautiful surroundings and a very nice village. Unfortunately it is also very quiet there, almost all catering is closed. Sanitary dated but very clean. Toilet paper and soap available. Facilities also ok. We paid €25 for bus camper and 2 people.

Pay at the column with a debit card upon entering. First make choices, then pay. After payment, it took a very long time for the barrier to open. Then a receipt with a code should come out. Not so. Still drove in and stood on one of the very narrow places. Quiet night. Code needed upon exiting, but unfortunately I didn't have it. Called and help came quickly. He was able to read the code, pffff. Town disappointing. Facilities ok.

Just a good place to stay overnight. The place is not much. You quickly get bored. CP nice and flat and reasonably clean. Facilities are OK. Water connection by means of Gardena male-male coupling. Bakery on the left around the corner and a little further on the other side of the road a takeaway pizza. Behind that a small Carrefour Express supermarket.

For an overnight stay a great place with toilets and showers. Too bad there is no service. But don't complain, the place is free. A lot of traffic noise. As if the cars are driving through your camper.

Came here for 1 night because I had to be in Lelystad the next day. Despite high season, only 1 place occupied. The places themselves are a bit muddy, but that is not surprising after all the rain in recent weeks. The discharge area is also muddy and the water hose is also there. Better to place a hanging bracket or reel there. For the rest wonderfully quiet. AH supermarket a 20-minute walk. Paid €21 incl. shower token.

Arrived at approx 8pm. The harbor office was closed, but at the restaurant we received an access pass that was valid until midnight. The next morning I paid at the port office (€17.00) and received a new pass to drive out. You are standing on the water, nice view. Sanitary facilities are modern and clean. Shower is now included in the price. Wonderfully quiet overnight stay. Recommended!

Were there for an overnight stay and were assigned a spot on a large lawn. Because there were few other campers, we had plenty of space. But when it's full you're almost sitting on each other's laps. Clearly visible from the rest of the campsite, people are standing on top of each other. Sanitary facilities dated but very clean. Facilities are in good order. ACSI price made it affordable (€27.67).

14 new camper spots will be created in the rear part. A doubling of the current number. Paid with EasyPark app. There are strict controls. There was a caravan next to us and it got a fine. Nice little campsite that looks somewhat neglected. But the sanitary facilities are in perfect order. Reception by an older gentleman who was difficult for us to understand. But for the rest everything is ok. The road is audible but we did not find it disturbing. It's a shame that people who have not been there and therefore have no experience lower the review score.

Definitely a great place with everything a camper could wish for. Yet we left again after half an hour. The flies were driving us crazy. Too bad, we would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the fantastic view.

Fairly quiet place for an overnight stay. During the day the paper factory is audible but not disturbing. There were a few trucks there but I didn't hear them. Facilities in good order. Water €1 and cassette rinsing is now free. The town itself is not much. Lots of shop vacancies.

Is not an official CP but a beautiful large parking lot. During the day a few cars belonging to walkers or restaurant visitors. Super quiet at night. You have to be self-sufficient here because there is nothing. By bike to Augsburg approx. 12 km. The most beautiful route is along the river and then over the dam. It will be much busier in the summer when the weather is nice, given the size of the parking lot.

Unfortunately, the grass was still very wet, making it unpassable. But it stood well at the edge with the left wheels on the pavement. Everything is neat and very clean. E-bikes can be charged for free in the shed. Facilities also in good order and super clean. Beautiful bike ride to Rothenburg a.d.T. made.

Today is the last day of the Knife and fair. Good place to visit Altstad, access directly on the other side of the road. Toilet was not really clean yesterday, there was an inch of water on the floor. Facilities not used but seems ok. Sometimes you hear a small train passing by, not disturbing. The general description states traffic noise. Nonsense, you don't hear anything about it.

Good place for an overnight stay if you are passing through. Facilities are o.k. On the downside, cars regularly drive past all night long. I think it's a dead end so they turn around and come back. A walk along the banks of La Meuse is easy and almost back over the narrow bridge and another tour through a very nice city.

We only used the facilities and they are in excellent condition. Too bad there are no places directly on the water. By the way, this has now become a camping car park and no longer a campsite. You need a Pass'Étapes card. Available from the vending machine on site.

Quiet place for an overnight stay. In the morning some people park in front of the medical center you are standing in front of. Water turned off and the tap is also not optimal if it were to work. Smooth spout instead of screw thread. Black water drain and drain under the clean water tap are heavily clogged, yuck! Toilet cassette emptied into gray water pit and rinsed clean with gray water.

