A wonderful place to truly unwind! 🌿 The campsite is quiet, atmospheric, and feels welcoming right away. The sanitary facilities are clean and well-maintained. Additionally, there are cozy spots to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The soup bar is a nice extra and completes the experience. Highly recommended – we would love to come back again!

Great place to stay; of course, you shouldn't want to step out of your camper in a three-piece suit and Sunday shoes, because then you don't belong here. We come here for 2 nights every spring so we can also enjoy a nice lunch in the restaurant. Don't expect culinary masterpieces, but the food is fine. And then there is the enthusiasm of everyone who works there, both in the restaurant and out in the gardens. That alone is worth 5 stars.

Due to bad luck and bad weather, we ended up staying here for four weeks, spread over two stages. Looking back, I'm glad it turned out this way. 😊 From day one, we felt welcome, and Ronny was always a good time. The Sundays – the grilled flat chicken market 🐔 and then shopping together at Lidl in Tábua 🛒 – were real highlights. 5⭐ isn't really enough for Terra de Iguanas. We hope to be back next year!

The previous reviewer probably misread the location; it's difficult to find, but you can still park there. It's near the sports fields. Use Google; it'll take you to the correct location.

We wanted to stay here today but upon arrival we were not impressed! we drove on. Incomprehensible that people give 5 stars for this. the entourage is nice. The camper places are suitable for bus campers up to 6 m.

Beautiful things just happen to you! Last night we stayed at this beautiful mini campsite. Beautiful location, friendly and hospitable owners who make sure you enjoy your stay here. Unfortunately we were too late to join the dinner and we were also too late to order breakfast. For the rest nothing but praise. We will definitely come back for the dinner and breakfast. Thanks for everything!

Close to the N2 route, a great place to stay. Super nice people, very clean sanitary facilities with hot shower. Delicious oranges in the trees to squeeze orange juice from. walking and cycling possibilities. We have been here wonderfully quiet, 2 nights.

Campererf Beetse, what a “gem” in the South-East of Groningen! A friendly place where it is good to stay. Everything is right here, beautiful places, clean sanitary facilities and friendly and pleasant owners. In the area you can enjoy walking and cycling. If you like geocaching then you will be busy here, so many geocaches!

Great location to spend the night and combine with a visit to the pub. Here you can eat delicious food and drink a nice glass of beer. You are standing behind the pub on a slightly sloping lawn. We did manage to get the camper level. Be careful in wet weather!

The camper spots are great but otherwise it was very basic, the toilet worked but the shower was either boiling hot or ice cold. We went to the pub because you can eat there. Unfortunately, there was no cooking on Monday, despite the signs in front of the door indicating this. And all this for the hefty price of almost €35 per night.

This used to be a nice campsite, I had requested a reservation by email but was referred to the website. Booking there was not possible, so I sent another email. This is then no longer responded to, not very customer friendly.

As other people have said, a gem of a camper place, it's just a shame that the service station is out of order. It might be an idea to limit the number of overnight stays, but I now have the feeling that many people are staying for a longer period of time.

There is a complete camper place ready with barrier! Unfortunately not in use, you are referred to a camper place 8 km away (partly on unpaved roads). This camper place is new (39.0008287, -8.4558918) and has just been used, the barrier does not yet work, but you can pay via an app (although cumbersome). We succeeded, we are at €2.00. 😅per night. Although without electricity, we probably forgot to check that box.

great place to stay for one night and to visit the city. we were able to park our 7.40 m long camper exactly within the space. Despite the size of the parking lot, there is very little traffic noise.

great quiet place, they have a new mayor who has introduced that €5 must be paid for electricity. The local bar also has a new owner, meals are no longer cooked, but you can have a drink here very cheaply. one beer, one wine and some cheese and chorizo sausage for 3 euros.

great place for one night, a lot of traffic to the pool in the evening but very quiet at night and morning. This morning you could hear the morning traffic starting in the distance, but we are used to that. facilities a bit dated but sufficient.

A great camper place with free electricity and water. The only thing missing is a point to empty waste water and toilet, but if you know that, fine anyway. Cherry on the cake, the pizza place on the corner, delicious

Drove by today to buy champagne. Unfortunately the Camperplaats is closed permanently, but they still sell delicious champagne for a competitive price.

