Used as a transit campsite during a (nice) weekend. The campsite was almost full of Spanish families at that time. We were not used to this at this time. It is a beautiful, innovative campsite with spacious open places. Sanitary facilities in several new chains. 2 beautiful swimming pools and a cozy bar & terrace. We were not able to explore the surroundings, but perhaps another time, but then outside the weekend. I do not recognize the photos shown here (other CC?).

Campsite on bare ground near a town without paving. Neatly marked out places with small bushes and trees. Neat sanitary facilities with a great little pool. After one night we had seen enough, because there is no cycling.
Sitecode: 53819
Fairly large campsite with flat pitches without markings, with more or less trees. Sanitary facilities substandard. Swimming pool was renovated, so could not be assessed. The town is nice with a beautiful boulevard and extensive nature reserve with a very long wooden walking/cycling bridge. We still spent 5 nights here well.

Medium-sized campsite with a high section at the entrance, swimming pool and restaurant. A section with terraces and a low section. All with trees here and there. Because the camping pitches are not marked, you get a messy whole, especially at the terraces, of pitches. You often also need a long electricity cable. The sanitary facilities are old-fashioned with a warm rain shower via a button. Cycling in Alvor and surroundings is easy to do.

Nice campsite with good facilities, but small, flat places in straight lanes. Trees provide quite a lot of shade. The swimming pool is attractive. Cycling to Tavira is possible, but the other way is more attractive. Both partly via gravel paths.
Sitecode: 46600
Luxury campsite with very good facilities. Places in various sizes, but all with gravel on flat terraces. The number and size of the trees is limited. The price is high, but with CKE discount around โฌ35 in the spring. Cycling to Luz, Lagos and Burgau is easy, if you know where to find the cycle path.
Sitecode: 69876
Camper places with a view over a marsh area. Neat paved, open places in a few streets. Sanitary facilities are makeshift. Beautifully landscaped swimming pool. Cycling is good and flat with reasonable cycle paths. Ayamonte โ> Isla Cristina round trip via ferry boat is easy to do.
Sitecode: 10606
Campsite used for transit. Terraces with paved places, private sanitary facilities, which takes up space of the place. Here and there trees. Cycling to Cรกceres is not really possible, by bus apparently it is.

Spent the Easter weekend at this campsite. We had an XL place in the middle, without trees. Cycling along the river to Salamanca to visit the beautiful square. Many cycle paths. Sanitary facilities not great, you can't keep your clothes dry in the shower.

Neat campsite, used for 2 nights because it was too windy at the coast. No regrets. A number of good paved places with not many trees. Neat sanitary facilities. Nice cycling along the river, uphill to the campsite! Quite a few houses present. The swimming pool was still closed, but looked beautiful.
Sitecode: 15815
Nice campsite with spacious places and diversity of trees. Also open places. We could stand at the river. When we were there the boiler was just replaced, the middle sanitary building looks nice and neat, the other outdated. Nice cycling.

Used this campsite again for an overnight stay. Nice spacious places. Sanitary facilities not top. Nice cycling along river & canal.
Sitecode: 26799
Medium-sized campsite in the town itself. Adjacent to sports complex. Spacious pitches, some with more or fewer trees. Used for overnight use: fine. WiFi ok.

Used this campsite again during the transit. Still a nice campsite along the Rhรดne, good pitches in 2 streets with not too many trees. Good sanitary facilities and wifi ok.
Sitecode: 106472
Large luxury campsite with mostly rental accommodations. Spacious flat pitches, separated by hedges. Not too many trees, which were well pruned back. We arrived on opening day to an almost empty campsite. The next day (Easter weekend) it was almost full of Germans. Plenty of activities at the campsite. Great cycling to Beziers or Vias plage. Free WiFi, which has difficulty with a full campsite. Beautiful swimming pools.
Sitecode: 59054
Neat campsite with level pitches on the large field or closer to the reception with some more trees. Excellent sanitary facilities. We were passing through here for the 3rd time, we will do so again. Cycling in the area is very easy.

Excellently maintained campsite in the town two hundred meters from the beach. Beautiful flat pitches in gravel streets with (palm) trees in the corners. The town has a maze of streets, but towards Malgrat and Calella it is great to cycle along the beach or boulevards. Swimming facilities look good, but did not use them. Restaurant is cozy.

More of a luxury camper place than a nice campsite. The campsite is located in a plain, a few hundred meters from a lake, which we have not viewed. When it is busy you have to share the grass strip with your neighbor. There is also a lawn where you can also stand. There are hardly any trees, so there is plenty of sun. We were kindly received with a drink. The sanitary facilities are new and neat, but the number of toilets and showers is limited.