Quiet place near historic village. At this time of year there are only a few campers. I paid €3.00 for an overnight stay with the Telpark app. By the way, the amount to be paid is a bit confusing. in the app you can choose Caravanas - Autobuses or Turismos. My bus camper is neither a caravan nor a bus. according to license plate it is a passenger car. So I chose Turismos.

I give the 3 stars for accessibility and facilities. For the rest we think it is a worthless place. Traffic rushes past you until late at night and starts again early in the morning. The municipality could have found a quieter piece of land. The town itself did not appeal to us either. By the way, the 3rd star was for the price, for €0 it's a good place.

The amenities work but it's not a great place. We moved to a parking lot opposite the Guardia Civil. wonderfully quiet place right next to the village. From there a nice walk to a large cross above the parking lot. Beautiful view over the village with castle and church. Delicious dinner in restaurant Casa Marce.

Stood for 2 days in this peaceful and quiet place. On the 1st day we had a nice walk through the village and on the 2nd day we took a walk to Mirador Starlight. Facilities are in good order. Catering and shops all nearby. Walking does mean calf biters 🤣.

Nothing wrong with this place. The facilities work excellently. Electricity has been under construction for a long time, but will it ever work? Exceptionally, a car drives by, so it's very quiet. We had a nice walk there.

CP is located on a narrow main road with little traffic. Facilities are o.k. Nice to stroll through the village and admire the street art. There are very beautiful paintings among them. Also a good base for cycling part of the Via Verde Ojos Negro. This Via Verde is located on the other side of the village.

Campsites are not our preference, but every now and then you have to do something. Now we were in desperate need of a washer and dryer. and they are here. Washing incl. detergent €4 and dryer 1 hour €3. We were at the top and still enjoying the sun. Sanitary facilities dated but clean. Cycled via Verde to Caudill and back. Beautiful ride.

Booked for 2 nights, we stayed 4. That says enough. Wow, what a beautiful location and what a beautiful view from our sliding door. Karin and Ron, a very nice Dutch couple who, with hard work, have made this place what it is today. Access with our 6 meter Ducato bus + bicycle rack went well. Don't think your camper needs to be much bigger. Sanitary facilities not luxurious but clean and usable. Beautiful walking and cycling.

Saturday 10-2 full! Stand in the parking lot next to approximately 8 more campers. Police drive by and say nothing. CP itself looks good. Nice walk through and around the town. Been quiet outside on a stormy night.

We used this place for the amenities. Push-button tap all the way in the corner behind the discharge area. Toilet pit old and dirty but usable. Uninviting place and after a walk through the town we drove further.

A quiet place and good to spend the night. we stood behind the kindergarten where it is even quieter. Water was turned off, drainage could be used. Nice to walk through the town to the castle. other than that it means little.

Good for an overnight stay. Quietly located on the edge of the village. Wonderful showers and a clean toilet (no toilet paper). Price includes electricity and water you would have to pay. However, for us the water worked without tokens. Discharging gray and black water is easy at the column. Bakery about 600 meters away and a Spar supermarket a little further. We took a nice bike ride in the area.

If you are looking for peace and quiet then you should go here. Large area and just stand where you want. Too bad there were no facilities except for the rubbish bins. You pay a parking rate of € 0.60 per hour, which makes it an expensive CP for just the right to park. You can go hiking in the adjacent nature reserve. Cycling is also possible. The entire area is flat and open.

Mega camper place, not quite what we normally look for. We were standing all the way to the left against the water and you didn't notice how big it was. System with QR codes works fine. Just didn't get my 10 minutes of water from the column. Must have been just me 🤣. Toilets and showers are ok. Just think that the showers in particular will not have a long life. All way too wet.

Wonderfully quiet place. Were alone. Nice place to explore the area on foot. Facilities look good but unfortunately, like most CPs, water is turned off. The toilet is also locked. It's a shame that managers do not make the water pipes frost-proof. A piece of heating tape around the pipe and a thermostat and the water pipe cannot freeze. Oh yes, this CO has no electrical connections.

Little to add to previous positive reviews. We do not use electricity, so no tokens are required. There is an urgent need for drinking water. Tank was completely dry 😢. At the service point you can tap water for 20 minutes! In front of us a French couple was rinsing the camper. As it turned out, the water was spraying out of the handle instead of out of the spout. Hose clamp was loosened and it was easy to draw water with the single hose 😀.

