In the morning, many places become available on the first row and by the evening they are full again. The sound of the ships can be disturbing, especially at night, but you know that in advance. During the day, a beautiful view of the water. I thought it was very thoughtful that there was a bottle of wine with congratulations ready on my birthday!

On the back yard of a small farm, there is a place for 3 campers. Beautiful view over the hilly landscape. From here by bike to Externsteine, Hermanns denkmal and to Freilicht open air museum. Nice trips. The camper place is quiet, the yard rather messy. The shower, in the house, is fine, but costs €3 pppn. Electricity €4 per night. We stayed 2 nights.

Great place near the center. We were there around 13:00 and it was already 2/3 full. Full by the evening. A nice outing is the Besucher-Bergwerk und Museum Kleinenbremen 4 km away. A 1.5 hour tour of the old mine is interesting.

Nice quiet camper place. Only a few places left for the evening. Pay at a machine with single euros. Separate euros are also required for electricity, 2 kWh per euro. So bring some coins.
