Lovely small-scale farm campsite on beautiful Texel. Neat, spacious pitches, clean sanitary facilities, and a quiet location. From the campsite, turn right onto the Hoofdbaan and then left at the first intersection for junction 67, or right towards junction 27 for beautiful bike rides around the island. The only annoying thing was the many flies, but that is also typical of a farm campsite 😉 Unfortunately, we didn't meet the owners, though it's always nice to meet them.

Second time here. This is and remains a magnificent campsite, 5-star with ACSI for 22 euros, incredible. Friendly reception, beautiful pitches, clean sanitary facilities and close to beautiful Honfleur. Only downside: you cannot book for less than 5 days, so it is best to arrive early. We will definitely be back because this is a winner 👍🏼

One of the better Camping-Car Park places. Clean campsite with spacious pitches and clean sanitary facilities. Some pitches have a view of the Loire. I have seen more expensive campsites of much lower quality. Nice as a transit campsite (as in our case), but you can also cycle around here for a few days.
Sitecode: 28056
Second time here and pleased us again. Nice campsite on the beach of La Hume in Gujan-Mestras. Clean sanitary facilities and nice pitches. Friendly reception where you get all the information and where you can order bread rolls for the next day. Arcachon is within cycling distance, a very nice and lively seaside resort. There is also a very pleasant beach bar if you leave the campsite from the back (through the gate) and turn left.

Beautiful 4* campsite with all facilities. Very friendly welcome, all staff equally friendly. Very neat campsite with a nice swimming pool and within walking distance of the Hendaye-Plage promenade. Having your own toilet/sink/shower is fantastic. Noticeable that some people are much tidier that way 🤭 Nice cycling via a safe cycle path towards Spain and to Saint-Jean de Luc (or further). Bread service via a small shop. A real winner 👍🏼
Sitecode: 71613
Very nice campervan site with all amenities and very tidy. Young managers who keep everything clean and provide all the necessary information. We stayed here for 3 nights for 39 euros 😎 (toilet + shower chargeable). You are within cycling distance of the beautiful old town with a nice boulevard along the water. Fantastic bike ride through the nature reserve. You can also cycle to Praia de Faro and, for example, take the ferry back to the old town. Highly recommended 👍🏼
Sitecode: 42798
Nice camper pitch a short distance from the charming center of Cervera de Pisuerga. Friendly welcome in English with the necessary information. Sanitary facilities are okay and adequate. In the village there is a market with a wide selection and also some nice terraces. A very nice and beautiful walk of about 12 km starts behind the campsite and leads to a dam. Highly recommended 👍🏼
Sitecode: 26510
Stunning camper site 😎. This is truly perfect. Very friendly welcome by a young lady in English. She showed us the spot she had reserved and it was perfect. The sanitary facilities are spotless and there is also a very nice swimming pool available. The restaurant is highly recommended. Very nice and pleasant to sit on the outdoor terrace. A top choice among camper sites in Portugal 👍
Sitecode: 47646
Very nice campsite with a super friendly reception in perfect English. We got a nice pitch not far from the sanitary block, which is very clean. Close to a beautiful beach with a nice café/restaurant overlooking the sea. To Porto by metro (you get all the details about this at reception); a taxi to the metro station costs 8 euros. Porto is worth strolling around for a day. There is also a large outlet near the metro station. Highly recommended 👍🏼
Sitecode: 11131
Very nice campsite in a particularly beautiful location. Friendly reception and you can choose your own available pitch. You can hear the sea 😎. Sanitary facilities are okay and sufficient. Washing machine and dryer are fine and payable by card. Back exit to the beach and to the village of São Pedro. Nice atmosphere. Eating at Pips is highly recommended. You definitely must take the ferry from Cabedelo to Figueira da Foz (possibly with a bike). Figueira da Foz is very beautiful for cycling and walking. Highly recommended 👍🏼

