A gem!! You bring all the amenities you need yourself, and the fantastic view and tranquility are provided at the site. Worth more than 5 stars, also thanks to the friendly owners.

Nice campsite right on the Elbe; the pitches are arranged in a herringbone pattern, and you can choose the 1st row, closer to the Elbe, or the 2nd row, which is slightly cheaper. Super friendly owners; they are busy expanding the campsite with more sanitary facilities, but what has already been completed looks very neat. The public transport card is included in the price: take the train to Rathen for a beautiful walk to the Bastei, among other places. Dresden is also easily accessible by public transport.

Wow, what a lovely place to unwind completely! Waking up to the chirping birds is wonderful, there are beautiful walks starting from the camper pitch, delicious food in the cozy restaurant, and super friendly and relaxed owners Bob and Henja. Tidy camper pitches by the gently babbling brook. Tip if you want to do something other than just relax/walk/cycle: a visit to the Lupulus brewery is highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

We were there quite early, as the first, later in total with 3 campers. Beautiful spot on the fjord, just service station on the other side of the bridge (emptying grey water, emptying toilet and taking in water, there is a tap with a hose at the mooring of the boats that you can use), there is also the supermarket. Nice little walk to the waterfall.

Visited on 21-6, so we caught the big annual bonfire at Slinningen. Very neat CP with excellent facilities, the center is easy to reach on foot or by bike, and there is a bus stop nearby. The Aksla viewpoint is also easy to do on foot from the CP. Arrive on time, because it fills up quickly (and not only during Midsommar!)

Now known as Dovrefjell Lodge. Upon arrival it seemed a bit messy, as if the season had not really started yet. However, we had a nice spot, all around view of the mountains. From here you can book a musk ox safari. Sanitary facilities outdated but clean; not used, self-sufficient. Delicious food in the restaurant. 2.5 km further towards Dombås a parking lot with a lookout tower to see elks (only around sunset).

This is vanlife! Quiet place (parking lot) at the historical site of the "stone ship" of Blomsholm. Beautiful stone circles from the Iron Age, nice walk along the historical places. Free, no facilities but nice along the babbling brook with 4 campers in total today. Enjoy!

we were beautifully situated on the edge of the site, wonderfully free (early March so quieter anyway). We did not use all the facilities (everything on board ourselves), but they are certainly there. Great place for visiting Königsstuhl, nice walk from the camper place.

nice quiet camper spot within walking distance of the forest. beautiful sanitary facilities, nice information corner with regional products and walking/cycling maps. Even in case of frost, a solution is sought to tap water, nice if this is the case! Definitely recommended with all the amenities you need!

Super nice camper place, neat places, we could also park our tent on the grass strip (next to the camper). All facilities you could wish for, shower / toilet block across the bridge, very neat. There is even a machine on the camper site that automatically cleans your cassette toilet. Located on a harbor, near the Stegeborg lock. Nearby is a (free) ferry.

Been back for a weekend at this fantastic place. And again it was fun! Excellent reception and guidance to the place, it is all wonderfully relaxed. Enjoyed the tranquility of the water. Made a nice walk from Natuurmonumenten (16 km, passes the campsite, see site Natuurmonumenten). Had a nice lunch at Grand café Ludger, an 18-minute walk or a 6-minute bike ride from here. Highly recommended this campsite and this area!

What a nice place! Beautifully located, friendly welcome, super sanitary facilities and our camper was in a place to dream away! Delicious apple pie in the Rietberg. We'll be back for sure.
