Very convenient. FREE shuttle every half hour to central depot. Then pay bus to attractions. Very hilly village, would not recommend riding bikes or walking. LIDL across the street and toilet open, but only one for both men and women at this time. Near busy streets but traffic noise not too bad. Did not see a lot of dog poop as one review stated.

If you are looking to get away from the madness at the coast, this is the place for you. Very nice set-up all around (see other reviews), but don’t expect the owners to speak English.

Place is HUGE but very well run. Don’t worry about the 3.3 meter height restriction at entrance, they can let you in through a second gate. Good laundry facilities, showers, etc. Free WiFi, but not that good.

This is the kind of laid back place you either love or hate. Your choice. We definitely enjoyed this peaceful remote location. Domingo and Sergio provide all the necessities, even laundry facilities. All at very reasonable rates.

Friendly, quiet, lots of nice walks and bike rides from site. Good restaurant. No gray or black water dump except for cassettes. Not sure I’d want to be here in the summer when all the bungalows are full though.

Lots of traffic until quite late and starting early. Otherwise convenient for touring historic area. Pay to dump and get water. No toilets nearby.

Interesting place to stop for night. Signs say no overnight parking but Inn says it is fine. We enjoyed delicious rib dinner and a quiet night next to river.

The way I understand the signage the town wants camper cars to use another location. You can see the sign on one of the photos posted here. Very tight spaces anyway. We moved on.

Nice facility. Paid $15.50 plus $5 for electricity on 10 October. Need to update prices on listing.

Bathroom previously mentioned no longer available, so no facilities except water and toilet disposal for fee. Nice quiet place with walking trails through forest and lake nearby. Also restaurants within walking distance.

If you get front row space it is very nice although it can get crowded. Fun to watch barges on river and to walk over bridge to old town. Great farmers market on Wednesday mornings.

Just a parking lot but facilities are very good with beaches and restaurants nearby. Area is not well marked and point given here on CC is not correct. Entrance is at 54.4305 10.1661. Check in at Harbormaster office in big blue building to get key to facilities.

Beautiful spot but there is a sign that translates to “Not camper/ wagon.”

Now charging 250 NOK which is too much in my opinion, especially off season. We did stay anyway and it is a lovely setting with clean toilets, 10 NOK showers, and free washing machine. Beautiful boats pass by often.

Very unique spot. Parking lot is nothing special, but within easy walking distance is a beautiful beach area, park, community garden and more. Quite peaceful as well.

Now has electrical hookups. Asking for $200 NOK. Great view but loud traffic.

Newly graded area next to marina for motorhomes. No camping in marina lot. Fairly quiet with nice view across fjord. One toilet with shower not signed but open during our visit. Co-op market a ten minute walk. Not much else around.