This could be so beautiful 😟 Unfortunately, this is a shadow of its former self. Reception very friendly, but then you drive onto the grounds… terrible😬! Sloppy, run-down campsite with terrible sanitary facilities. Showers, toilets… incredibly dirty and stink! The explanation that they want to carry out improvements might be true, but then you aren't currently charging 50 euros per night for this campsite. This is pure rip-off. A disgrace to the beautiful city of Lisbon. A letdown😣

What a location 😎 Sooooo beautiful. Camping with a view of the reservoir. So much beauty, so peaceful, and everything is just right. Very friendly lady at the reception. You choose a free spot at least 10 m from the others, electricity is available (do bring a long cable). Sanitary facilities are okay and sufficient. Small shop. You come here to rest and enjoy. Don't be put off by the road leading there, it is a bit bumpy but okay. This is a TOP camper site 👍🏼

Nice campsite with a friendly welcome (in Dutch). The sanitary facilities are okay with good, spacious showers, but perhaps a bit limited when the campsite is full. Nice pitches in the upper section. However, we stayed downstairs where it is a bit bleak. I suspect this will be addressed eventually. Cycling to Tomar is quite doable and is a nice town. A nice stop for a few nights. We stayed here for 1 night on the N2 road trip.

Beautiful small-scale campsite (6 pitches) in the middle of nowhere. The road to the camper pitches makes this clear already 😎. Lovely pitches with a view of the olive trees. Friendly welcome by Sander and Silvia and well-designed walking and cycling routes via QR code. Sanitary facilities are okay and adequate. Small shop in the village and a nice café. Highly recommended for anyone who loves peace and nature 👍🏼

This is a TOP CAMPER SITE. Small-scale with a perfect owner and beautiful sanitary facilities. Upon arrival, you get a tour, full explanations, and fantastic cycling/walking maps. Ronnie took us to Viseu by bike and then back via the beautiful cycle route. However, we got hopelessly lost at the end, and after a phone call to Ronnie… he just came to pick us up. A “beirevent” Ronnie (= West Flemish for top guy 😉) Actually 10*

Stunning camper pitch in a unique location. We parked on the small square near the bar and this was fine. Very friendly welcome with full explanations in perfect English. The sanitary facilities are perfect and everything is very neat. Accessing the Sanctuary via the back and going down the stairs is easy and, moreover, beautiful. Lamego is nice to walk around. Be sure to visit the tourist office where you will be greeted in a super friendly manner.

Nice camper site with the necessary amenities. It's not luxurious, but for that price, it's more than sufficient. Super friendly manager and a beautiful location. You are within short walking distance of the nice town of Chaves. Plus, there is a large InterMarché just around the corner. If you want to drive down the N2, be sure to stop by Loja33 in the center for your N2 passport and expert advice. Another tip: try the delicious pastel de Chaves at Prazeres da Terra 😋
Sitecode: 6650
Nice camper pitch for a short stay. The campsite is clean, the sanitary facilities are adequate and okay. Friendly reception and a good welcome. We paid 31.20 euros for 2 with electricity and got a nice, spacious pitch. Tordesillas is a beautiful town with several nice bars/restaurants on the Plaza Major. The snack bar on the campsite also looked okay, but we didn't try it.
Sitecode: 59049
Beautiful 4-star campsite close to the charming center and beach of Bidart. Very friendly reception and well-maintained sanitary facilities. Nice, spacious pitches separated by vegetation. Cycle to Biarritz, Bayonne, and Saint-Jean-de-Luz. You definitely must visit these three. Highly recommended 👍
Sitecode: 59121
Nice 4-star campsite on the beautiful island of Ile d’Oléron. Very friendly welcome and a nice ACSI discount (we paid 25 euros per night at the end of May). Spacious pitches and clean sanitary facilities. Great for cycling around, and Chateau d’Oléron is certainly nice with plenty of places to eat and drink. Also a very nice swimming pool that even stayed open until 9 pm because of the heat. Definitely recommended 👍🏼.
Sitecode: 106998
Nice campsite in the countryside a few kilometers from the village of Savennières. Very friendly owner who accompanies you to your pitch and explains cycling routes. Spacious pitches and all tidy. Sanitary facilities are indeed outdated, but hot showers and clean toilets. We stayed here for one night while passing through. Definitely recommended.
Sitecode: 88166
Lovely camper site between Oosterhout and Breda. Everything is well taken care of, nice sanitary facilities, large paved pitches, and friendly owners. In Terheijden, there are options for a drink or a meal and supermarkets for shopping. Fantastic walking and cycling routes, and for enthusiasts, a magnificent mountain bike course that you can start at Lake Hout (3 interconnected loops). Definitely recommended 👍🏼
Sitecode: 99905
A wonderful camper site in the beautiful Veluwe region. A 20-minute walk to the center of the charming village of Nunspeet, with its pleasant restaurants and shops, is just 2 km away. Enjoyable walks from the Transferium, and plenty of cycling opportunities. The camper site has paved pitches and clean sanitary facilities. We planned to stay 2 nights, but ended up staying 4. We'll definitely be back.

