Busy spot on the edge of the village. We stayed there for 3 nights during the week, and every night the place was packed but also quiet. The predominantly young and sporty crowd comes mainly for climbing and hiking in the area. We stuck to hiking, but then you can really go all out. Amazing. And contrary to earlier reports: all the taps were working fine.

Lovely, quiet spot on the grass by the river. Warm welcome, basic sanitary facilities. No bread roll service in the low season, but the bakery is a 7-minute bike ride away in the town. Enjoyed cycling in the surrounding area.

Great paved spot by the water (free). Very quiet. Located on the La Loire sur Vélo cycle route. Water at the service point at the head of the campsite was still shut off. The facilities at the marina were also closed. Washing machine was accessible, though. Bakery 300m away. Had a lovely stay.

Large supermarkets are just outside the village. An excellent starting point for beautiful bike rides across the bike-friendly island, as well as across the bridge along the beautiful coastal path or to La Rochelle.

A lovely, quiet spot next to a park and on the edge of the village. Very peaceful at night. There's a greywater disposal facility, a toilet, and a water refill station. Large waste bins. Excellent, easily accessible facilities.

Free parking spaces in a spacious paved parking lot just above the campsite. Very quiet. A service area is available. Small but clean public restrooms are available at the campsite entrance (150 meters). Bread is available at the mini-market connected to the Bar Tabac in the village (400 meters). A great base for cycling along the Mayenne River with its many locks.

A pleasant, quiet spot behind the barrier. Clear instructions in your native language are provided on the registration screen. Paved areas and plenty of opportunities to sit on the grass with the chairs. A service area is available. A bakery is within walking distance in the village (300 meters). A nice bike path leads to the larger town of Bernay, where you'll find a large supermarket, among other things.

Experience at both locations. At Camping CAR Park next to the campsite, electricity is included, but you pitch in small, paved pitches, but there are no other amenities. At the campsite, we received a friendly welcome, found our own pitch (spacious and on grass), and had all the (dated) amenities. The price excluding electricity is €15.88. Well, there's street noise, and that doesn't stop at 10 p.m. A case of city camping, right? Our advice: choose the campsite.

Wonderfully quiet, spacious, green space with all amenities. Contrary to what the previous reviewer said, the €12.50 actually includes electricity, showers, grey water disposal, toilet, etc. There's even a microwave you can use. For this price, it's truly a top-notch spot. You can cycle along the Meuse both upstream and downstream on a beautiful cycle path. Sedan, for example, is just 20 km away.

Quiet parking area on the edge of the village. No amenities, but there's a clean, free public toilet at the tourist office 50 meters away. Komoot is a great starting point for lovely walks and bike rides.

Beautiful, quiet, and very friendly grassy spot (available pitches) directly on the Werra and Werra Cycle Path. There are two rates: a stand-alone pitch costs €10 per campervan, and a pitch plus electricity, shower, and toilet use costs €12 per person. Fresh water is available from the outdoor tap, and toilets can also be emptied (in the porta-potty at the sports field). A large supermarket (REWE) is 5 km away in Treffurt.

There are many complaints about the deferred maintenance, the puddles on the campsite, the poor road surface, and the train noise, but ultimately everything works and the sanitary facilities are clean. The welcome is friendly, the pitches spacious. The price is quite high compared to what's offered (cash only). We enjoyed our stay here. It's an excellent base for beautiful bike rides along the Werra, Fulda, and Weser.

We ended up with you out of necessity (we had a reservation at Broekerhaven but everything was fully booked), but we had a wonderful time. A warm welcome, a lovely location, and excellent amenities. In short: we'll definitely be back!

We made a reservation by email a month before our arrival. We were called back for a minor change. The reservation was confirmed verbally. The disappointment was immense when, upon arrival today, all the spots were full. No apology, just "yes, if THEY don't write it down." Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time something went wrong with the reservation. It's a shame, because if there's room (...) we're happy to be there.

Nice quiet terrace camping. Spacious places, grass surface, water at every place. Bread service. Clean toilet building with washing up area, showers and toilets. Excellent base for beautiful bike rides in the border region. Only the wifi and telephone provider reception is very poor.

Lovely quiet and hospitable place at the harbour. Total 5 places available, two simple but clean rooms with toilet, shower and sink. Extensive kitchen facilities in the clubhouse including washing machine and dryer (DKR 55) also available. By bike 10 km to Holbæk (mentioned ferry was under maintenance). Pleasantly busy at the weekend, quiet during the week.

What a nice place. Behind the paved parking lot a large green meadow where you can spend the night for free. Quietly sitting outside in the grass and after closing of the park (19:00) very quiet, very dark. Free toilet in the park (8:00-19:00). In the morning you can have a delicious breakfast from 8:00. Simple somewhat messy looking parking spot (car with flat tire, loose trailers) next to the sports hall that nevertheless works fine as an overnight stay. Had a delicious meal in the restaurant 50 m away. From here cycled between the vineyards to the beautiful Worms.

Simple camping, no demarcated sites, lots of space. Beautiful place for an overnight stay. Site practically level, platform to walk on, electricity, toilet block with showers (unfortunately only cold water today). Nice and quiet and all for just €5.50 with the Camping Car Parc card.