Been here several times. Great place for an overnight stay. It is best to stand on the left after entering. The traffic on the right almost drives through your bed😀. Facilities can be used easily with a pass. Positive balance will be back in your account a day later. There are several good restaurants in Elten itself. It is approximately a 1 km walk. There are several beautiful walks from the CP.

Excellent place for an overnight stay. Currently no barrier, but we have registered with the machine. Without registration you will not receive a ticket to use the toilet building and facilities. There was another camper. Very quiet and had no problems with the road. Everything super clean and lovely shower. Beautiful walk around the Maare. I already knew the automation from the CP in Hoog Elten (46446). Easy system.

Good for an overnight stay but not more. Tight places. Late that evening a camper cuddler showed up next to us with 4 adults. They felt it necessary to chat next to the camper until late at night. Very disturbing when you want to sleep 😡. Facilities were o.k.

At the moment the terrain is muddy (lots of rain). So be careful and stay on paved areas. We stood parallel to the cycle path with a view of the Moselle. You can walk along the water to Traben and Trarbach. Upon entry, drive up to the barrier. License plate is registered and the boom opens. Payment terminal, toilets, showers and facilities are located at the very back. Do not use the entrance when leaving, you will get stuck.

We were disappointed. The CP is sandwiched between 2 roads and traffic noise is therefore clearly audible. Quieter at night, but it starts up again quickly in the morning. Grounds and care o.k. Placement of the payment terminal a bit strange. You drive up to the barrier and have to enter a code. It turns out that the payment terminal is around the corner of the entrance. Even in full sun, so the displays are not readable. Not a second time for us.

Great place to spend the night. Very quiet and bakery around the corner. Also close to a good restaurant where we picked up pizzas. There is also a pizzeria but it was closed. All facilities worked (€2). It was difficult that drinking water had to be operated with a push button while the time was running (10 minutes). We got 60 liters out of it. What a wonderfully peaceful place at an altitude of about 1000 meters. Facilities looked good but we didn't need anything. were there with 1 more camper. Beautiful area for walking and cycling (e-bike).

Were there 24-09 but didn't dare to drive onto the grass because of the mud. It looked like they were going to turn it into a full-fledged camper place. We drove on to Lajoux and stood there very quietly in a large parking lot.

Beautiful CP next to the campsite. The terrain is paved with fine gravel and fairly flat. No electricity, other facilities ok. and free. Barrier was broken and open. You are requested to register via the machine (NL language also available). Toilets were neat and clean. Paid €11 for admission, €2.10 for showering at the campsite and also €2.10 for use of the dryer. If you add that up, the campsite is cheaper at the moment 😀

The river is so low that the boats cannot sail. The office where you have to report is also closed. Barrier is open. So we were free. Lots of space and we were there with 4 campers, so plenty of space😀. There are paid facilities but we did not use them. Nice walk along the river to a (dry) lake.

Be there early, this place fills up quickly. There were a few campers outside the designated places. We were beautifully situated on the water with a strip of grass. Quiet place, small village and no facilities here. For that you have to be at the other CP. Small supermarket around the corner. Beautiful area for walking and/or cycling.

I was unable to pay at the other side with a debit card, but I was able to pay with a credit card. Sani column is one of those dirty things where the water hose almost hangs in the drain of the toilet cassette. Was supposed to work for 20 minutes but stopped much earlier. Nice cycling along the canal. Traffic is regularly clearly audible.

Good place without facilities. The public toilet is not recommended 🤢. You have to arrive early because it fills up quickly. You took a quick look at the town. The area is ideal for walking and cycling trips. The pitches on the water are under the trees. If you are dependent on your solar panels, you should not stand there.

What a wonderfully quiet place. During the day there are cars of hikers, but they are gone in the late afternoon. Didn't need any facilities, but it all worked. Except for the power, only 1 connection that works for fifteen minutes. It is therefore not the intention to hang a cable there. No phone signal and no WiFi. That makes it even calmer🤣. You can take beautiful walks here.

Good for an overnight stay if you want to visit the old town of Colmar. But don't imagine anything else about this place that is full of puddles. We paid € 11.00 for an overnight stay. Little to add to previous reviews. A gem of a RV spot. Park ranger does everything he can to make sure you have a good time. Received an information booklet and permission to put chairs and table outside. He is also allowed to extend the awning. Sign up via QR code. The area is ideal for (junction) cycle routes.

Great farm campsite and a great place to spend the day and night. Wonderfully quiet location in beautiful surroundings. Sanitation and care in good order. Very friendly welcome and information about the area is available. You only pay for what you use here. In my case camper + 1 person, no electricity, € 10.80 You must be a donor of SVR. Bargain!

