The day ticket price has increased to €7.50. There is room for 6 campervans, provided they are CONNECTED. With more than one (semi-)integrated campervan, there is room for 5. Long campervans are not permitted. Please reserve this space by not parking in other areas! Currently, there is noise from construction work on the site of the former school from 7:00 AM, even on Saturdays.

Unfortunately, this CP isn't great in winter. Understandably, we were the only ones. The reason we left immediately was that the unexpectedly large sign in the restroom building (which had a freezing shower!) stated that electric heaters were FORBIDDEN! If you're running a commercial CP in winter, this is definitely not the way to go! Not everyone has an alternative. Offering a cold shower... thankfully, we found heat elsewhere (for less!).

Fortunately, Jet can't change the fare! These fares are always shown inclusive of tourist tax for two people, but exclusive of extras like electricity. Here, you pay €11.50 + 2 x €1.50 = €14.50. Electricity is €3. Single travelers pay only one tourist tax, which is nice!

The indicated rate is incorrect; it should be €14.30. One person also pays double the tourist tax. Electricity (via the app) is an additional charge.

The rates sound like clickbait! Should be: 2 people with a camper: €27 Tourist tax: €2.60 (2 people) = €29.60!!!

We wanted to get water, but the water point seems to have been abandoned… we had to leave with an empty tank.

The starting price for two people, including tax and excluding electricity, is €15.00, which turns out to be €20.55 for one person when booked... this is always so annoying!

Thanks to the municipality of Enschede! Arrive at the tall residential tower; leave by the black building. Currently, as of October 25, the payment terminal is out of order. ;-)

A big thank you to the municipality of Genemuiden! These spaces are unfortunately becoming increasingly rare, so there's every reason to be careful with them: DO NOT park there if the space is full with four campers! This is THE reason why many free spaces are being closed... Right now, a sixth camper is being parked (next to one parked by a local). It's excruciating! Also, keep in mind that the parking space is needed for church services and funerals.

BEWARE: You're almost guaranteed a surcharge here, even if you pay on time! There are very few reviews about this because a second review (and warning) can only be posted after three months. So: you receive a surcharge, have to appeal with your receipts (COLLECT them!), are forced to pay a fine of €65 per night pending the outcome, and then just wait... we had to wait about six months, shame on us! We're definitely not coming back.

The rate is €16 without electricity; €19.50 with electricity. This rate is for 1 OR 2 people and includes tourist tax. So, single travelers pay €1.68 too much in tourist tax! (Shower €0.50). It's nice to know the complete rates.

A very ugly spot in a regular, large supermarket parking lot. Usually (therefore) empty! The municipality of Coevorden can only charge this fee because there's a shortage of parking; it's certainly not appropriate for what's being offered! Both places across the border offer more, although these regular parking spaces are also expensive. Ugh, all this abuse.

Convenient location. Rates are misleading; definitely not correct: €24.75 per night plus two tourist taxes of €0.55 each plus two garbage disposals (!) of €0.65 each! 4A electricity isn't enough for cooking, so you might need to purchase extra. There's a whole laundry list of extra charges!

You're not guaranteed a spot; a very strange way of doing things. I called for 3 nights (the maximum), which was fine. Then the 3rd night was suddenly uncertain because: already 3 guests. We had to wait. Then: "No, a third night is completely out of the question, we're already expecting 6!" (...) The offer for a parking space (you don't want it for €15) was also withdrawn! Others had the same problem; they had to use the parking space while there was space in the orchard. We had to look for another parking space on Saturday afternoon...

The listed rate is incorrect; the correct rate is not €19, but €26 for two people! Electricity and plumbing must also be paid extra. An expensive camper site.

Pieter30, who wrote the only 4* review, is clearly from the sauna company; it's a sales pitch. If overnight stays (while using the sauna) are possible, a spacious pitch must be designated and reserved... you can't just take a large campervan and drive there.

Sad and heartbreaking...another free camper site closed! More and more campers are joining, and more and more (free) camper sites are closing. Here too, they're trying to grab a profit and are creating another expensive camper site. Expensive? The new camper site is significantly overpriced for what little is offered. So Emmen is now also grabbing a profit. Some campers depend on free camper sites. This site, without amenities, could have stayed. We won't be coming here anymore. SAD.

Annoying that the rates are not correct and the sanitary facilities are not in order. The rates are according to the presentation on Campercontact 18.50 + 0.75 p.p. toer.bel. makes 20,- 2p’s. However, 22,- is charged. The sanitary facilities are very dated, not sufficient for many people and dirty! With such a huge turnover there must be a budget for respectful sanitary facilities.

Please note: this very tight parking area already causes frustration and sometimes damage to passenger cars! Only possible for camper vans along the back/green edge! Almost always full from 12:00. Very kind and appreciated, this overnight accommodation offered. Unfortunately rare in the region. Thanks!

