Came for a quick look, stayed for 2 nights. Would have stayed longer if we didn't need to empty tank and casette. Visitor centre allowed us to use their tap for drinking water. Largest colony of storks in Germany, parking on grass tiles with lots of green and some shade too. Toilet good, bin at visitor centre 30 m away. Very pretty houses some selling produce outside. Lovely cycling on dykes.

Brilliant place and Veri is a brilliant host. He gave us a tour of the lovely town and showed us how to get our motorhome on the train to Bled! Highly recommend, and the neighbours (3) give way if you meet them on the approach road.

On may 20 the gate was closed and no suggestion that it would open. May be permanent?

Perfect in spring if you don't mind a slope. Great open internet lovely old town, supermarket dentist pharmacy just round the corner. Cars come for the restaurants for lunch 11 -3 then dinner 8-11 otherwise it's empty. At 7m we are a bit too long so parked lengthways stayed 2 nights

Car park fills early but then empties a bit at lunch. Man on entrance showed us a place to park behind trees. He wanted €5 but car park is free. He gets tips from some people. Taps all broken or need screwdriver to turn on. Woken in night by loud singing and music but probably a one-off. Lots of campers came and went but only we stayed. Mostly Tarmac but overflow is on rough ground.

Lovely owners do a great easy €5 taxi service to local train station for Rome or get a bus. Train €1.50. Rural flat grassy situation down rough track in a shady valley, feels nice and secluded. Hot Shower and toilet included in price with electric. Pity no internet or mobile network available. New price did not show on web so they honoured the web price. Great stay!

Well run safe site close to centre. Electricity €2.50 or so a day and free showers and wifi. Washing machine was expensive so didn't use. Some larger pitches with space to set up awnings etc. Anna is knowledgable, lovely and speaks many languages. Very busy with waiting list in late Jan. See the storks!

20 good places officially but loads of motorhomes park in adjacent waste ground. ticket from the machine for overnight, it gets checked in the morning. €2 jeton for the washing machine from reception when open and use the toilets there free. shower there for €2. water is free for a cassette and a 2€ coin OR a jeton for fresh water. Intermittent wifi but good wifi available in swimmingpool cafe.

We had to see Mikkis for ourselves and it is brilliant. There is a lovely bar and restaurant area and hot showers and wifi in the bar although we kept losing the connection. A very jolly friendly place, and totally open in late Jan.