What a wonderfully peaceful place to spend the night. Places at the back left of the gravel are free. It is expected that you consume something in the restaurant. We have used a 2-course menu for £ 12. You can also stand on the grass, but those are paid places. We discharged gray water via the toilet cassette. And there is again a drain + tap. Spent the night here on our way to Hoek van Holland. Very quiet place, some passing traffic during the day, very quiet at night. Viewed the other CP, but much more traffic passes there. The next day we drove to the Maasboulevard for a walk along the water.

To avoid the low underpass when coming from the A151, at the first roundabout turn not left but right to Malaunay and then on to Montville. Drives a few kilometers but your roof stays on it 🤗. Unfortunately, the catering industry was closed except for the pancake restaurant. But it also closes at 6:30 PM. All in all, highly recommended. A wonderful place for overnight stays and walks. Nice views. No amenities. Will be quiet during the week but we were there from Saturday to Sunday. Cars enter the parking lot early in the morning and it was completely full. The access road was also full. Wonderfully quiet at night with 5 more campers.

Arrived during the day. Small parking spaces, at right angles to the road. We don't fit in there with our 6.80 mtr bus. It was so quiet that we just stood across several places. Toilets, water tap and waste containers available. Beautiful but strenuous walk. After it got dark we were alone at first. Later we heard several cars approaching. No motorhomes. Didn't feel well and left for Zumaia to spend the night.

The P sign with camper symbol has disappeared. There is a large sign in front of the large parking lot with a ban on campers and camping bans, among other things. We went there anyway close to the beach. In the winter, a single car comes there during the day. A police car also stood close to us for a while but said nothing. Wonderfully quiet overnight stay and a nice walk along the coast to and in the town. No amenities.

Good overnight place. Narrow places, but you will not be bothered by that at night. The information board states a nice walk of about 11 km, it is worth it. We didn't like the town itself, lots of high-rise buildings with brick-walled shops. Care is fine. No electricity.

Little to add to the previous, hence 5 stars. Now we are here in the winter and last night with only 4 campers, so plenty of space around us. But how will it be summer when it is full. The pitches are narrow and then you have little space. Anyway, it is and remains a wonderfully beautiful and well-kept camper place. All credit to the owner.

Definitely a popular CP. At the end of the day it was full. Some traffic during the day, quiet at night. Strenuous walk to the harbor and old town. But it's a city full of escalators/tracks and elevators that make it a bit easier. A walk through the valley / park to the beaches is also beautiful and easy to do. Facilities are ok.

I'm not afraid of machines, just follow the steps on the screen until I get to register. And then the machine crashes. Then just call and someone will watch remotely and eventually restart that thing. And then it goes well and the gate opens. So is the care. You will receive a receipt with a bar code upon check-in. There, too, is a machine that requires the necessary dexterity. All in all, you may be a scholar. But town is nice 👍

Lovely quiet spot on a dead end street. No facilities except for garbage can. Wedges are needed, you are standing at an angle. You are standing here next to the Vias Verdes de Besaya, a cycle path over a former railway track. To the end at the coast is about 17 km. Beautiful trip through the valley of the river of the same name. The village itself is also very nice to walk through. Playground next door.

Great place so close to a beautiful city. When we were there very cold weather and snow was predicted. That's why we stayed there for several nights. No regrets, made some nice walks. Water was closed off but you can take it for free at the gas station. Flush the toilet cassette with gray water and you can discharge it. You can also discharge gray water. Electricity is € 4 for 12 hours, but after about 6 hours it was over.

In itself a wonderfully quiet CP. Not that old yet, but what a mess people (inhabitants?) make of it. At the back of the site it looks more like a rubbish dump. Amenities work. There is an electrical box at every pitch, but they are closed with thick iron wire. It is a pity that such a place is so neglected.

Great place to visit castle, citadel and old town. We were there Carnival Saturday and therefore full house. Campers arriving later double parked but no problem. Service area a bit tight but still doable. Everything works properly. Quiet at night except for some dog barking. Recommended!

Beautifully beautiful and clean place. Stood alone, very quiet at night. During the day a single car passes but certainly not disturbing. Too bad there is only one tap. For drinking water you will first have to clean the spout. Stood for 2 days, cycled down the Ecopista on the 1st day and the other way on the 2nd day. Toilet building was closed, you have to call before use (see photo). And yes, the terrain slopes slightly. Blocks below and o.k.