Second time at this camper site, and it remains a top location. A well-maintained mini-campsite with clean sanitary facilities and lovely pitches. The brasserie is highly recommended. We enjoyed the January package with a 3-course meal, breakfast, and late checkout. Beautiful surroundings for walking and cycling. We will definitely be back.
Sitecode: 19674
A lovely, compact camper site with excellent sanitary facilities. Middelburg is easily accessible on foot or by bike. The hiking junctions offer great walks to Middelburg and the surrounding area. In winter, it's very pleasant to pitch on the gravel.

Sitecode: 106697
Nice stop. We arrived here last minute on our way to the Ardèche. Friendly owner and beautifully situated camper site near the lake. The camper sites aren't very level but are sufficiently large and have clean sanitary facilities. Beautiful village and a nice brasserie/restaurant by the lake.

Sitecode: 114413
Here is the 1st review 😎 What a wonderful camper site. Beautifully situated 20 minutes walk from Ruoms. Beautiful large pitches, everything super neat, friendly welcome, impeccable sanitary facilities. Nice swimming pool and cozy terrace. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. We were here in September and although it was already a bit quieter, they continue to do their full best here. We will definitely be back 😉 This campsite deserves 2 x 5 stars 👌🏼

Our third time at Camping La Pinède, and this time we got a slightly worse pitch. We had requested a pitch for the campervan and a small tent and were given 105 pitches. It was very slanted and impossible to level the campervan, but especially not very pleasant with a tent. It was also very noisy because of the road next to it. The campsite was full, which meant some guests weren't very strict about cleanliness... a shame! Would they do the same at home?
Sitecode: 27832
This is and remains a nice campsite at 5 minutes walking from the center of the beautiful St-Rémy-de-Provence. It was our 3rd time here and again we had a great time. The prices have increased a bit compared to last year but all in all it remains a nice campsite with large places, with swimming pool and clean sanitary facilities. Friendly staff and every evening a food truck on the campsite. Highly recommended.
Sitecode: 113514
This is indeed a real French campsite, but in a positive sense. Very friendly welcome and beautiful places. Sanitary facilities are ok and are indeed cleaned several times a day with high pressure. Location is ideal. Through a back gate 2 minutes from the beach of St Claire. From there via the Sentier du Littoral fifteen minutes from Le Levandou. Lovely beach boulevard with many food and drink options and very friendly service. Recommended 👍
Sitecode: 59291
Nice campsite, friendly welcome, sanitary facilities ok and camper pitches large enough. Nice swimming pool with sun loungers. Digne-les-Bains is a small town with a few shops and an InterMarché nearby. Good for a few days.
Sitecode: 59863
Beautiful campsite 5 km from Annecy. Spacious pitches and clean sanitary facilities. Cycling around the lake (40 km) on the voie verte. Annecy city is nice. Beautiful surroundings, so beautiful that lake. Highly recommended.
Sitecode: 95497
Nice campsite 1.5 km from the village of Ornans. Friendly owners who are very helpful. Beautiful places, but not flat (blocks necessary). Sanitary facilities could be neater, but that also depends on the users. Nice cycling routes and very beautiful region. The swimming pool is a nice extra 😎
Sitecode: 61802
Nice campsite 200 m from the small centre of Turckheim. Neat 3 stars, friendly reception and clean sanitary facilities. Cycling along the small charming villages (voie verte). Friendly explanation in the tourist office of Turckheim. Colmar by bus (30 min).
Sitecode: 57655
