This camper spot can NO longer be used!!! Gates from the access road to the Arch Cave car park will be closed at 5:00 PM. There is a camper spot on the main road costing €6 (for parking). There are toilets there, but they were closed due to a malfunction.

Great spot with simple but neat facilities. The place exudes a mountain sports atmosphere with many hikers heading to Carrauntohill. A café for hikers makes this complete. Connections for electricity and water have been installed. Showers are pricey, but the place itself is dirt cheap for this area. Besides hiking, you can cycle (challengingly) in the area.

Beautiful view, very spacious pitches and very quiet (early May). sanitary facilities are very clean. From the campsite you can take a nice walk (with maps.me), you can follow public footpaths to the Falling Foss waterfall and walk back over Littlebeck.
