what you want and need from a Motorhome Park. Space, electricity if you want it, only one toilet but it works ok and facilities to empty toilet and waste water. Friendly helpful owner. Bus stop within 100 metres to Cordoba €1.30 each way. Bakery next door very good. Supermarkets and bars nearby. We would return 👍

I rarely give 5 stars but the owner deserves it. For €12 without electricity it offers as much as many more expensive campsites. Toilets and showers clean, a place to empty and fill up plus a washing machine. The owner was helpful in explaining where to catch the bus to the city and the best place to get off as well as what best to visit. wish there were more like this

hard standing pitches but quite close together. You need a key to access facilities and showers in separate block across the road. Need a €2 token and although the shower runs for a long time it was lukewarm at best and cannot control direction meaning the area where your clothes are gets a very wet floor. No mop to clean. Also the grey waste is in one of the bays where a camper can park! plus it was full of leaves. staff are friendly + good shop

it gets 4 stars because of its location Wonderfully quiet for an overnight stop. looking towards the lough with ducks and swans happy to eat any bread you have. It is a place where locals come to walk, bring children to feed the ducks and also to jog. only a bin and picnic tables. One tip - respect the locals as they can get fed up with campervans. Chat to them so they know you are a friendly respectful person

Our Campervan is 6.4m and we had bikes on the tow hitch but easy to park with rear over grass. is on a slop but ok. very convenient for City Centre with bus stop across the road. we arrived early afternoon and therefore had a long afternoon in the city and the next day but o no y stayed one night. surrounded by roads but much quieter than we expected perhaps as Friday night. only glass recycling bins and nothing else. Great for what we needed

sadly we messed up and parked in the car park of the Foyle Arena. ok but much closer to the main road. Easy access to Derry so worked for us and it is free. hopefully not going to be moved on. it is confusing as there is a sign saying “Motor Park” but that is really just cars. if we had driven another 20 metres and turned right we would have found the correct place.

Good site BUT expensive at €52 a night but location for Galway excellent with walk or cycle along the front but also excellent bus service near the entrance. Staff very friendly. we were told to arrive early to ensure a space. We did and being friendly to the staff paid off as we got a free apple pie which the couple in front of us didn’t. Lovely pitch overlooking the bay but you pay extra for everything so we used our own. pay for location

Small, very friendly campsite. owners go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need. Irish breakfast available at a good price. lovely situation on the edge of Lough Arrow. lovely walk down the peninsula even in the rain. peaceful yet close to Sligo. well worth a slight detour. Good facilities and showers provided free. €33 a night with ehu

a good site in an excellent location for the pier, the cave and a walk along the cliffs. The downside is buying tokens for the shower as you have no control over how long it runs. poor economy as can run for too long. they were friendly and when we decided to leave a day early there was no hesitation in refunding the cost. recommend Gus O Connors pub in the village. Excellent Guinness which is not always the case, friendly staff, good food, music

Safe level parking. Access for €2 through barrier. Electric points not working but water ok + empty grey waste and toilet. Bin outside park. lovely town to explore but very little open. castle access only on Sunday while we were there but stunning walk around the outside. The one negative was the proximity of the road which was busy with heavy trucks 24/7. Not good for a light sleeper like me although ok for my wife!!!

Easy to find and quiet on a Sunday. An easy walk in the centre which is worth visiting with good places to eat. Les’s traffic noise than expected and an opportunity to stock up in the Supermarket which opened at 09.30 on Monday morning and the diesel is cheap. would use again

we also stayed on a Saturday and like others found that when the football finished it was very quiet. Supermarket at 800m and the fish restaurant close by was very good. Signs to the site very small but coordinates accurate. would happily return

Location of site is great which is why we stayed. Easy cycle to Palace of Versailles. Reception friendly and helpful plus good bakery service. Local commerce. Yes the site is amongst trees with some roots and not totally flat but it is looking after nature. Toilets and showers clean. We paid €61 for 2 nights - the cheapest way was to get a card for the campsite chain. Not cheap but have paid more when near major tourism sites

nicely laid out campsite on edge of city. Clean toilets and showers, friendly reception staff. beware reception closed between 1200 and 1400 and barriers won’t lift. we tried to exit at 12.03 and couldn’t get out. Fortunately someone came out with an exit card. Easy access to city via path by river. €18 a night with ACSI. Bread order service

Power only 2amp and not enough. offered to take us into Siracusa return for €7 each. we planned for the next day but cycled into the island for a look. found back road but crazy traffic. Road noise at night kept us awake. Decided to move on. Owner said we could move to back.