Nice campsite with all amenities. Spacious pitches for campers and clean sanitary facilities. Centre of St-Valéry-s-Somme within half an hour's walk. Many cycling and walking opportunities. Steam train to Le Crotoy and then cycling back is recommended. Slightly more expensive campsite but is also a 4-star with indoor swimming pool. Also nice: a chip shop within walking distance and a nice beach bar nearby.
Sitecode: 69085
Beautiful campsite in the beautiful Mullerthal. Very nice, spacious places on a very neat campsite. Showers and sanitary facilities clean. Reception top, receptionists super friendly and very helpful. The fantastic walks start at the campsite. Taking the bus to Berdorf and starting the walk to Echternach there is also recommended. The brasserie on the campsite and the pizzeria in the village are also top. This was our 2nd time but we will definitely come back.
Sitecode: 157890
Very nice camper place. The campsite (with private sanitary facilities) is currently still under construction, but 16 campers can already stay there and use the beautiful sanitary building. There are 3 toilets and 3 showers, so that may not be enough when fully occupied. We were all alone, so no problem 😉 However, this will be a super CP and then 5 stars will not be enough. The De Veldhoek cafe is also recommended. Wonderful, keep up the good work 👍🏼
Sitecode: 15248
Our 2nd time at this beautiful camper site in the beautiful Voerstreek. We were on the new sites behind the apartments on the edge of the forest. Friendly reception, clean sanitary facilities, paved sites. Only 2 men's showers, which may be a bit few in busy times. Beautiful area for walking and cycling (junctions) and about 25 kilometers by bike from beautiful Maastricht. Highly recommended 👍🏼
Sitecode: 105023
Nice camper place near Valkenburg. Beautiful paved places (limited) and very clean sanitary facilities. About 20 minutes walk to the center of Valkenburg and 18 km by bike from Maastricht. Reception very friendly and super helpful. We combined our stay with a visit to the Christmas caves in Valkenburg. We paid 99 euros for 3 nights with the camper. Highly recommended 👍🏼
Sitecode: 15248
Very nice campsite in a beautiful area. Spacious camper pitches (we were on the newly paved pitches next to the forest) and beautiful sanitary facilities. Friendly welcome and everything neatly arranged. From the campsite straight into the forest and also close to the cycle junction routes. Beautiful Voerstreek and within cycling distance of Maastricht and Valkenburg. We will be back 😉
Sitecode: 69085
Super nice campsite in the middle of the Mullerthal. Beautiful camper places, clean sanitary facilities, bread service and very friendly reception. Various beautiful walks start at the campsite and free bus 10 minutes walk (stop Condorf Post). In 15 minutes you are in Echternach and 45 minutes to Luxembourg city. Top camper place 👍🏼
Sitecode: 101608
What a wonderful camper place. This simply deserves 2 x 5 stars 😎 Beautiful grounds with large pitches, beautiful and very clean sanitary facilities, place to store and charge bicycles. Possibility to order sandwiches and for those who like ice cream in the fridge 😋 The whole picture is right here. Many cycling and walking opportunities. Veere, Vrouwenpolder and Middelburg within walking distance. But above all a perfect hostess. Thank you. We will be back.
Sitecode: 27832
Second time in 3 months at this campsite. Nice location a few hundred meters from the center of the beautiful St-Rémy-de-Provence. Clean campsite, fairly large pitches, good sanitary facilities. No complaints about the operators. Friendly welcome. Walking and cycling opportunities. We will definitely come back here.
Sitecode: 28056
Nice municipal campsite in a beautiful spot on the beach La Hume. You should definitely cycle to Arcachon. About 10 km via blue route 1. Sanitary facilities are outdated and quite limited when the campsite is full. It is indeed cleaned twice a day, but it only stays clean if the users show some respect. In rainy weather it is quite muddy on the camper site, so that doesn't make it any easier. Nice for 1 or 2 days.
