Beautiful location, right on the Rhine. Sanitary facilities were good and clean. Everything was fine. However: a €6 surcharge for early arrival because we arrived in the morning with our campervan?? €30 tourist tax for 3 days, plus a €2 service fee. A total of €129.50 for 3 days. Then they even asked if we needed a receipt. There was absolutely no prior notification of these additional charges. We've never experienced anything like this before. Never again. ...

Very close to the city center, a very friendly receptionist. Of course, there's still room for improvement; we really enjoyed our stay here. Perhaps some people would be better off staying at a 5-star hotel. The price can make a difference.