It seems that all visitors do not want to be inferior to each other in terms of star count. The CP as such is nothing special. Just a piece of land half paved behind a restaurant. No facilities so not worth more than 3* for me. We also ate in the restaurant. Indeed, large portions for little money. Quality good but certainly not excessive.

Fantastic place in an almost uninhabited village. According to a local, only 60 people live there in winter, all close to or over 80 years young. We made a nice walk there, through the village to a forest and with a loop back to the hundreds of caves. The same local showed us his caves. Extremely quiet overnight and used the discharge and water supply in the morning.

Great place to spend the night and visit nature park. We first spent the night and the next day to the park where we drove and walked around for about 6 hours. Then spend the night here again. Unfortunately no facilities so self-sufficiency is necessary.

A great place for an overnight stay. Care ok, drinking water available and that at this time of year. Electricity only at column. From CP directly to the beach to take a nice walk along the wild waves. Just walk towards the lighthouse and you will arrive in an area with many restaurants. Now most of them are closed but it will be a lot of fun here in the summer. We paid € 8.10 for the night including tourist tax.

All looks new. Still only 4 stars because water is closed. There is a beautiful machine. Would it cost a lot to heat the interior through which the water pipe runs? Or some heating tape around the pipes and you avoid the risk of freezing. Too bad, after the overnight stay, which went very quietly, we continued to look for a place to take water. By the way, you can discharge. Flush the toilet cassette with gray water.

Looked for a CP to take water. Unfortunately, only rickety hand pump from which a measly trickle came out after a long time of pumping. Not used. It would take you an hour to fill your tank. Good overnight place. First pick a spot and then pay (cash) at the machine. Power in the places and pay with coins. I threw €2 into the pile and got 4 kWh for it. Is cheaper than at home 😄. We did not use sanitary facilities. Service place is O.K.

Very kindly received by Lien. there are plans to further refurbish plumbing but yes, after Corona and flooding last year, some fat has to grow on the bones first. Nice casual campsite right on the Ourthe. Sanitary building is dated but plumbing itself is new. Fairly clean but a mess over the ceilings and in the corners won't hurt. We paid € 20.50/night including electricity. Shower € 1,50 at a time and keep track of how often you use it 🤭. The environment lends itself to beautiful cycling trips.

If you like peace and quiet then you've come to the right place. Have been here 3 nights. Made beautiful bike rides on the Ravel cycle paths. It is noticeable that there are many Dutch people.

Were there at the end of July. Great place with clean sanitary facilities. From this place you can make beautiful cycling trips in the area. The pitches are spacious and are on a grassy field.

We were there at the end of June and were then alone. Beautiful place and therefore stayed 3 nights instead of the planned single night. Sanitary is good and reasonably clean. The environment lends itself to beautiful cycling trips. Cross the ferry and you are on the Veluwe.

Beautiful location in forest and heath surroundings. In warm weather wonderful because you are under the trees. The disadvantage is that the solar panels do nothing. Because the compressor refrigerator likes some Ah's, I had to use the pole power on the third day. We paid without electricity €23.10 and the 3rd day with €26.20. Plumbing is fine and cleaned daily. Discharge and water intake also do good. Beautiful walking and cycling environment. Recommended!

Wonderful place to stand. you are on grass, but very uneven so blocks are not superfluous. Sanitary unit is in a large stable and is dated but clean. Couldn't find an empty place but didn't need it either. You are on the edge of Sneek but not noticeable. beautiful area for bike rides. Recommended 😎

Elongated campsite. We were almost at the back. With the bike to the sanitary, then it is doable. Sanitary fine but unfortunately no toilet paper, no soap and no possibility to dry hands. And that is no longer of this time. Be careful if the ground is very wet, your camper will sink into the peat soil. Environment nice for some cycling.

Great fun place, especially if you're standing at the bottom of the water. Access narrow but doable with Ducato bus. max. Length 6 meters. There are many trains running behind, but you can hardly hear them because of the noise barrier and tunnel. Sanitary clean and good. Hot water 5 min. with 1 Sfr coin. Didn't need any amenities but didn't see either.

Used this place due to early ferry departure next day. The village has little to offer at this time. The motorhome is neat, including the service area, but not very attractive. A paper with several telephone numbers hangs in front of the barrier. Just call and the gate will open. Ditto for early departures when the reception is still closed. Reception is located diagonally right opposite the entrance.

