A wonderful place to stay, nice and quiet even now... in the height of peak season. The beach is less than a kilometer away, so easily walkable or accessible by bike. From the entrance, turn right onto the street and immediately take the first left, which is the shortest route to the beach, where dogs are also welcome. We paid €14.20 for two people and two large dogs.

Nice camper place with beautiful pitches. The barrier/registration column works easily. Also in Dutch. The town is not large but very nice to see. Very nice for a day with an overnight stay.

As indicated, a beautiful camper location. There are toilets, an outdoor shower and even a washing machine and dryer. Great lake for SUPing. Choose your own location. Sun and shade possible. From the camper place there is also a cycle path to the town about 4 km away. Only positive and cheap €7.50

We didn't go inside, but luckily we were able to empty our toilet. The place itself is not interesting or beautiful at all.

You are not allowed to enter the town with the camper. Place no longer exists.

Beautiful place if you want to visit Karlstad. Spacious places and that for a city. Very good and cozy restaurant nearby (Vedugnen) if you don't feel like cooking anymore. Gas pump with service right next to the motorhome. And you're also free 👌

Perfect place to view the locks and of course Trollhattan. You have a wide view here, not of the water like the other nearby CP. But wonderfully quiet and so close to everything that the preference for us went to this place. Free place, but a nice shower at the lock that everyone can use. Beautiful walking. In short, perfect place (if you can get one) We were lucky that just 2 drove away.

Super nice location for camping, the 3 stars is for the price. This is now € 19.00 per night and if you use the sanitary facilities you pay € 2.00 per night and the costs for showering. All in all we had to pay € 24.40. If you expect €12.00 this is very expensive. If you have this for it a great place to stand.

Very nice place to spend the night or stay for a day for a beautiful walk. Other reviews talked about hanging out with young people. To me these are annoying noisy youngsters. When we were there, there were some young people chatting and of course laughing. That's fine, we had absolutely no problems with it. Slept well and made a beautiful walk.

Just arrived, place is not on the beach. Well close by. Have attached a map to the photos so you can see exactly where you need to be. Everything else is prohibited.

Nice place to stay overnight. Very quiet, nice view, bakery within walking distance. Hang cameras for security. You can discharge waste water. All in all a great place.

Nothing to do with a motorhome. Just a large parking lot in a medieval village where a parking attendant immediately receives €3.00. The village itself is very small. Nice to walk through and enjoy the beautiful views. Nothing else to do. There and the way back is via the same narrow winding road. Especially in high season with crowds not recommended.

I don't think the name camper park is correct given the many houses and it really is a campsite in my opinion. However, the places are fine and at the front a super nice view over the sea. A warning if you want to enter the water directly in front of the campsite. It is full of sea urchins here. Certainly not recommended for bare feet but also dangerous for dogs. A short walk to the right is a fine sandy beach without sea urchins. 2 pers. 2 dogs €23.30.

It's a regular, sandy parking lot. We haven't been here overnight, so don't know if this is allowed. Perfect for daytime anyway. Nice little path directly to the sea. See picture.

An ordinary parking lot by the river. We could no longer stand in the camper place and we stood on the same side in a parking lot. We slept wonderfully peacefully, and had no problems with that. Walked along the river with the dogs. Very nice. In the morning in the pleasant town (now bought a parking ticket, pay after 9 o'clock) eaten a delicious breakfast at a bakery. Great place for an overnight stay.

A very nice campsite, unfortunately the place for acsi is at the very back, so it was not possible for us to get to the slope with our inflatable boat with motor. Furthermore, this campsite is definitely recommended

Despite the fact that we don't like very large campsites, we loved this campsite. You have a choice to stand in the woods, or the somewhat open places in a place closed off by hedges. The pitches are very spacious. No animation in May, but aqua fitness every afternoon, never done it before but was super fun to do. Even for dogs it is a paradise. Beautiful walking in the area and several beaches where dogs are allowed. Recommended.

Top campsite for people who love peace and quiet, walking, cycling and swimming. No animation or swimming pool. A beautiful bay for swimming or supping. Restaurant on site with super tasty food and friendly staff. Very friendly welcome by the office manager. At 2 km walking along the sea side a small (industrial) village with mini shop, restaurant and cafe with very tasty coffee. This campsite is a surprise for us in Croatia

Beautiful, very nicely located campsite. Friendly welcome. Acsi card is also valid for 1 or 2 days. So not as indicated above only after 3 days. Restaurant on the campsite did not eat. At Karlo (about) 900m up the street. Really recommended. A private beach for the dogs, from there you can walk through the rocks and also swim/snorkel beautifully. Showers very small but adequate. Just go there in your swimsuit. Great campsite👍

Nice small quiet campsite with a private bay. The places are very small but this didn't bother us because there are walls between them which clearly indicate your own place. Each place has its own tap and super working WiFi. Sanitary super clean. Very friendly staff who really make you feel welcome. And a restaurant where you can eat delicious. Recommend the fresh fish. If the spots had been a bit bigger they would certainly have gotten the 5 stars.

