Owners helpful. The weather was bad, but fortunately a spot was assigned where we ran no risk of getting stuck. Very beautiful, green campsite with many creative expressions by the owner. On request, he also cooks a full meal for you (โฌ20). All payments in cash. A charming museum with glass, wood, and embroidery, among other things, is a 45-minute walk away. Downside: emptying the toilet cassette into the toilet in the sanitary area. Grey water disposal is not possible.

For zero euros, you shouldn't expect much, of course. This quiet parking lot belongs to the brewery. A little further on is a Chouffe beer shop. Opposite that are public toilets. Only open during the day when the adjacent hospitality venues are open. There is an info kiosk, also for hiking and mountain biking in the area. We walked the 3.9 km route (Les Cerfs). Frequent steep climbs and descents, but very beautiful.

The campsite itself is very crowded and basic. The riverside pitches are lovely. The toilets are okay, but the showers are absolutely terrible. The water flow is intermittent, with hot and cold water, and a poor water pressure, and a charge of โฌ0.50 per 3 minutes. Tip: set your phone alarm loud enough to start the day one minute before. The surrounding area is well worth a visit: the town and Sensoria museum are beautiful, and cycling around the river is fantastic. The Corvey Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is very impressive. The large supermarket and lovely indoor and outdoor pools are nearby.

The name Rolf Brock is confusing; it's now called ADAC. Six campervan pitches. Large restrooms across the road, including toilet cleaning. A very pleasant cycle path around the lake, 25 km. Tip: take the crossing at the old dam. The lakeside park offers space, sports and games, and delicious ice cream at Rocco's. A varied cycle path to the beautiful city of Soest, 12 km. Tip: take a walk along the city walls. In short, everything is well worth it.

This small campsite offers all the amenities campers need. You can rent your own bathroom unit, and the shower is wonderful. Keep your flashlight handy, as the grounds are not lit. Cycling junction 90 is the starting point for a lovely walk along the Swalm River. Nearby, you'll find a potentially even more beautiful trail over wooden bridges and past natural sculptures.

We agree with what others have said. We did miss a gray water drain. It was very hot, so cycling around the dunes is easy, as there's plenty of shade. 't Blauwe Schaap is a recommended restaurant. They use many regional products, including beef from Zandkant. We had a delicious lunch there. Cycling to Heusden is about 15 km. Well worth it; it's a very beautiful fortified town on the Meuse River.

Great location. There's also a small campsite attached to it. Toilets and showers are nearby (50 cents), and even more are behind the marina. The Hanseatic Circuit Hasselt/Zwolle, 26.5 km by bike, is very scenic. Cycling to Kampen via Genemuiden is also wonderful. The Grote Kerk (Great Church) has a very impressive organ, definitely worth a visit, but the organ in the church in Hasselt is also very beautiful. And don't forget: "IJs aan de Kaai" (Ice on the Quay), not cheap but delicious Italian ice cream.

From the camper you can see cows and goats. It's fun here. But be careful, don't step in the chicken poop. ๐ ANWB has set out the 'Ommelander cycle route' nearby. 68 km. You can also cut it in half. Turn right from the farm and junction 20 is nearby. Then follow: 21-94-55-2-54-68-7-6-56-20 and via 11 you will arrive back at the farm. Coffee? At Ten Boer off the route to the small village square. Ask at the bakery for cappuccino with warm foam.

Simple CP on parking lot at cozy restaurant. Note: toilet cleaning and gray water drainage not possible. Toilets open day and night. Beautiful bike route to Straubing along a side arm of the Danube. About 6 km. Straubing is located on the Danube. Has an interesting city center with a lot of history and monuments.
Sitecode: 61783
For a free CP this is fine. It is a parking lot. Camping behavior is not allowed. Next to it is a park with many benches. Towards the village starts a walk of 3 or 6 km. We called it the beer mug walk because painted beer mugs on the road indicate the direction. Very nice. Definitely walk the part back and forth that is indicated, there is a nice surprise waiting there.