Sent an email regarding late arrival. No problem, just stand somewhere and check in tomorrow. We love that now. Arrival with rain and that lasted all night. As a result, you could not stay on the grass. Plumbing a bit dated but clean and toilet paper, soap and paper towels available. Service area off site and usable. Use your own water hose because the existing hose is also used for toilet flushing.

Good campsite, have been there for 2 nights. Beautiful, right on a fine sandy beach. Sanitary dated but very clean. Shower cubicles very small with hot water. Nursing place is also fine. Separate waste collection under supervision! Very sympathetic people at the reception, do their best to make you feel comfortable.

Unfortunately can not rate the quality of the campsite, therefore only 3 stars. Even though their website says open from May 1, we were in front of a closed gate on May 2. Sloppy!

We stayed here overnight. In itself a nice place to visit Orgosolo. It takes a while to find a spot with some sun. And then need the wedges under the wheels. Plumbing is sad. 2 toilets where the doors cannot be locked and 4 showers, 2 of which are also not lockable. Hot water alternates with cold and the pressure varies. Most annoying are the continuous barking dogs. Gray/black water drain in well next to water tap.

Large campsite where most places have no sun due to the large amount of trees. Will be lovely in summer but too much shade now. Sanitary outdated but clean. Standing straight, even with wedges, is difficult. Unfortunately, early in the morning people started pruning trees with a chainsaw. Added to the loudly cooing pigeons early on, we decided to leave quickly.

Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that checking in is a terribly bureaucratic history. All in all it took me an hour to get my beer. But once that's over, it's a good place to stay at the lagoon. Don't think about coming here in high season, now we had all the space around us, but that is not possible then. Sanitary and care (outside the gate) is good.

Special location to spend a night, we were alone and had plenty of space. Could not find plumbing, turned out to be 2 small wooden huts that were hidden behind some bushes. Looked clean but we used our own sanitary facilities in the camper. The whole exudes a lot of peace, also because it is dead quiet. Very pleasant reception by owner and his wife.

I'm sorry I've had a bad experience here. We stood 2 nights, 1st night without any problems, but the 2nd night we were shocked because stones were thrown against our bus. In such a case I don't go outside but look through window slits. No one to be seen but hit again moments later. Finally left. Fortunately, they turned out not to have thrown stones but oranges.

There is nothing wrong with this campsite. Beautiful places, free choice where you want to be. We drove back a bit and stood past the 2nd toilet block that is currently being built or renovated. You will be less bothered by traffic noise behind it. Friendly welcome and sanitary facilities are in order. Also rest area is o.k. Paid ACSI rate € 18.=

So just before Easter still very quiet. Should be able to pick your own place. Sanitary dated but super clean and lovely hot shower. Because there are almost no guests, it took a while before the water got warm. Nursing place also ok Beach 5 minutes walk through a path through the door. Paid € 19.40 for 2 people + camper without electricity.

Great campsite with everything you could wish for and more! Great for us in the off-season. Wouldn't be for us in high season. Must be terribly busy with guests and animation. Handy is the supermarket next door and the 2 Revolution laundry units which are located behind the reception in the car park. Sani station fine. We paid the ACSI rate of € 18.= Absolutely affordable for such a campsite.

Beautiful campsite and we had free choice with regard to places. Get up a bit higher so that you won't be bothered by the road. Most places are easily accessible. Plumbing is clean and more than adequate. The service area is also good. The pizzas were also tasty.

Beautifully landscaped parking. We were on the lowest level and because it had been windy for a few days, the waves were very high and we enjoyed a spectacular view. Did not use ECO toilet but is usable. No further facilities except garbage containers. Village with Spar, bakery and butcher within walking distance. Money, 20 Euro, was collected at 20:45.

The campsite was still closed on April 7. Since the gate was open, we drove in anyway and stood by the sea. Later someone came and told us that the campsite was still closed. After some insistence he called someone and we were allowed to stay. However, sanitary facilities were being renovated and therefore not usable. Couldn't find anyone to pay the next morning. Good for an overnight stay but I wouldn't want to stay there any longer. Sanitary old and not really clean. Lighting didn't work and had to wait a long time for the shower to get hot. Too expensive for what you get. Water to pay € 5.= A few times a day a train thunders past. Nice beach over the railway.

Nothing wrong with this place. You look beautiful with sea view. From here you can walk a nice part of the customs path. We turned right at the village, then the path remains fairly flat. Used the now free sani column and everything worked. Very quiet at night, you sleep a hole in the day. The last 5.5 km is a narrow road but doable.