The location is stunning right on the lake which is good to swim in. Cheap to stay in September but the site is in need of an upgrade. the toilet blocks are very dated, some sinks don’t work, there is no soap, no toilet paper and it is very dark inside. not helped when the two men cleaning by hosing everything down were both smoking inside the block. Bar restaurant is small and the food we saw looked good run by a family

Lovely site with friendly owners and staff. not cheap as I paid €40 a night for 4 nights but was given a free bottle of wine. There is an easy route into Lucca by bicycle once you find it and a lovely friendly city. we caught a bus to Pisa to avoid cycling on road. €7 return. Train to Florence €16 return. Very peaceful and clean. Showers are shared. pool is good after a day in a hot city.

This is a lovely little Aire for a stopover in a pleasant quiet village not far from the Motorway. The Bakery is 200 metres away. Closed on Wednesdays. There are bins for waste and recycling and a Sami that takes Junior Relay tokens although free to empty toilet and I got one tap to work. Went in search of other aire which was not easy to find. Toilets still disgusting

Easy to find and secure place to stay that is very close to the river and old town. City has a lot to offer but a walk along the city walls is a must. Site is clean with all facilities that you need. Did not bother with electric. we only paid €13 for a night but think anything over 24 hours would incur extra charges.

I will never return. planned to stay for 2 nights and had to pay in advance. We discovered that the restaurant and swimming pool was closed to campers as they had private parties. it was 36/38C so a swim was needed. Difficult to find someone to complain to especially as my Spanish not great. They care about the restaurant not campers. Facilities need updating. water is fizzy. we paid 39€ for 2 nights. Would like to give this more stars as perfect for us, quiet and peaceful with wonderful views but no facilities. it is a car park not an aire but visitors go home so all alone for a peaceful night. warning use coordinates but some roads very narrow and steep so make sure your Sat Nav knows the dimensions of your vehicle. on leaving it is best to follow the signs out of town. would return

A perfect stay for us with very friendly hosts Lena and Arturu. We camped with chickens, goats (behind fence) and friendly dogs, took the goats for a walk a drank wine with our hosts. They sell eggs and their wine, local beer and homemade tart. There is a compost toilet. A beautiful place to stop over. it is 800 metres up a gravel track so very peaceful until 07.30 when the chickens are let out. We will be back

A lovely setting at the end of a very hot day. it is half way up the hill to the castle and a steep walk up to windmills and the castle. Sadly we got there to find the castle closed for refurbishment! Windmills are excellent especially the one with the man selling cold drinks and ice cream. No football on the large area but a group of young people arrived and were talking loudly in the picnic area until 12.30. No facilities apart from a bin

having only passed through Santander we decided to stay here for 24 hours to have a look. we arrived late morning but busy with only a couple of spaces. Good Aire, lovely park opposite to walk around and a relatively easy walk to the lovely beach which enables you to explore what you see as you enter by ferry. Some lovely tapas bars and restaurants on C. Joaquin Costa and some interesting buildings along the seafront. Emptying point was easy

Stayed here on a Saturday night rather than stay in a possibly noisy Segovia. arrived at 18.15 and already 4 Motorhomes here. More arrived later when too full. Try and park close and leave space for others. Raining in the evening and did not venture into town but walked down the hill and through rather nice gardens in the morning. Ronda is beautiful and this Aire is convenient for all you want to see. Views are stunning. BUT we were here on a Sunday, lots of rubbish keep away from bins. This is an ideal Stopover to visit Cadiz with key sites etc in easy walking distance. Although close to the Container Port we were staying overnight on a Saturday assuming it would be quieter. How wrong can you be as the Spanish clearly like to party and at around 22.00 some loud music started. when I say loud I mean VERY loud dance/club music live bands. I love music but this was awful with noisy crowd shouting. Avoid Saturday nights. Cadiz 👍👍

This Aire is 50m from the sea and a very nice restaurant. Easy cycle to Sanlucar. Agree the toilets and showers are modest but function and it is an Aire not a campsite. For €10 a night without electric it is a bargain. Feels secure. Also a man comes in a van with fresh bread and croissants in the morning and a man came with a wheelbarrow full of peppers, tomatoes etc and excellent

You are staying in a secure space as it is a park for new cars but with a dedicated place for a lot of campers. The shower and toilet was clean and you do not need hot water when it is 30C +! washing machine and dryer not used but coins. Toilet emptying plus waste water and fill up. could wash Motorhome. Access by bell after 21.00. Staff friendly. Negative is the access road which is bumpy and unlit with a lot of rubbish. Cathedral is 3km walk.

Excellent location of a really pretty town that is well worth a visit. Excellent castle. Also close to some excellent Bodegas. On the down side if you park in the marked places you are next to the road which is very busy from at least 07.00 with heavy goods vehicles and tractors so very noisy particularly as you are on a junction.
