It is difficult to take a clear position here. The staff is very accommodating. Gastronomy and the small shop top. But, it's a big campsite. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you should go to smaller places in the region. We liked it.

A very nice and clean camp site at the end of the vineyards behind Altenahr. The places facing the street are a bit noisy. Many motorcycles at full throttle to the Nürburgring. Significantly quieter towards the railway. Only runs a train during the day and does not interfere. The train runs every hour via Remagen to Bonn.

A great place on a farm. Very clean and very nice family who took care of the campers. In April in the middle of the tulips, in summer only a few minutes to the beach.

Well suited for an overnight stay. Especially for travelers who want to take the ferry the next day. Slightly noisy due to port operations.

A small, very quiet parking space in the hinterland of Cuxhaven or Otterndorf. Whoever is looking for peace is right. The village can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

A nice parking space behind the dike. Ideal for the onward journey by ferry to Amrum and Föhr.

Quiet camper place. Lots of space below the village Tann. Electricity is available for 8 mobile homes as well as black and gray water disposal. € 5 per night plus € 1 each for electricity and water. Hiking, cycling and exploring the Rhön. No toilet no shower. But as a pitch top.