Sitecode: 53813
Nice campsite on the beautiful Ile-de-Ré. Very friendly welcome and beautiful places (we could choose between the free places). Sanitary facilities could be better, but that often has to do with the users 😟 Nice cycling around the island and a lot of experience. Cycling signs are not always clear, luckily there is ViaMichelin 😉 We will definitely come back to Ile-de-Ré.
Sitecode: 103911
Tried to contact three times (contact form + email) but no response 😟 Too bad 🤔
Sitecode: 64008
Municipal campsite in a beautiful location. You can't make a reservation so we drove there and there was (still a lot of) space. Friendly welcome and lots of clean sanitary facilities (no toilet paper). Fantastic but tough walk along the GR to Cancale. (2 hours walking). Cancale is a beautiful harbour town. Also definitely go to the Point du Grouin just outside the campsite for a beautiful sunset. We paid 30 euros for 1 night (incl electricity).
Sitecode: 69777
Nicely maintained campsite within walking distance of Barfleur. Not much to see but nice. Friendly welcome. They cycle ahead to show you your place. We paid 30 euros for 1 night (incl electricity).
Sitecode: 53994
Very nice 5* campsite. Because we only stayed 2 nights we could not book in advance. So we called the day itself and there was room. Friendly welcome and everything great. To Honfleur on foot along a beautiful road in an hour. Nice cycling too. What a beautiful region. Be sure to visit the Honfleur tourist office for all information. With ACSI card 20 euros per night (incl. electricity). Recommended 👍
Sitecode: 86404
Second time at Ballasthoeve. Nice campsite for campers, caravans and tents with spacious pitches. We stayed here for 5 days with a camper and a small tent with the grandsons on the edge of the playground. Had a wonderful week. Nice area for cycling and walking. Quite busy. when we stayed there and then sanitary facilities are quite tight. Friendly owners. Highly recommended.
Sitecode: 104758
Nice camper place currently consisting of only 2 places, but it will be expanded soon. Quite remote but beautiful surroundings. You can use the sanitary facilities next to the B&B. We could even order sandwiches that were picked up in the village by the owner. Highly recommended.
Sitecode: 27832
Nice campsite within walking distance of the center of St Rémy. Beautiful places demarcated by a hedge. Sanitiar is ok, campsite clean and fairly quiet. You can order sandwiches at the reception. Many walking and cycling opportunities. Be sure to visit the tourism office for nice tips. We had a good time and will definitely come again back.
Sitecode: 79525
Booked last minute. Nice and beautiful camper place run by a young, enthusiastic couple. They haven't been in business for long but are doing well. Apparently still waiting for the Luxembourg administration for all permits (sandwiches, catering, etc.). Spacious pitches and everything neat. Nice. cycling to Diekirch and Echternach.
Sitecode: 11176
We came here by chance after a bad experience at camping Neumuhle. We were able to stay 2 nights during a busy Ascension weekend. We got a beautiful spot on the water. Very friendly owners and everything was nicely arranged. Sanitary facilities were clean and nice warm showers. Nice location for walking as well. and cycling. Cycling to Diekirch, Vianden or Echternach. Beautiful walks from the campsite. Nice bakery 100m away. We will definitely come back here.
Sitecode: 57734
We were here for 30 minutes. Got stuck with the camper while placing it. Agreed, it was quite muddy due to the heavy rain. No help from the very rude owner, luckily from some friendly Flemish people who apparently had already helped several campers that day. Owner maybe had a bad day but this was really rude. He said we just had to get on with it and we got our money back. The other camping guests also thought this about it!