By mid-October, most CC places were still occupied. The other places are more than 2 to 3x as expensive. The flat pitches, on gravel surfaces, are not bothered by trees and are equipped with electricity, water and drainage. The sanitary facilities are super luxurious. The swimming pool, restaurant and shop are on the sea side and were still open beyond expectations. The gravel beach is publicly accessible. Cycling in Zadar and along the coast is easy.

It is a medium-sized campsite with quite a few tall trees, so there is often shade. There are a number of places directly on the sea, but they are usually occupied. The sea is easily accessible via the private beach or tiled plateaus. Sanitary facilities not the most modern, but functioning well. The spacious, non-heated swimming pool is just before the entrance to the campsite. Cycling in the area is very limited. More of a transit campsite for us.
Sitecode: 29584
Luxury terraced campsite right on the sea. Pebble beach not large, mostly tiled concrete plateaus on the sea side. Proportion of sunny and shaded places well distributed. Spacious pitches in various categories on gravel. Limited number of CC pitches, which are furthest from the sea. Up or via stairs to reach the center and top sanitary facilities. The second week of October everything was still open and it was still quite busy. Place was designated.
Sitecode: 68830
Large, luxurious campsite on a beautiful swimming bay with gravel beach. The CC pitches are located on the highest terraces (no big height difference), but are also spacious and not much further from the bay. The number of trees is limited, so you can benefit from the sun and views. The sanitary facilities are great. In the first week of October it was still very busy. A location was designated: close to the center with swimming pool, restaurant, shop and quite close to the beach

Medium-sized, excellent campsite with spacious gravel/gravel pitches, located a few hundred meters from the sea. Not trees everywhere, so both sun and shade areas. Stayed here with the camper the last week of September, the campsite was still almost full. A beautiful sanitary building. Friendly welcome, we were able to choose a free spot. Nice center with nice swimming pool. Unfortunately everything was already closed this week. Cycling along the coast.

Used this campsite for one night at the end of October. The campsite was empty except for a few places. The location is beautiful, on a lake with mountain meadows and jingling cowbells behind it. The lake is not very accessible. It is a medium-sized campsite with not too many trees, so there are views and sunshine. The pitches are spacious, mainly on grass and with some gravel surfaces. The sanitary facilities are fine.
Sitecode: 51455
Terraced campsite, often with a view of the lake. Not too many trees, fairly spacious pitches. In the 3rd week of September everything else was closed, only sandwich service. There wasn't much activity along the lake either. Beautiful, luxurious sanitary facilities, under a spacious recreation building/canteen. Cycling around, via cycle paths, along the lake for about 32 km, with a few steep climbs on the other side.
Sitecode: 26754
Campsite used for transit with camper to Croatia, via the Loibl pass over the Karawanken. It was the last week before the campsite, so most empty, spacious pitches. Trees are spread across the site, so you can find both sunny and shady spots. Sanitary facilities are great. Coverable pool also good for swimming. Cycling towards Ferlach was fun. 2 supermarkets next to each other in the village about 1 km (climb).
Sitecode: 59758
Medium-sized campsite, with a well-maintained entrance, full of flower boxes. The pitches are mostly on grass, with scattered trees. Because of the crowds, we stood on grass tiles, close to a noisy road. The campsite was mainly used for transit, but the Chiemsee and surrounding area is worth a visit. Excellent cycle paths around the lake, which were heavily used. Make sure you are on time!
Sitecode: 50746
Used this campsite for 2 nights at the end of October. Terraced campsite with no great height differences. Flat places with little vegetation. The number of CC pitches at the front of the campsite is very limited and tight. The others are more expensive and spacious. The place was actually assigned, because your electricity consumption is registered with a bill upon departure. The sanitary building is excellent and in the middle of the medium-sized campsite.

Elongated campsite along the Rhine. Spacious pitches on grass, sometimes with a direct view of the river. Sanitary facilities not modern, but clean. Beautiful, fairly flat, cycling along the Rhine, in both directions. Excellent campsite during the transit, camper pitches at the entrance of the campsite.
Sitecode: 92024
Beautifully located small campsite on the Lek, which this year has been taken over by new owners with grand plans for tourist camping. In October there were still piles of sand here and there, but next year we expect that the new pitches with a view over the Lek will also be leveled and that the grass will be just as neat as the rest of the pitches on the campsite. We hope to be able to visit again in the spring.

Neat, almost new site. Excellent amenities. There are 12 spacious camper pitches on a lawn next to the mini golf course. Also in high season you pay around โฌ 20 for this. In addition to the beautifully situated fish ponds the "White Mountains" for a nice walk. Cycling through the Peel with Someren, Asten and Meijel in the vicinity.
