Nice place, last night we were there with 8 campers. Nice new toilet, and place to dump water and load water. This morning someone came to collect the garbage. Quite special such a place without costs. And nearby a place to play football, jeu de boules, or as we did: basketball. The photo was taken from that place... (was already a bit dark).

Great camper place without facilities. However, there is a clean, spacious public toilet building, open 24 hours. Being able to sleep peacefully with 2 other campers. Jelling itself is spectacular and a class museum about the Vikings. It's all really worth it, beautifully set up.

Stayed 3 nights at this (still I think) quiet campsite (€123 for 2 nights with 3 adults + dog; 3rd night €43, due to discount). The sanitary facilities were very good and clean. From the campsite you can go straight into nature. Handy with a dog. The days we spent in Aarhus: in Den Gamble By (great success), a day of “shopping” and a day at the Aros art museum. The distance is 10 km by bike, and I drove twice to the center where parking was still free, and then I cycled further.

Short ski holiday from this campsite, good sanitary facilities, hospitable welcome, helpful. For beginners and also for afterwards a nice starting point to go to the slopes. We did take the camper to stay at the piste camping spot with all the heavy ski equipment for €5 per day (a few minutes' drive).

Completely as expected: I bought a ticket for €16 on the spot to be able to park the camper from 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM. Power available and a 'loose spot'. You can walk to the beach in 15 minutes (kind of inland), and we did that with our dog. And had a delicious meal on the promenade. The next day we went to the swimming paradise nearby. Also recommended.
