The girl behind the counter was not very helpful. I made a mistake at the dryer by inserting the coin first and only then turning on the dryer. So I wasted the coin. I reported it immediately, but we didn't get a new coin; we had to buy a new one. Not very customer-friendly!!

Nice and helpful people behind the counter. They helped with checking in via a self-check-in kiosk. Upon arrival, there were still a limited number of spots left for one night, but we wanted to stay 2 nights. The next morning, they did their best to find another spot for us, and they succeeded.
