Large car park lit all night. There was an open food truck when we drove through the night and no camper. We are not arrested.

Unauthorized parking at motorhomes, lit up all night in an area that seems uncommon.

We were able to book just a place for our camper more than 7m the same day (August 2018). Price quite high: 50 euros per night for 4, electricity included. Swimming pool (provide swim cap). Sanitary clean, aging. Correct home. Quiet campsite. In 10min walk you are at the edge of Lake Maggiore. Allow 30min to go up with children. Dock located + far.

It is true that access to this area is not obvious but feasible with our camper 7m43. You have to take the second bend in reverse. But it is a very pleasant area quite shady and extremely calm. Very convenient to visit the sacred mountain or the town of Orta San Giulo and swim in the lake! No service except the toilets which are clean.

Very quiet area (there is just the steeple that rings every 1 / 2h) and nice: beautiful views of the mountains and Italian villages. Services (water filling and emptying of waste water) ok.