A very nice, quiet place where you can spend the night for €6, including electricity. Nice area for walking and cycling. Thanks to the municipality of Barlieu and especially to the volunteers who keep this place so beautiful. Sunday a food truck also came by in which they made flamm kuchen in a wood-fired oven. we have put this place in our favorites and will definitely come back here

Perhaps not the most perfect camper place, but a very nice place for us. We came here for 3 days, it became 14! We have a lovely spot at the pool (which is not open yet), the weather has been nice to beautiful for 14 days and the owners and their children are great people, nothing is too much. They are what they are, honest and sincere!

The campsite didn't look appealing but the enthusiasm with which we were welcomed convinced us. The campsite is a bit dated, but the basic facilities are there and are just super neat and clean. The young people who bought the campsite in July this year are well on their way to making something of it. We have added the campsite to our favorites and will definitely come back.

We were here for 2 days and we really don't understand how people could give such a good review here. The campsite itself, the lawn, looked fine. the paved spots were a lot less. the staff were not as friendly as others described but the worst were the showers and toilets, we believe they hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Fortunately we were self-sufficient. for us the "never comeback camping" 👎👎👎

indeed a beautiful camper place in nature with a new toilet building (with showers) only the price is different than indicated, we paid 30 pounds for a (large) camper place with 16 amp power! This will stop many people from standing here. 100m away is the Ingleton Waterfalls Trail.

Beautiful transit campsite, dated but clean sanitary facilities, friendly owners / managers There are currently many construction workers with caravans working on the expansion of the port. They hardly bother you, they only take up 70% of the grass pitches. Sufficient space and space for campers on the gravel.

Great campsite, warm welcome at the reception. Nice spot for the camper among the trees (and then also satellite reception. Sanitary neat and clean and regularly cleaned. we paid a little more than indicated at Campercontacten, for camper, 2 people and electricity € 22.70. Fair price for such a campsite

campsite looks a bit shabby. Both the owner and the plumbing could use a makeover! The sanitary facilities were clean by the way, but the showers are very small. Dressing and undressing in the corridor near the toilets. the owner charges € 24.- per night incl. electricity. Discount via the ASCI pass is not negotiable while this is indicated on Campercontact! Such a shame because the town of Ansó is so nice!

Stood here at Easter. fantastic motorhome, neat and clean bathrooms, beautiful places and a very friendly owner. Beautiful area for cycling and walking and not unimportantly a very good restaurant (Anja & Billie) where we were able to collect food throughout Easter, very well looked after. We will definitely come back to this motorhome site

What a great site, everything not perfect yet but we are working hard to make improvements! A number of young people are interned on this care farm and people also come to day care every day. Owners, staff and clients alike radiate that they are having a good time. Last Saturday, eel was smoked with the proceeds going to day care.

A very neat, quiet campsite with a friendly managers couple. From the campsite you can easily reach the boat to Ameland (for a day trip) and you can make beautiful cycling trips in the area. It was not the first time we came here and it certainly will not be the last time. And the church bells take some getting used to, but they just belong!

Neat camper pitches (4 pcs) in a nice area, but the showers and toilets are not yet open. We spoke to the reception about this, but despite the promise that these would be opened, this has not (yet) happened! Such a shame that such beautiful camper pitches are devalued in this way.

Basic camper place along road 172 with one toilet and one shower that are somewhat dated but are kept up to date. We had a great night there, it was very quiet because the management was closed due to the holiday. The overnight stay costs SEK 110 or 12 euros. Name in a booklet and leave the money in a cookie tin.

Nice campsite, small-scale everything neat. One downside, there are 2 toilets combined with a sink each! This has the disadvantage that if people go there to wash and / or shave, the toilet is occupied for too long. This would be a point of improvement to earn a really high score.

A lot has changed here in the past year. It is no longer a construction site, people are still working here and there, but that is certainly not a nuisance. In addition to the permanent pitches, there are now spacious numbered (paved) pitches for caravans and motorhomes. The toilet block looks neat and clean! For shoppers, a large shopping center at 500 m. As far as we are concerned, a campsite to come back to.

Great camper place, clean toilet block, very nice owner. Definitely worth it on the way to Senja or just off the E6. This campsite is on our favorites list. And not unimportantly "neat" prices.

On the way to the North Cape we spent 3 nights here, mainly because the weather was beautiful. Camping is fine, just sanitary, beautiful cooking and dining space and beautiful location on a lake. Downside, a night with the camper, electricity and 2 people, after deducting a discount still € 31. Compared to other campsites on the expensive side.

Simple camping, slightly dated but everything is clean and tidy. It is a real family campsite. Here you can make beautiful walks in nature. The older lady who manages everything here is extremely friendly (just like the regular guests here) and does her utmost to make you happy. We have put this campsite among our favorites!