Great place to stand, with a super nice view. Very friendly people where also delicious fresh milk could be obtained. We stood a bit in front of the farm on a green strip next to the road which is only used by the residents. Also a very nice point to view game, hares roe deer, great. And that for €12.30 incl tax. We were the two of us and 2 dogs. Really recommended.

We arrived here in the dark which immediately gave the place a somewhat unsafe feeling. A very dark place with no point of light, and we were alone. After consultation we decided to spend the night here. In the morning after a somewhat restless night, because I kept listening concentrated to make sure nothing strange happened, the place turned out to have a great location. Despite that, I would not stay here a second time.

Very neat campsite with spacious pitches, also on the water. Also plenty of shade. Sanitary slightly outdated but adequate, is neat and clean. Friendly only French speaking owner. Price very cheap. For 2 nights 2 people including 2 dogs (were free) less than 25 euros. Bakkertje is about 200 meters away. Nice walks nearby also to the castle. Ask in advance about opening times.

A lovely place if you can handle some crowds. The pitches are small but opposite you are very close to the beach, so that is a choice you make. It is a place where young and old feel great. You certainly have plenty to look at. Showers to rinse off after a dip in the ocean and a toilet that cleans itself after every use. Well what more could you want.

Reviewed a location—over 4 years ago

Sitecode: 1802

Pitches are fine, partly under the trees and smaller spots at the end full in the sun. You can hardly speak of toilets that old anymore. The showers were disconnected so could not be used. Several water taps next to the electricity boxes where you can connect a hose to rinse off the salt. Electricity by no means sufficient for all motorhomes. It's the place so close to the sea that makes it nice.

We only had a sandwich here while traveling through, but because there was no review yet, I decided to write something here. The motorhome is located at the back of a small road which ends for cars. You can continue cycling here. You have a nice view over the water and the field is also fine. There is also a dog off-leash area nearby and the center is also easily accessible. All in all a great place to stay

Really a beautiful motorhome in the middle of the cozy little town. We were here in the middle of the high season and the only ones standing there at the time. Very strange. In the morning you can wake up wonderfully by taking a 'dive' in the clean water that runs alongside. Even a staircase to get out has been placed by the owner. SUP is also great here. We saved this one as a favorite... Really a great spot

If there are not too many campers, it is a wonderfully spacious place. If you all have to stand in a row, it is very tight. Furthermore, a wonderful area for cycling, walking or supping. Management very friendly. Showers and toilet area available and super clean. All in all a lovely place.

Great RV spot. We love this. Peace, beautiful view, not too expensive and close to conviviality. In short, a must for motor home owners who do not like luxury but who love space and tranquility.

The place where you can spend the night is directly behind the restaurant on a gravel parking lot. Didn't think it was really clean, certainly not along the edges, but a great quiet place for a night. Environment, especially near the water, very beautiful. In the evening we made the choice to eat in the restaurant. This is really recommended. Very friendly staff, very cozy to sit and the food was super tasty.

Beautiful motorhome with, as already indicated, various facilities. Rooms were closed but that did not bother us, after all, we are self-sufficient with the camper. Lovely place near a beach where you can swim and the dogs can go into the water to play. Price for Dutch standards ok. Find the Netherlands on the high side with the camper prices. All in all, a great place.

The photos suggest that it is a fairly spacious camper place. However, the spots are narrow and for 18 euros not really cheap. Then it is even better to choose an acsi campsite (only in low season). We have chosen to stay here 1 night to view Salo at night. Furthermore, it looks neat and tidy. Entrance through barrier. If you don't like it, you can leave the place again within 15 minutes.

The price is fine. Very busy at the weekend and of the 9 places there could only be 3 campers. The rest was occupied by cars until 10 p.m. If the wind is wrong, your camper will smell like fish from the restaurant. Nice if you want to eat but not to smell all the time. Very noisy until about 10:30 pm, then it got quieter. The distance to a public beach where you can swim is 300 meters.

We were received very friendly by probably the harbor master. Lovely spot for one or more nights. Were able to enter the water with our sup via the boat ramp. So you are also welcome here with a boat. The trailer must then be placed outside the fence. Walking and cycling is also highly recommended. Bicycle / walking path partly runs along the lake.

Super place to stay and take a nice walk. And for enthusiasts, there are quite a few caches in the area. In the evening I had a really good meal in the adjacent restaurant. Our dog was also welcome. Wonderfully quiet at night. In short, definitely recommended.

Nice small-scale ski area. The possibilities for walking are limited. To find a route you first have to walk along the paved road, the ruins of the old mill are highly recommended. If you come with a dog there is only 1 restaurant where they can enter. Slept wonderfully at night, very quiet. The shower and toilet are super neat. Overall great stay here 👍

This is a super place for fellow camper who likes to be sheltered in well-defined spaces where you can also make a reservation. For those who like open, spacious places with sun and possibly. use of dish this place is not recommended. Our night was not very quiet with alarm sirens from the adjacent fire station and honking sounds from the train!

If you want to walk and enjoy nature, this motorhome is very suitable. Even when you are doing geocaching, there is a cache with a super nice view at about 700 meters. There is nothing here, no rolls or service point. If you take this into account, it is super good here.
