Perfect for a stopover! We arrived at 22:45; you can enter everything with a code. Grounds level. Set up the caravan, free choice. We were set up within 5 minutes. Facilities (reasonable, though sometimes left in poor condition by guests) clean. Perfect for sleeping and moving on! Very neat. Doesn't pretend to be anything else either.

A really great family campsite for older kids! It is a bit noisy at times, but everything is neat and clean. Top location, lovely pool, sauna available to book, boat rental to Risør, nice shorter walks, and also an indoor play area. We stayed for 4 nights with great weather, so this is a really nice place. Less suitable if you are looking for peace and quiet!

Beautiful surroundings, but the campsite is laid out a bit strangely. We were by the water, more like a parking lot. Very strong wind down here, so we couldn't eat outside. You are right next to the main road. We received one toilet/shower access card for 4 people. Everything is a long walk and partly across a public road where cars drive (and fast!). Washing up is a nightmare, always cold water. The campsite is interrupted by houses, which makes it feel odd.

We were here in 2024 and it was nice for very young kids, but slightly older kids do get bored. Neatly maintained, but the sanitary facilities were very busy. Nice little restaurant. At the time, we were packed together very tightly; the campsite was crammed full every evening. The owners were nice but couldn't give any tips about the area; they admitted themselves that they barely knew the area yet 🤷🏼‍♀️

Nice campsite. Mostly Norwegian families. Nice playground and swimming islands with trampoline etc. Clean facilities. Only the shower was cold despite paying. 🥶 Free dishwasher. Friendly and helpful staff! Our car battery had run out, and we were helped very nicely with jumper cables etc. Dog walking area (off-leash cage) at the campsite.

Finally, a nice campsite for kids! 😍 We missed that a bit in Norway. They are busy renovating. A mini-golf course is being built through the forest. There are several brand-new playgrounds with trampolines and all sorts of things. The kids are having a great time. Everything is very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly. We had a super large pitch with a lawn on the new back part of the campsite. Showers are free.

Great location as a base for the best

Beautifully situated, what a location and view! Super clean and tidy. A bit crowded in the high season, but still very quiet. Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed it. Very good new sanitary facilities. The cabins are also very beautiful (we were allowed to look inside). Really very nice and a fantastic base for the glaciers etc.

A nice campsite, beautifully maintained with wildflower beds and nice details. We stayed on a terraced spot, which was relatively quiet. I thought it was a lovely spot. Flåm itself is overrun by cruise ships, making it feel very busy everywhere. The only downside of the campsite – but that happens quite often in Norway – is that there are few sanitary facilities per number of guests. There is a new sanitary building which was more luxurious, but that was further away.

Very nice owners. Mainly Norwegians at the campsite. We were right by the water, beautiful and a really cool swimming lake with a diving tower and slide, boats… perfect in good weather. The Norwegian day guests weren't very subtle though: they just walked under our awning and through the tent 😳 a bit unpleasant. But the location is really beautiful! And there is a waterfall 3km away where you are allowed to swim.

A number of spots have nice views and are well-maintained. A few are right by the road, which is less appealing. The sanitary facilities are old but super clean. The welcome wasn't very warm; it felt more like we were a burden (the lady sighed quite a lot about everything). Just not very hospitable, but okay. It is a fine stopover spot; we stayed 1 night. There is absolutely NOTHING around the campsite except the highway – no path to walk the dog.

Great family camping. Everything well kept and clean. In high season camping was full but still great friendly service. Amazing beaches. Visit kanelstrand as well it’s so nice! Only thing is they could provide more bins for dog owners, no waste bins around the camp grounds for disposal of dog poo.

Beautiful spot for a night before we went on the boat. Nothing fancy but amazing location. Very nice staff and clean facilities.

Very nice place right on pasture. Stopover made on the transit Sweden - The Netherlands. Super nice people, young couple. Electricity for 2 cars but room for more. pay attention to access narrow I think car Max 8m. You can hear the highway all the time but it didn't bother us.

Stayed here for 2 nights. friendly people, quiet campsite, with a beautiful bay where you can swim and crab fishing with the kids. Enough play facilities and direct access to Tjurpanna National Park where you can really enjoy hiking. A breath of fresh air this quiet place compared to other campsites on the coast!

Very nice location, but in terms of resort really too much for our taste. Mini spots, just the weekend the crowd has left, a lot of flying garbage is left behind for our liking. Places very small, zero privacy. Blatantly expensive: €60 per night, and then you have to pay everything extra for the swimming pool. Little useful info in English, reception not helpful.

perfect transit place! lots of space on large meadow or gravel, electricity for 10 campers / caravans. very clean toilet and shower. and endless space for children to run and play football. super friendly owner. payment in cash - in skr or euros.

what a great family campsite! very cute and fun, large playground, beautiful location and beach, crystal clear lake, all facilities are new and very clean and decorated with love for detail. National park is a 15 min drive on partly narrow passes unpaved route. Worthwhile - a fairytale forest! We feel very welcome and super friendly people here. Worth repeating.

Had a nice 2 days here! Dutch owners. Truly a place for families with small children. Friends are made quickly!Nice atmosphere In the middle of the forest near the village. Beautiful surroundings, walking routes from the campsite and renting bicycles at the Film Museum is recommended. They have very nice routes and excellent Swedish classic bicycles with picnic blankets and a route map. Camping facilities otherwise very basic.

super nice camping directly on the lake, perfect for families with children. Wonderful view, just like in a picture book! Showers etc basic but good enough, nice hot water. Places are small but there is a cozy atmosphere. We had problems with our power supply and the camping staff was very kind to help us.