Everything new, including planting. Camper sites not yet overgrown, therefore very muddy when it rains. Otherwise beautiful. Wifi Quality Extremely Disappointing. Excellent pizzeria within walking distance. Please note, only cash payment possible. ATM at the adjacent Spar. Vienna city centre at least 45 minutes by bike. Good navigation and route map recommended. Available at reception.
Sitecode: 105478
Very quiet CP with beautiful cycle paths nearby. Within half an hour you can cycle to Wallsee at the Danube. There you can take a walk around a tributary of the Danube of 9 km. Lots of information available. Hostess very helpful. Her restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but at CP you can go every day.
Sitecode: 59758
If you can choose a spot, go far from the road. It is very busy with a lot of noise. The campsite is otherwise fine. Cycling around Chiemsee is beautiful. About 60 to 65 km. Also a nice walking route from Prien am Chiemsee. Walking to the village is about 30 minutes. There is an ice cream parlour with a terrace and at the church there is also a nice terrace. Nice shops and lots of murals. Bread service: the croissants are expensive and not good.
Sitecode: 94997
City centre is nearby. Unfortunately all shops were closed on this Good Friday. Many beautifully restored buildings. There are over 20 places to eat. Ate at El Greco, nice Greek restaurant. Reasonable prices. Ditto food. Only the enormous Kalamaris rings we both did not like.
Sitecode: 697
The centre is not indicated, but you will be there in no time. At the exit of the camper place, turn left and cross the motorway. There you will arrive at a cycle/walking path and walk right towards the centre. In case of bad weather, the indoor shopping centre next to the VVV is an option. Dogs are allowed there. The city park is also really worth it. You can walk around the lake in just over half an hour. In short, a great CP and town.
Sitecode: 105625
With only the bare essentials, this is a great place to go out. Dinxperlo is within walking distance, a nice weekly market on Friday and despite a broken-up market square, a nice centre. In the extensive information folder you will find, among other things, a handwritten 45 km bike ride. We thought that tour was beautiful!
Sitecode: 8231
Not cheap, 42.50 for two people with dog, but very nice campsite with nice facilities. Hiking trail โL5โ (6.7km) very nice. A few steep parts. Cycling with E-bike not attractive for us. Too steep.
Sitecode: 92542
There is plenty of choice here to find an idyllic spot for yourself. For those seeking peace and quiet. The area is very nice for cycling.
Sitecode: 18388
Swimming pool is permanently closed. Water and toilet cleaning costs โฌ2. Lots of fun for children and young people which creates a pleasant buzz. Aywaille city is unfortunately one big construction site, they have adapted to this: terraces are on the concrete. A 15-minute drive takes you to the mountain river Ninglinspo where nice climbing walks have been set out from 6 kilometers. (duration about 2.5 to 3 hours) Make sure you get there early, it is touristy.
Sitecode: 106333
This is one of those places we will definitely come back to. Even with a shower and toilet for a nice price. Beautiful places with shade if desired. We already knew the restaurant, had a nice meal at the time. Open from Thursday to Sunday. The area is very varied with forest, heath and fens. Beautiful.
Sitecode: 117
Stood for three nights. Idyllic spot among the greenery. Noise pollution from neighbor who works on steel. Fraeylemaborg nearby. Very nice park there, free to visit. Closed on Monday. Cycling in the 't Roegwold nature reserve is also very nice. Many fens and water birds with panoramic views.
Sitecode: 77337
We were assigned seat 177 and thought it was a perfect spot. Wide view, house for cooking/washing dishes nearby, if you need an extra boost. At the entrance there are even fresh herbs in pots that you can use. You can walk around the small lake near the campsite. You can cycle around the two larger lakes, both 10 km away. The one at the former monastery church in Sorรธ is the most beautiful. We recommend cycling counterclockwise.
Sitecode: 99687
We found the area around the camper place very beautiful. plenty of space for recreation and to let the dog run. Electricity costs DK 25. Copenhagen is a beautiful city. From now on we will choose a small boat for a tour, which is probably much cheaper (currently โฌ38 for 2 people). Visibility was very poor on a covered boat. Lidl within cycling distance. Please note: it is better not to send a big message in your own camper toilet. Toilet cleaner contains grate!
Sitecode: 11557
Very nice place as said by others. Paying in cash is slightly cheaper. Very suitable for one night. Options for activities on site include walking around the lake, swimming and fishing. Have fun!
Sitecode: 27285
Please note: if you check in before 3 p.m. you pay โฌ7 extra. Places are divided into basic, comfort and luxury, increasing in price. From the campsite you can walk straight into the forest towards the lake. Beautiful walk of a few kilometers around the lake. Cycling routes are available from the manager on request. The nature reserve is beautiful, but there are many stones and tree roots on the path. Route: Lรผneburger Heide, from the campsite, is reasonably easy to reach by e-bike.