Great campsite for one night. Stood there with 1 caravan. Reception open from 9-12 am. But there is a paper with access code for the barrier with the request to report later. In the toilet block, all toilets and showers are open. But they are certainly not cleaned every day. Would be better at this time of year to limit that to 2 toilets showers and clean them every day.

Nice little campsite where we stayed for 2 nights before crossing over to Corsica. Friendly welcome and explained where everything was. You will be given a key to the entrance gate so that you can get out day and night. Sanitary ok although the hot water could be a bit warmer. Camper care is also good. Taking water at the back of the toilet block, gray and black water behind the reception. No deposit was requested.

Nice new place near a nice village. Everything is right except for one thing and that is the water tap. It has a short smooth spout. That must have been devised behind a desk by someone who does not know that you have to install taps with a screw connection. Now you have to use a watering can, too bad. Nice walk through village but you have to be able to walk. All paths are steep or stairs.

A truly uniquely beautiful place. Everything taken care of down to the last detail. Upon entering (remember to make a very wide bend to the left) drive up to the yellow box and the machine will show you the way in 6 languages. There were only a few campers and it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. The rest area was to pass through a ring. Previous reviews talk about clean, but unfortunately, today the care place looked downright filthy. Litter, face masks and plastic everywhere. It is not clearly indicated at the taps what drinking water is. The front one is drinking water, the back one is to flush your toilet cassette. The place is not really quiet, traffic also continues at night.

Prime location with a wonderful view. 2 wedges and we were standing. Bring a drain hose for gray water drainage. No shade, but not necessary at this time of year. Please note: drinking water was provided free of charge on the service terminals. That didn't work, after inserting a 10 ct coin, we got about 60 liters. Great place to stay overnight, little traffic at night.

Visited on 13-02-2022 for the facilities. Always exciting whether the water tap works and it did 👍. Drains are also fine.

Lovely place on the beach. Pretty quiet at the moment. 2 care places. Continue to shaving and then to the right, those are the quietest places.

Not much to add to previous positive reviews. We have been there one night and made a bike ride via the old railway via Prüm and Brandscheid back. 32 Km but very cold 🥶. Environment is beautiful and with higher temperatures it is certainly enjoyable here. Did not use the facilities.

We were in the 1000m parking lot. On arrival there were quite a few cars but after sunset they were all gone. At night we were there with another camper. Wonderfully quiet place with panoramic views. Did the Devil's Gorge walk. Unfortunately, the trails to the Irrel waterfall were closed. It has to do with the heavy rainfall in July. Both banks of the Prüm have been destroyed over a length of 200 m. Unfortunately not available.

Little to add to previous positive reviews. Even though the camper pitches were occupied, we were allowed to stand on a camping site. Be careful where you stand with regard to the ground. Many places were muddy with traces of jammed RVs. Unfortunately no CP service place. Empty the toilet on the side of the sanitary building, discharge gray water and take in fresh water along a path near house 66. You block the passage for traffic in these places.

What a difference in ratings, from one to five stars. We only used the place for the service. Wouldn't want to stand in front of my grief. I think you are supposed to empty the toilet cassette into the well under the tap. Not really fresh if you also want to take water. Done after cleaning the faucet well with Hadex. Please flush the well after use. Gray water in the large well at the back left.

Used this place for one night. During the day few cars of hikers. Stood alone at night and very quiet. Made a nice bike ride in the area via the Ravel. No facilities except for a few small trash cans. Unfortunately, there are always people who throw their waste next to such a container because that container is full. Bah! Especially do a lot so that this place, like many places, is prohibited for campers.

We were here once a few years ago. It remains a beautiful place to stand and that for € 0.00 👏. Service place also o.k., everything works. We do not need electricity, but if you do it is difficult. First to the tourist information to buy a coin. That is no longer of this time 😢. From the CP a beautiful walk through the woods that are now beautiful because of the autumn colors.

Wonderfully quiet place, especially in this time. There were 3 campers so plenty of room. Was looking for gray water drainage, it was hidden under a thick layer of autumn leaves 😄. All in all a great place.

You don't see that very often, in a short time so many reviews that all but one mention at least 4 stars. Despite the fact that the CP was actually closed, I was able to come after one phone call. Spent 2 nights there peacefully. Little to add to all the previous positive reviews. Top

Was there on 29-10-21. Because sewerage and paving work is being carried out in the village, the parking lot including the CP places is overcrowded. I stopped for a while in the access street and later in the evening some places became available opposite the village hall. I just stood there and had a wonderfully quiet night.