Ugly but practical CP. Early morning heavy traffic. Water: in the middle of both sheds is a small sliding door with a yellow hose behind it at an office. Driving in possible. Electricity: unclear, after topping up E,- after 15 min. no more power! Money gone. Maybe time runs instead of kWh? Who knows write it UNFORTUNATELY often long-term parkers! now 3; 2 blinded but people in, I see them in the photos too. Max 72h at this popular spot!

For a free overnight stay this CP is fine. By bus or bike to the center. Waste bin prevents litter. Be social and do not stay longer than 3 nights. There do not seem to be any 'permanent residents' now, they are not welcome either. With this CP a route through the N-provinces is easy to do. * This entire area incl. sports center is going to be dug up, (see website) so what the future brings... we hope that there is another CP in the plans!!!

Nice facility of Gouda, middle class support the campers so much! Unfortunately, there are also bad apples among campers. Currently, there has been a bright orange truck from locals for sale for at least weeks. They occupy a popular power spot. We come regularly < 72 h, and then go again. So there is not enough enforcement on the Max. 72 hours, although we have seen a fine! Electricity is also available from a normal P-place, which is annoying.

Neat reception (still 1-person rate). Very neat small site with ditto facilities (incl.; no sanitary facilities). Three places are tight, you can easily look inside each other. Great for a visit to R'dam within cycling distance.

Nice harbor master. Real marina, not really knowledgeable about camping. The promised shower turned out to be closed in winter, very annoying, I came here especially for it, scheduled and detoured for it. Just make it clear please. The concept of 'water intake' was unknown… don't know if there is. Was quite helped with filling jerry cans ;-). Electra now still on subsequent calculation, but will probably be 3,-.

Harbor master very unkind when calling in advance or via Whatsapp! Calling in advance prevents unnecessary driving and hiding small Tholen, but that is not understood. "You can't make a reservation!" Very annoying we got a sermon. She is never present so unexpected cash payment. Water was shut off. Shower water too cold.

Great place for a visit to Zeeland. Simple field, rural, with landfill, water and electricity, also pleasant in the late season. Very large campers are a bit awkward here. And not unimportant: very friendly and helpful owner.

We were even allowed to stand in our absence, nice. We cooked and heated the camper for the evening at -5 degrees Celsius. Phone call…. nice, we thought, asking if we had found everything right. But no, a little angry we were told that the electricity provided may not be used for a heater…. So we were welcome at -5 degrees Celsius, but heating is not allowed…. so put on a thick sweater and leave in the morning to look for something else. No winter address.

It is a bad idea to spend the night on this part of the boulevard near the MacD. in the afternoon already smelled of weed and there was scum hanging around. Also busy. It is now also paid to spend the night, 10, - from 18.00-9.00. The amount and method of payment are not specified. We searched and called a municipal employee, who also couldn't find a solution. Confirmed the insecurity!!! So only pay with mobile parking app! We have left… Bad from B. to Z!

Practical place on an otherwise abandoned industrial estate, nicely presented. FYI: provide 0.50 in coins for electricity. We consumed 2,- for cooking and additional heating. Correctly. I thought water only goes per 50? liter and unfortunately you always have to pay for it, even if you only need a little.

PLEASE NOTE Here they offer two of the biggest annoyances: upon arrival smiling, asking for a considerably higher rate than indicated online (no less than E2.55 more for 1 person) and, yes, the promised hot shower water did not take 6 but 4.5 minutes. , a nasty surprise. The first could be a trick to lure to this boring part of Zeeland, who knows. I was very sorry to have turned around. I found both things false.

Great motorhome. very unfortunate that there are certainly so few places in this region, especially in the late season. perhaps the municipality of Opmeer can allow a few more campers after the summer crowds? There's plenty of room. And Jacco who gave 1 star was warned two days earlier and came back as nr. 4. Caused a lot of hassle; enforcement had to threaten verbally because the gentleman did not want to leave. This behavior does not help us motor home owners!

Nice location within walking distance of the beautiful, small town. Nice for 1 day. The harbor office is a bit of a search and walk; it is not clearly marked. With regard to showering: on their own website it says 1,- for 6 min. But, perhaps after the proposal about shorter showers for 0.50, the shower time is only 4 1/2 min. for yes, 1,-. Most expensive shower we encountered in 3 months! If you count on 6 min. you will be standing with shampoo in your hair…

Arrived at half past six in the evening hungry and tired. This time there was no contact beforehand; After all, the website stated just before departure an hour earlier 'there are 6 places available, find a nice spot!' On arrival she had already had unpleasant discussions with other guests, she was full…. how bad. Still looking for an alternative in this region with so little on offer, yuck.

NB! The rates shown here are misleading: after the extensive tour, I did a check-up question about the rate (thankfully!). The lady said that the Campercontact rate is an old rate and it now costs not 17,- but…. 24,-! And that for 1 person, so for 2 even more. Felt misled and certainly not welcome. (They also pretended that they were actually full, while the campsite turned out to be almost empty.) I absolutely drove on.
