Normally a nice place, but unfortunately there is a fair.

The campsite looks good. Unfortunately, the barrier didn't open for the people in front of us. They had a pass and had also made a reservation. We have left again.

Quiet camper site near the castle. About 20 campers parked there at night. Plenty of space. Clean restrooms. The castle was covered in scaffolding and the café was closed. There are lovely walks there, though.

A very friendly welcome. Plenty of space for campers or caravans. There was also a group of owners from a dog club with about 30 dogs. It was great to see them training. Great place!

A very dated campsite. The seasonal pitches with permanent residents and cabins look very neglected. The sanitary facilities are outdated, but are kept clean. It must have been a lovely campsite at one time. Such a shame. Paying and booking is quite a hassle. Good for one night.

Camper places on grass, not mowed and very uneven. Sanitary facilities not really clean and dated. No bread service, was referred to the baker in the village, but I think they haven't baked for years. Center looks poor. Good enough for a night.

great free overnight stay. Really quiet at night. We were at the back under the trees. Is kept very clean. You can walk straight into the town.

To gain access to the grounds, you need to purchase a ticket. No way to get it at the machine. So I left again. There is space available at the castle.

Nice spacious places. Very clean sanitary facilities. Nice owners. beautiful nature reserves for cycling and bird watching. Wonderful place to come back again.

It was nice here. View over the fields. Also large groups, but that didn't bother us. Clean sanitary facilities. Too bad there is only 1 water tap.

neat, somewhat tight camper pitches. Paved and grass in front of the camper. awning can just be removed. Water tapping is only possible in the washing up facilities. A single toilet is in use, the showers are closed, even though the camper place is completely full. You can shower in a single shower at reception. This is a huge smoking den (not very hospitable) where taking a fresh shower is not an option. Pay in cash only.

spend the night in the dunes. Wonderful, right? Behind the parking lot there is room for campers in the dunes. walking distance from the beach. No facilities, but a toilet at the beach entrance. Unfortunately, this is not well maintained.

Fine location on grass or asphalt. Clean sanitary facilities. Directly on the IJsselmeer. At night you can hear the waves of the IJsselmeer, wonderful.

We found sanitary not really clean. camping with a lot seasonal pitches. Immediate surroundings are not really nice. Especially hunting industry and messy farms. We do the Elfstedentocht for the camper and did not find this place very suitable.

Neat campsite. Nice spacious pitches. Just sanitary. Friendly owner. Located between the meadows. Unfortunately, don't stop walking distance. Walking in the area is only possible over / along the road.

fine cp, right on recreation area. maximum 2 nights. There was an event on the field opposite the cp, so left early. cp will be expanded with cps and sanistation. nice to meet the friendly harbor master. Recommended

Cp for 20 motorhomes. was almost full. nice view over the Main and the castle. Village within walking distance. Some nuisance from village youth who skid over the gravel with cars. Toilets very very dirty. Loos place ok. Pay at beer garden. Had a beer from the local brewery.

nice Camperplaces. not all with electricity. Not even shade everywhere. beautiful and very clean sanitary very friendly host recommendable!

motorhome pitches in full sun. The campsite has many seasonal pitches and permanent residence. Well calm. In the evening like Madurodam through all the lights of the guests and residents. Campsite is dated. Plumbing is poorly maintained and not clean. Dump for chemical toilet very filthy.

Camper place on the harbor with a view over the lake. We were here from 1-4 June 2018. It is a whole new motorhome. The showers were not ready and wifi was not there yet. It looks very nice and will certainly be a nice place when everything is ready. The first night we were even alone. Bakery within walking distance. Schwerin is easily accessible by bicycle. A must so.
