A wonderfully quiet place along the Arun river with a view of the castle. We were standing in the pub's large and tidy car park. We paid £10 and that's regardless of whether you eat there or not. We walked to the nice village of Arundel in half an hour. On the way you will pass the entrance to the castle.

The beautiful view is indeed true. Unfortunately, we were received in an extremely inhospitable manner. The farmer's wife told us to leave the place at 11am. No further form of communication. Very unfortunate and a reason for us never to come to this unpleasant place again.

Great spot near the pub/inn. The place is a bit difficult to reach due to the narrow access roads and is therefore only suitable for smaller campers (we are 6 meters tall and that was doable). Delicious beers, great meals and very friendly service. A quiet place with some occasional bad noise from the road above.

Still a great place where you can eat in a simple pub. However, a new area has now been built near the parking lot and the site has been paved. That makes it all a little less pleasant, but you can still spend the night there.

Great little spot at the end of a long 'one lane' road. Beautiful view over the bay with the small harbor. Very peaceful and quiet. There is room for approximately 4 campers. Water can be filled up, with the request to make a donation.

The friendly owner showed us a spot on the gravel and it was free if we had a meal. We had a delicious meal and the staff was very nice. Emptying the chemical toilet and filling up with fresh water is also possible at no cost. Free WiFi in the pub. It is wonderfully quiet in this place, so highly recommended!

Beautiful place at a small harbor with a view over the water. There are no less than 2 partly covered fireplaces and there is a very large amount of wood, stored dry. Lots of space and very quiet. There are garbage containers on the spot.

What a dull, somewhat run down place. The lake is barely visible, the fire pit is dilapidated and everything looks messy. The disc wave now has the upper hand; so there are groups of people walking through the woods chatting and shouting. Moreover, the disc waves make quite a lot of noise, so the peace-seeking camper has nothing to do here!

A beautiful place near a nature reserve where a nice walk can be made. Payment of 200 NOK in the (new) coffee shop. This can be done both in cash and with a pin. There are toilets at the coffee shop.

Great place for up to 4 campers. We were alone. Some traffic during the day and a few cars from people who came fishing for salmon. There is a large waste container and there are 2 tables with benches.

Top spot behind the pub with a nice view.. A bit slanted so leveling is necessary. Beautiful terrace in a beautiful garden.

Pleasant campsite in a quiet environment. plumbing is basic but clean. Showers are really super good, hot and plenty of water.
