A wonderfully beautiful campsite. Lovely, spacious pitches, mostly with beautiful views that you can choose yourself. Very friendly welcome (though they didn't answer the phone), cafeteria selling bread, very clean and functional sanitary facilities. Nice swimming pool, padel court, playgrounds, and well-maintained grounds next to the river. The rate is correct, ACSI €27 (you do have to mention this). A very beautiful area for cycling along lakes, with an incredibly beautiful new view around every bend!

Great campsite with a nice swimming pool (15x8m, a bit chilly but open in September) in beautiful surroundings. Very practical station for emptying toilet cassettes, nice hot showers (though you do have to press the 12-second button). Beautiful views on the campsite and especially right outside. Limited shop, also in the village, so bring your own provisions. Cons: cold water at the washing-up area, lots of insects/wasps.

Soulless grounds with messy views and a very shallow pool (knee-deep). Dried-out grass and partially wilted trees. We looked out onto the side of a sanitary building that was fenced off with mesh and agricultural plastic. On the adjacent site, there was all kinds of plastic on the ground from a stage that had been dismantled but not cleaned up. A large part of the campsite is filled with a sort of construction trailer-like structures finished with tarpaulins. The staff do not radiate any positive energy.

Beautifully situated camper pitch. Lovely view and right on cycle and walking paths in a beautiful nature reserve, such as the Lauwersmeer loop (50km) or the Laarsenpad (1500m). Boat to beautiful Schiermonnikoog is a half-hour bike ride away (be sure to book well in advance). Clean washing-up area, toilet, and nice shower. Quite busy during Pentecost. Yard a bit messy, but very hospitable host and hostess. We enjoyed our 9 days here and will definitely be back!

A very nice campsite to relax. Good atmosphere, spacious pitches with tap and drainage. In the middle of the olive groves, grape vines and forest at a large lake, with many beautiful walking and cycling paths (for sporty cyclists). Sanitary facilities sufficient. Swimming pool small (12m?) to really swim and very fresh. No shop, but nice baguette (order the day before). Restaurant nice but I found too expensive (€72,- 2p). ACSI €21