As others wrote; top spot. It's a good thing that reservations are not possible, but you have to be lucky if there is room. A nice restaurant 2.5 kilometers away in an orchard with the appropriate name Bloesem. Recommended. Dogs are also welcome there.
Sitecode: 9657
Great place to stand with a few hiccups. (see other reviews) Cycled 'along' the Ahr. Not recommended. Old bike path has been washed away by high water. Current path bad and Ahr not visible. eating out: if you want fine cuisine, don't go to Brauhaus. if you want to eat a lot, go to Brauhaus. ;)

We were here in May 2022. At the time I promised to write a review because we were so excited. Still with this one. We enjoyed the peace and green space in this special place, but also the beautiful creations of the owner. not to forget his delicious cooking skills. We really felt pampered. In the area it is nice to walk in the nearby tree park, which was developed around 1850. Also visit the 'wolf valley'.
Sitecode: 52992
Nice green pitch. Hardly any entertainment in the area. Cycling is possible but roads are sometimes steep. Lidl at 7 km. Way to get there is style. Back uphill with bad condition but good e-bike: 25 minutes. At 6 km tourist attraction of three caves. (Schertelshรถhle) โฌ4 pp. dogs not allowed. Restaurant at the campsite excellent value for money.
Sitecode: 416
Cycled the 8 lakes tour. 25km. Was very nice and well marked. Follow the light blue signs with the duck. Be sure to make a stop at the Lipp bakery halfway through. The Frankfurter Kranz was delicious.
Sitecode: 26809
We paid more than โฌ 64 euros for two people with a small camper on a small place, for one night. that's what it says on the website. Campercontact says โฌ44 for two people. Very weird. no second time for us.
Sitecode: 64491
Not a nice place but otherwise everything is fine. Quarry within cycling distance. Walking there not possible. Museum that is mentioned on the sign at the quarry no longer exists. At La Fritas in the center near the church you can enjoy good food, including vegetarian snacks. Very nice interior.
Sitecode: 53420
Nice place but โฌ 12 is too much for a place without facilities. Only electricity is for sale. There are nodes for a 40 km cycle route at the column near the parking lot. Very nice, especially with e-bike due to strong wind. Have a nice lunch at the 'high land' museum in Warffum. Nice building / terrace.
Sitecode: 68757
Bit boring. Deep-frying and restaurant as indicated in the app is only open on weekends during the low season. Pool not large to tidy. Sanitary neat, shower free. Cycle path is currently being laid to Spa. Can also be cycled via a different route. 4.5 km.
Sitecode: 12782
Great place. Cycle path to Prรผm open, that to Waxweiler with more shade. Breakfast is also possible at a bakery in the village. Tasty, friendly and decent prices. Bakker is open every day, including Sundays.
Sitecode: 816
Great place for the ten euros. Walk around the reservoir (and camping because that is no different to Jan) at around two o'clock. It is better not to walk through the high grass: sign!
Sitecode: 27554
A large but friendly campsite where you can walk / cycle in three places. Cycling along the water is fine but the last 5 km to Vianden are very stylish. Nice climb to the chapel. The indicated gasthaus there is highly recommended, very friendly, not too expensive and nice and nasty. Pizzeria Venetia is nearby. Tasty and not expensive. Also bring.
Sitecode: 7539
Excellent but no sanitary facilities, therefore price a bit on the high side.
Sitecode: 65166
27/28 May 19: 13.50 a night. Neat plumbing, paying a shower with euros is cheaper and a better shower. Restaurant on site moderate. Walk upstairs (Nideggen and castle) is reasonable to do. Duration approximately 45 minutes. If shops are open, it is nice to walk through. We both thought coffee at the condiorei was dirty. Furthermore, not much to do in the area.
Sitecode: 8228
Great place to explore omaha beach. Cycling to omaha beach, museum and cemetry there is good to do. Away via a nice little road through it: right and immediately left and again first left and follow road, back via main road. Good to do. Bread in village 5 km to the right.
Sitecode: 24174
Totally agree with the other positive reviews. And you do not have to leave here for a certain time. Tips: the outdoor swimming pool, nearby, Deventer 10 km, the art market in Bathmen, 1st Saturday of September.
Sitecode: 48510
Large natural swimming pool which is ideal for small children but for us only suitable for cooling off. Too shallow for swimming. Smart system for showering but is not included in the price. In addition, you pay the deposit so before you leave you have to queue up again. We have showered in the camper so we did not use it. Only one cash register that is still limited open. Not recommended