Only used for amenities and those are excellent indeed.

Not much to add to previous positive reviews. The view is praised, but that is not true for many places. The pruning shears must be over it 😄. Service column, toilet discharge, gray water and drinking water intake is free. And indeed, the lady who collects the standing money is the most friendly 🤗. Went there to make a big bike ride to the lake.

The CP is not in Ahaus but the place is called Ottenstein. Little to add to previous positive messages. It is indeed a neat CP. There are now also waste bins for separate collection. Still only 3 stars because of the noise from tractors. They keep appearing during the day as well as at night. And not one but many. Shame for such a beautiful place.

Lovely quiet spot. 2 nights stood. Day 1: bike ride via ferry to Rinteln, a nice town with nice terraces. Day 2: Cycle tour via Hessisch Oldendorf to Hamelin and back along the Weser. Go through some small villages north of the Weser. Spicy clinched but doable with an e-bike.

The intention was another CP for an overnight stay, but due to an indicated road closure we ended up here. You can't beat the price, but we found the traffic noise from the bridge disturbing. We only discharged gray water. Taking water was not necessary but we noticed that it was a strange coupling. We don't think it fits a standard coupling. Maybe a water thief?

Good for an overnight stay. Place is a bit dark because of the many trees, nice on warm / sunny days but now at 15 degrees a chilly place. You can eat well there. The service area was probably invented by someone who has never been on the road with a camper. Water tapping is only gray water and emptying the toilet cassette is a disaster. Insert a coin and then discharge very quickly (a few minutes) by means of a hose and immediately empty and rinse the cassette. 😓

We went there because we had to be in the area the next day. In itself a quiet place but not quite what we want. Couple of rows of campers that were fairly close together. Administrator was very helpful in registering and paying parking fees. Had to see clearly that we were vaccinated against Corona. He couldn't handle the QR code, it had to be a readable story for him. Question mark above the QR code brought a solution

Good place for an overnight stay, although after a nice bike ride, we drove to another, more attractive place. It's just a couple of parking bays next to the road.

Great place to spend the night peacefully. Stayed 2 nights and made 2 beautiful bike rides from here. Remember to have enough coins with you. An overnight stay costs € 8 and water € 0.50. For the latter I got about 40 liters and certainly not 80.

Nice bike ride from this place. When we got back we decided not to stay. There was still quite a bit of traffic.

Good location for an overnight stay. Quietly located next to parking lot. Sometimes a car passes by on its way to the pool. Care not used.

Stayed overnight while traveling. Not our ideal image of a camper place. The front and rear three seats were particularly narrow. You can hardly open your door there. The places in the middle are also intended for coaches and therefore somewhat more spacious. Care only used for toilet cassette, gray water discharge point not found. The environment is beautiful for walks and the catering industry is also well represented.

Were warned by the harbor master that we are not allowed to stand here. He was going to close the height barrier. Official places were full but a little further we stood along the canal.

Today in transit only used sani station. There was a paper that said the service was free. Thought it was a messy environment and wouldn't stand there.

Only stopped here for the amenities and they are fine. Today it is 30 degrees. And in this place there is no shade. Wouldn't stay there, too hot 🌞.

Were not really looking for a rest area. Saw a sign and drove onto a terrain. Open the manhole cover and discharge. You can also empty the toilet here. You need a water thief for the water tap. It's such a bitch with push button 😖. Didn't pay attention, but I didn't immediately see places to stay. There are better ones nearby. For example, we were at Le Thoureil, site code 49122.

What a beautiful place. The information states Max. 5 motorhomes. This concerns motorhomes > 7 meters. In addition to these places, there are at least 30 more, separated by hedges for Max campers. 7 metres. Too bad there are no facilities, otherwise 5 stars. The cycle route along the Loire runs alongside it. We arrived around noon and were alone.

Came there for the amenities. Well, they were in tip-top shape. Maybe a bit primitive, but very usable.

We visited this CP to visit the old town and for care. Old town very busy, Volendam is nothing . And unfortunately, the nursing column was as dead as a doornail. That meant for us the 2th time today that we couldn't take water due to a defect 😖. Incidentally, we would not want to spend the night for any price. We'll leave it to pegs to stand so close to each other.

Lots of parking space there in a beautiful location. However, most parking spaces are equipped with a height bar. Only one terrace accessible to campers and there you are quite crooked. Can't get straight even with blocks. But the view makes up for a lot. Some cars coming and going during the day, dead quiet at night. Toilet block simple but usable.
