Space is ok but too expensive!

The place is great, sanitary facilities are ok, but that's it, because: They asked for 590 kr instead of the 540 kr charged on the half-board, the advertised sauna doesn't exist, the answer at reception: "he doesn't know anything, he only works here...". The showers are only lukewarm in the evening, WiFi is overloaded. All this is not possible for the price!

Sanitary facilities are fantastic. The sauna was ok, too small for the space and there is no relaxation room. There is also no cold or warm shower in the sauna area. Only a lukewarm outdoor shower.  So the sauna is hardly usable for me. The outdoor pool is unheated. The place is currently about 20% fully booked and yet the WiFi coverage is very slow.  The demanded 80 € are decidedly too expensive. A good half would be ok.

Fraud with the water: when filling with the hose (10m hose reel), there is only enough time for a good 30l. I had complained about this for the third time within a year, an employee of the technical services: "We checked it and will look again after it..." the promised 50-80l may also come with the free run, but that's unusual, so Fraud as the product purchased was not delivered.

too loud during the day, restaurant closed. No shower, too expensive for that.