Sitecode: 92283
Fantastic camper place in a very beautiful place, against the forest (De Dennen) and very centrally located on the island. Agreed, this is a slightly more expensive CP (but everything is a bit more expensive on Texel), but it is certainly worth the money. Very nice paved pitches, perfect and sufficient sanitary facilities and, above all, a very friendly reception 👍🏼 There are cheaper CP on the island, but you cannot compare them to this. We will definitely come back here. Recommended.
Sitecode: 104477
We have stayed at this camper place several times and it remains an excellent location. As already mentioned, the shower cubicles are indeed a bit cramped and a washing-up area would be nice. These are just tips and have nothing to do with not wanting to dirty the camper. That's what reviews are for, right 😉
Sitecode: 23643
What a beautiful camper place. Beautiful location among the fruit trees, a super well-kept site with paved pitches, fantastic sanitary facilities and sandwich service 😋. Very friendly owners who have created something very beautiful here. Highly recommended and yes, we will definitely come back here.
Sitecode: 52282
Nice camper place on the Moselle between Bernkastel-Kues and Traben-Trarbach. Due to the heavy rain in recent months, they were still busy preparing and cleaning up. Additional camper pitches are being constructed and some renovations are still underway, but it will undoubtedly be fine. Friendly owners (father and son) who do their very best. We paid 20 euros per night (including electricity and sanitary facilities).
Sitecode: 101148
Beautiful, nice small-scale camper place with all amenities. Very neat sanitary facilities with sufficiently large showers. Very friendly owner who gives you enough information. Fantastic cycling and walking environment. We will definitely come back here. More than worth a 5 star rating.
Sitecode: 98036
What a beautiful camper place. Actually, this one should get more than 5 stars. Beautiful, spacious pitches with all amenities and immaculate sanitary facilities. Very friendly owners who do this with heart and soul. Be sure to have a drink / eat in "Bij ons" with a nice terrace and fantastic service by the young people of the care farm 👍🏼 Delicious snacks. Very nice area also for cycling or walking. See you again soon.
Sitecode: 104477
Nice and neat motorhome in a beautiful location. Spacious pitches and clean sanitary facilities. Beautiful walking and cycling routes available in the caravan. Friendly patrons. Still a small tip: provide a place for the dishes.
Sitecode: 86404
Nice camper place in a beautiful cycling and walking environment. The 6 paved camper pitches are beautifully situated, close to sanitary facilities and the café/terrace. Plumbing could use an update. Friendly manageress and the bread service is top notch.
Sitecode: 104885
What a beautiful camper place. This is an asset in camperland. Nice place with about 20 paved places, nice sanitary facilities and an information hut. Many cycling and walking opportunities in the area. Congratulations to these young entrepreneurs.
Sitecode: 8375
Very nice and beautiful camper place. Very clean sanitary facilities and tasty sandwiches in the morning if you want them. Moreover, an excellent location for walking or cycling. Steps from the campsite to the center of Breda (7.5 km) and Oosterhout (5.5 km) with walking junctions.
Sitecode: 65307
Very nice motorhome with good facilities. Nice sanitary area with toilets, washing places and hot showers. Friendly patrons. 25.00 euros per day, but that includes everything. A 10-minute walk from the center of Barvaux with a few food and beverage outlets and a Delhaize for all your purchases. Walk along the Ourthe to Durbuy (7 km) or to Bomal (4 km). Highly recommended 👍🏼