Low season so very quiet. Contrary to what was reported in the previous review, the NKC card was not accepted as a discount card. Only that of the ANWB (10%). Sanitary facilities in good order and clean. You can walk straight onto the boulevard and beach. The historic center is easily accessible by bike (8 km) along the river (so no climbing). Great place for a visit to the city (3 km to the charming center) or a bike ride on the Via Verde Santander-Mediterráneo (the route to the north is more beautiful, the route to the south is also exciting but has a very poor road surface) . There are some picnic benches.

Spacious paved parking strip next to a road with hardly any traffic, about ten minutes outside the center. No costs and you are asked not to exhibit camping behavior. Maximum stay 72 hours. Calm spot. Driving over the narrow bridge with a right-angle bend requires some caution, especially if you are taller than 7 meters. The place looks desolate and, based on previous reviews, trees are still being felled. Narrow lane right next to the canal where several unpaved camper spots are located. No amenities. Nothing wrong with an overnight stay if you are self-sufficient. Dark, quiet. Nice!

Beautiful campsite between the river Le Cher, a park and the village. Spacious places, mostly paved. Shady, very quiet. Baker at 100 meters. Sanitary facilities closed due to low season, but excellent sanitary facilities for water and discharge of gray water and toilet. Price includes electricity. We were all alone.

Functional camping site before you leave for Denmark by ferry. Neatly asphalted, service station for toilet and gray water discharge and drinking water intake possible. The WiFi is also good, free and can be switched on immediately. Included in the price of NOK 250 to be paid with your credit card or cash at the payment kiosk. Ten minutes by bike to the center.

The paved parking lot above (keep right above) is much quieter than the official parking lot where buses and tourists drive all day. The falls within walking distance are spectacular. Excellent toilets 'downstairs' that are open 24/7. Nice, quiet place to stay.

Excellent, quiet paved spot on a fjord. Payment is made with an easy-to-download app: NOK 175 without and NOK 225 with electricity. With the code you receive after payment you can use the washing machine, dryer, showers and toilets for free (!). These facilities are shared with the marina (50 m walk). Here you can also discharge gray water and toilet and take in water. In short: a nice, affordable place with all the trimmings.

Paved parking lot on the water. There are three nature toilets, no further facilities. The last part of the approach route is very narrow with overhanging trees. Place seems popular. Locals park here for swimming. But the campers also know where to find the place. Very quiet in the evening and at night.

Great base to visit Figueres on foot. A signposted walking path leads from the park next to the paved and spacious parking space. Very quiet both during the day and at night. Water tap and discharge gray water present, unfortunately no toilet discharge point.

Great place to cycle the stage to Girona of the Via Verda El Carrilette from here. Number of places is limited (5) but the large parking lot can help. Facilities (power available 24/7 on the 5 pitches) are excellent and free. It is nowhere stated that you can pick up the coin for drinking water at the BP. Thanks for the tip in the reviews.

Quiet, paved place. Electricity € 2 per 24 hours, but how you can pay for that is nowhere stated. Beautiful old center with bakery and supermarket within walking distance. Gray water and toilet can be discharged, tapping water was closed.

Small village with a shop (open from 10-12 and 18-21) and a bar where you can also enjoy a simple meal. Limited opening hours (9-10 am and 6-7 pm). Beautiful place, located on the Via Verda Val de Zafan. Very quiet at night. You can stay here for a maximum of 3 nights and this is checked daily (by registration number).

Excellent starting point for walking and cycling. Welcoming reception by English speaking receptionists. Food in the restaurant varies: delicious starters but also a cold and then burnt main course. Staff there are disinterested and only speak Spanish. WiFi was broken for some time during our stay. Heated sanitary building, little pressure on the shower water. Nice paved areas.

Photos are correct. Well, they were made in good weather. We had less weather and then there are puddles. Not that crazy of course. Apart from the toilet and shower, CP has all basic facilities (including good WiFi) and everything works. Great base to view Bordeaux. 17 km by bike, but the bus is also an option (stop half an hour's walk, runs 2x per hour), which drops you off in the center for only € 1.70.

Quiet place, all facilities are unfortunately closed. You can only discharge your dirty water. But the peace is no less. In the small village (the restaurant is also closed) there is a heated and very clean public toilet.

Great place on top of a hill with beautiful views over Changé and the surrounding area. Particularly suitable for cycling along the beautiful Mayenne from here. Both towards Laval and towards Mayenne more than worth it. Supermarket and bakery less than 500 meters, clean free public toilet in the center of Changé.

Nice quiet green spot, however, it is not easy to be more or less level. The beautiful toilet building is closed from October 1 to April 1. Outside the building (hot) water is available.

Registering at the kiosk was difficult. but the telephone helpdesk is quickly accessible, friendly and helpful. The employee even spoke some Dutch. Places are almost all full but it remains very quiet. Walking distance from the center, cycling distance from brand new Leclerc and McDonald. Beautiful bike rides are possible via Komoot. With the card you receive at your entrance you have 'free' electricity and water. Nothing wrong with this place.
